OMV Q3/25 Trading Update – October 9, 2025 2 Additional Information Chemicals In Q3/25, the negative impact from lower polyolefin sales volumes is expected to be offset by positive inventory effects in the clean Operating Result of Chemicals when compared to Q2/25. Fuels & Feedstock In Q3/25, retail and commercial margins slightly decreased compared to Q2/25. Energy Higher sales volumes in Q3/25 compared to Q2/25 had a positive impact on the clean Operating Result of the traditional E&P business. This is expected to be offset by unfavorable FX development, lower realized gas prices, a well write-off in Norway and one-off effects that benefited the Q2/25 result. Other In Q3/25, gas storage injections are expected to negatively impact the Group net working capital effects.
