MD & CEO Statement Commenting on the June 2026 quarter, Alligator’s MD and CEO Andrea Marsland -Smith said: The June quarter marked a period of significant technical and strategic progress for Alligator. Completion of the first Samphire FRT well pattern achieved the targeted uranium recovery of approximately 70%, while other key ISR performance metrics were also in line with forecasts. These strong results pr ovide increased confidence in the Project’s technical assumptions and materially reduce uncertainty around future wellfield design, production planning and processing requirements. The maiden 12 Mlbs U₃O₈ Plumbush Mineral Resource has increased Samphire’s combined Mineral Resource to 30 Mlbs U ₃O₈, significantly strengthening the Project ’s scale and growth profile. The option over the strategically important Mullaquana Crown Lease has also unlocked access to drill Plumbush, test the southern extension of Blackbush and evaluate the highly prospective corridor between the two deposits, provi ding multiple opportunities to further expand the Samphire resource base. We are excited to have resumed drilling at Big Lake for our 2026 drill program. The team has returned to the Site 10 discovery and will advance a broader pipeline of high-priority exploration targets. The progress achieved during the quarter reflects the depth of experience and commitment across our team and positions the Company for a highly active second half of 2026. 1 AGE ASX Release 5 May 2026; Outstanding Results from First Well Test Pattern. https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/7521138 2 AGE ASX Release 14 December 2023; Scoping Study Update-Samphire uranium Project. https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/5470423 3 AGE ASX Release, 19 June 2026; Samphire Mineral Resource Grows 67% to 30 Mlbs U₃O₈ Following Addition of Plumbush Inferred Mineral Resource. https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/7591585

Uranium recovery from the first test pattern achieved approximately 70% within approximately 70 pore volume exchanges, meeting the Company’s recovery target within the time allocated for the test. The recovery profile demonstrated effective lixiviant conta ct with the mineralised zone and uranium mobilisation under field conditions. Pregnant Lixiviant Solution (PLS) from the wellfield achieved a peak concentration of approximately 250 mg/L U₃O₈ and a sustained average grade of 115 mg/L U ₃O₈, marginally above the 110 mg/L assumption used in the Updated Scoping Study. The extractor well was operated at approximately 2.8 L/s due to the capacity of the pilot plant; however hydrogeological pump testing pre-operations confirmed the well could sustain flow rates above 5 L/s. The chloride-tolerant Ion exchange (IX) resin selected for the FRT performed strongly. For acid ISR uranium operations, a typical ion-exchange uranium capture efficiency is approximately 95 –99%, with the first pattern achieving 98%. Sulphuric acid consumption was approximately 20 kg per tonne of ore which is within the "highly favourable" category used in international acid ISR benchmarking 4. Calcium in the PLS exceeded saturation and precipitated as gypsum, resulting in minor scaling within some of the filters. This was mitigated through periodic filter cleaning and standard process control measures. Ongoing management of this will be assessed through the Feasibility Study process, including considering strategies used elsewhere in other operations. Following completion of the first pattern, the FRT program transitioned to a second well pattern located in the non-representative (lower flow and grade) margin of the deposit to test the lower end of the operating envelope and provide data on how a future wellfield may perform under these conditions when economic to do so. Using site -specific operating data is expe cted to improve confidence in the technical and economic assumptions applied to the proposed development. Completion of the FS is targeted for mid-2027. Samphire Mineral Resource Growth and Mullaquana Access During the quarter, Alligator announced a maiden Inferred MRE of 12 Mlbs U ₃O₈ at the Plumbush deposit, located approximately 5 km south of Blackbush. The addition of Plumbush increased the combined Samphire MRE by 67%, from 18 Mlbs to 30 Mlbs U₃O₈ (Table 1) all of which has been assessed as amenable to in-situ recovery. Table 1: Combined Mineral Resource of the Samphire Project Tonnage (Mt) Grade (U3O8 ppm) U3O8 metal (Mlb) Blackbush5 Indicated 8.2 786 14.2 Inferred 3.9 443 3.8 Plumbush Inferred 14.9 370 12.0 Total 30.0 The Plumbush MRE now comprises 14.9 Mt at an average grade of 370 ppm U₃O₈ for 12.0 Mlbs U₃O₈. It was prepared by SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd using historical drilling completed between 2009 and 2011 and has been classified entirely as Inferred under the JORC Code (2012 Edition). The estimate provides further support for the previously reported 14 to 75 Mlbs U₃O₈ Samphire Exploration Target Range6. Alligator executed a binding call option to acquire the Mullaquana Crown Lease, which hosts the Plumbush deposit, covers the interpreted southern extension of Blackbush , and holds further greenfield exploration potential. The staged structure provides immediate access rights for exploration and technical assessment for 18 months following the option payment, while deferring the larger acquisition commitment. The initial $500,000 option payment was paid on 3 July 2026, with a further $6.75 million payable only if the option is exercised. An intensive multi -rig drilling program is planned for the remainder of 2026 marking the first exploration activities on t he Mullaquana area since 2011. The drilling program of c. 300 drill holes represent s the next phase of resource growth at the Samphire Project following the recent inclusion of the Plumbush deposit MRE. This initial program is designed to drill the southern extensions of Blackbush , i nfill drill at Plumbush to commence upgrading the Inferred MRE this year to Indicated and test the continuity of mineralisation in the Blackbush and Plumbush corridor (Figure 2). 5 Refer ASX announcement of 6 May 2025; Increased Mineral Resource Estimate - Blackbush Deposit; https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/6942606 6 Refer ASX announcement 7 December 2023; Significant Exploration Target Range-Samphire; https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/5456269

Big Lake covers the northern extensions of the proven uranium-bearing geological formations that hosts the Beverley, Four Mile and Honeymoon ISR operations and shares characteristics with large hydrocarbon-related ISR uranium districts in other areas of the world such as Kazakhstan. The program is designed to assess the scale and continuity of the Site 10 discovery, where the 2024 campaign intersected substantial thicknesses of anomalous uranium mineralisation within interbedded sands of the Namba Formation. Aircore drilling is testin g a pipeline of additional targets across EL 6367 to further evaluate the potential for a new sedimentary uranium district within the Lake Eyre Basin.

Blackbush Mineral Resource Estimate reported above a 250ppm U 3O8 cut-off. JORC Category Mt Grade (U3O8 ppm) U3O8 Metal (Mlbs) Indicated 8.2 786 14.2 Inferred 3.9 443 3.8 Total 12.1 676 18.0 The model is reported unconstrained and above a 250 ppm U3O8 lower cut -off grade for all zones in consideration of potential for recovery by in situ leach processes. There is no historical depletion by production within the model area. Estimation of the disequilibrium factored and topcut gamma data (feU3O8c) is by ordinary kriging using dynamic anisotropy for the mineralised zone. Density is estimated by nearest neighbour estimation within the Kanaka Beds on the basis of logged geology as either 1.79 t/m3 for lignitic material or 1.92 t/m3 for other sediments; other paleochannel stratigraphies had a default of 1.90 t/m3 assigned; saprolite capping the basement granite was assigned a bulk density of 2.16 t/m3 and the primary basement granite was assigned a nominal bulk density of 2.70 t/m3. The model assumes agglomeration of 12.5mE x 12.5mN x 1mRL parent blocks for definition of well fields for production. The model does not account for dilution, ore loss, hydrogeology, or recovery issues. These parameters should be considered during the mining study as being dependent on the ISL treatment process. Classification is according to JORC Code Mineral Resource categories. Totals may vary due to rounded figures.
