ASX Announcement Page | 2 Mount Squires Project During the quarter Agrimin acquire d Opis Resources Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caspin Resources Limited, the owner of a 100% interest in the Mount Squires Project (“Project”). The Project is located in the West Musgrave region of W estern Australia (“ WA”), approximately 780km northeast of Kalgoorlie, and covering an area of 480km 2 (Figure 1). The Project is situated 10km southwest of BHP Group Ltd’s Nebo and Babel nickel-copper deposits, between the townships of Warburton and Jameson. Figure 1: Location of the Mount Squires Project The Project is located directly along strike from the Nebo and Babel nickel -copper deposits and covers a 30km corridor that is highly prospective for base metal mineralisation. The Project area comprises two granted Exploration Licences and four Exploration Licence Applications. Historical shallow drilling has confirmed the presence of basement gold mineralisation along a key structural trend and historical soil sampling has identified early stage, camp-scale gold anomalies. The Company intends to undertake a structured and comprehensive approach to planning a drilling program at the Project, including a detailed technical review of historical data and field validation. In addition, the Company has commenced consultation with the Ngaanyatjarra Council relating to the existing Ancillary Agreement for Mineral Exploration on Ngaanyatjarra lands.

ASX Announcement Page | 3 West Arunta Tenure and Exploration Activities The Geological Survey of Western Australia completed regional airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical surveys across the broader West Arunta region in late 2025. Agrimin’s review of the publicly available data covering the Company’s existing tenure d id not identify any material geophysical anomalies warranting further investigation. Mackay Potash Project Activities Background The Mackay Potash Project (“Potash Project”) is situated on Lake Mackay in WA. Lake Mackay hosts brine (hypersaline groundwater) containing dissolved potassium and sulphate which could produce high-grade, water-soluble organic sulphate of potash fertiliser. A Strategic Review of the Potash Project concluded in 2025. The Company is in the process of withdrawing from the Potash Project. Community Engagement and Rehabilitation The closest community to the Potash Project is Kiwirrkurra . A Native Title Agreement remains in place with Tjamu Tjamu (Aboriginal Corporation) RNTBC in relation to the Potash Project whilst rehabilitation is completed. Planning for further rehabilitation of the Potash Project area continued during the quarter. An on- country meeting to finalise the rehabilitation plan was postponed due to excessive rainfall and restricted site access. The meeting is now scheduled for the September quarter 2026. Some agreed rehabilitation activities are expected to be undertaken prior to finalising the rehabilitation plan. Tenement Management Several tenements were partially surrendered during the quarter, prior to their anniversary dates and the associated rents due for the 2026/2027 period. Corporate Activities Niobium Holdings Pty Ltd Agrimin holds a 40% interest in Niobium Holdings Pty Ltd, which owns approximately 11 % of WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1). Niobium Holdings Pty Ltd does not have any other significant assets and only limited compliance costs.

ASX Announcement Page | 4 Tali Resources Ltd Agrimin holds an approximate 25 % interest in Tali Resources Ltd (ASX: TR2) (“Tali”), which has a significant tenure holding and mineral rights in the West Arunta region of WA. The shares held by Agrimin are classified as restricted securities and have been placed in escrow for 24 months following the ASX listing of Tali on 18 July 2025. Summary of Expenditure Incurred on Activities The Company incurred expenditure on activities for the quarter of $24,000, which for accounting purposes has been allocated to exploration and evaluation activities. No expenditure was allocated to development or production activities during the quarter. Exploration and evaluation expenditure for the quarter primarily related to tenement rents and native title agreement payments, with these costs partially offset by a shire rate refund received in respect of surrendered tenements. Payments to Related Parties of the Entity A description of and explanation for payments to related parties and their associates per Section 6.1 of the Appendix 5B for the quarter ending 30 June 2026 is set out below (Table 1). Exploration and evaluation expenditure previously reported as Operating Activities (Item 1.2a) in the December quarterly report were reclassified to Investing Activities (Item 2.1d) in the March quarter. This adjustment ensures consistency with the audited half-year financial statements finalised in March and the entity’s policy of capitalising such costs under AASB 6: Exploration for and Evaluation of Mineral Resources. 7. Investing Activities (Item 2.5) includes a $333,000 government grant previously reported under Operating Activities (Item 1.7) in the December quarterly report. This reclassification has been made to align with the audited Statement of Cash Flows finalised in March, as the government grant specifically relates to capitalised exploration and evaluation.
