2 ABN: 46 136 636 005 ASX: ASN OTC: ANSNF Level 3, 10 Eagle Street BRISBANE QLD 4000 T: + 61 7 3132 7990 E: info@ansonresources.com www.Ansonresources.com Cautionary Statement The Scoping Study referred to in this announcement was released to the ASX on 16 June 2026. It is a preliminary technical and economic study of the potential viability of the Green River Lithium Project. It is based on low-level technical and economic assessments and is insufficient to support estimation of ore reserves or to provide assurance of an economic development case. Further evaluation work and appropriate studies are required before Anson will be able to estimate any ore reserves or to provide assurance of an economic development case. The Scoping Study is based on the material assumptions as outlined in the announcement dated 16 June 2026. These include assumptions about the availability of funding. While Anson considers all the material assumptions to be based on reasonable grounds, there is no certainty that they will prove to be correct or that the range of outcomes indicated by the Scoping Study will be achieved. The production target referred to in this announcement is based on the upgraded JORC Mineral Resource, see ASX Announcement 13 May 2026 and is a combination of JORC compliant Indicated (91.5%) and Inferred Mineral Resources (8.5%). There is a low level of geological confidence associated with Inferred Mineral Resources and there is no certainty that further exploration work will result in the determination of Indicated Mineral Resources or that the production target itself will be realised. The Mineral Resource underpinning the production target in the Study has been prepared by a Competent Person in accordance with the requirements of Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code (2012)). The Competent Person’s Statement is found in the Mineral Resources section The Company considers that it has reasonable grounds for disclosing the production target and the forecast financial information derived from the production target based on the information contained in this announcement. However, investors are cautioned that there is no certainty that the results of the Scoping Study will be realised. To achieve the range of outcomes indicated in the Scoping Study, funding of in the order of USD$568 million will likely be required. Investors should note that there is no certainty that Anson will be able to raise that amount of funding when needed. It is also likely that such funding may only be available on terms that may be dilutive to or otherwise affect the value of Anson’s existing shares. Given the uncertainties involved, investors should not make any investment decisions based solely on the results of the Scoping Study. Diversified minerals development company Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) (“ Anson Resources” or “ the Company”) is pleased to provide the following update on its activities for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Anson has a portfolio of mineral projects in demand-driven commodities, led by its core lithium assets in the Paradox Basin in Utah, USA — a globally significant lithium province. Through its 100%-owned USA subsidiaries, A1 Lithium, and Blackstone Minerals NV LLC, the Company is working to develop the region into one of the largest lithium resources in North America. Green River Lithium Project, Utah Green River is Anson’s flagship asset in the Mississippian Leadville Limestone of the Paradox Basin. The quarter delivered a step-change in scale, economics and partner validation across the project. JORC Mineral Resource upgraded by 650% During the quarter the Company completed its upgrade of the Green River JORC Mineral Resource by 650% to 773,000t of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE), comprising an Indicated Resource of 183,000 t (+863%) and an Inferred Resource of 590,000 t (+602%) (ASX 13 May 2026). The upgrade — based on the Mississippian Leadville Limestone and supported by new data from the Bosydaba #1 and Mt Fuel –Skyline Geyser 1 -25 wells — reflects higher confidence in stratigraphic thickness and lithium concentration and is expected to grow further as additional leases under application are granted.

Prepared by globally recognized engineering firm Burns & McDonnell (Houston, Texas), the Front-End Planning Stage 1 (FEP-1) Study targets a 10,000 tpa LCE operation with first supply of battery-grade lithium carbonate — fully finished onsite — in 2029. The Study estimates a first -quartile C1 operating cost of US$3,837/t LCE — the lowest among comparable US DLE projects — underpinned by high-quality, low-impurity brine, brine reservoir pressures of 4,500– 5,500 psi that naturally drive brine toward surface (reducing extraction costs), Anson’s proprietary chemical-free iron removal technology, and existing power, water, rail, road and gas infrastructure. En ergy accounts for the largest OPEX component at US$1,518/t LCE, followed by chemicals at US$1,433/t. Total upfront capital is estimated at approximately US$569M (including a 25% contingency allowance), yielding a capital intensity of US$56,800/t of installed capacity — materially below comparable US DLE peers: Standard Lithium’s Southwest Arkansas project (US$64,400/t) and Lithium Americas’ Thacker Pass (US$73,250/t). On a 10,000 tpa LCE, 20 -year basis the Study returns a base-case pre-tax NPV of US$1,373M and IRR of 27.5%; on a post -tax basis the NPV is US$896M (at an 8% discount rate), with an IRR of 21.7% and a payback period of 4.44 years. A Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) is now underway, advancing the Project toward a Final Investment Decision (FID). (KRX: 005490, NYSE: PKX) (ASX 11 June 2026). The Agreement was signed at POSCO Holdings’ headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, by Anson Executive Chairman & CEO Bruce Richardson and POSCO Holdings CEO Lee Ju-Tae. POSCO is a leading South Korean industrial group with approximately 93,000 tonnes of annual lithium production capacity across Argentina and South Korea and is advancing proprietary DLE technologies to accelerate low-carbon lithium production globally. POSCO will lead the design, construction and operation of its proprietary DLE demonstration plant at Green River at its own expense and will pay Anson a facilitation fee of approximately AUD$7.2 M (US D$5.2 M). Brine for the plant will be supplied from Anson’s Bosydaba #1 well, with defined performance targets. POSCO is expected to commence plant operations in 2027, with the Agreement running to December 2028. The facility is designed to validate POSCO’s proprietary DLE technology on Green River brines at continuous ind ustrial scale, while the parties explore further commercial collaboration — including potential joint investment in the Project — building on the MoU executed 30 June 2025. The Agreement represents strong industry validation of Green River’s low-cost lithium potential and positions the Project as a key participant in the emerging US domestic battery materials supply chain.

Resource quality, processing and permitting Supporting workstreams continued to de -risk the development and reinforce confidence in the resource. Historical diamond core from the Floy Unit 1 well recorded an average effective porosity of 8.8% — a 46% uplift on the 6.0% value applied in the current r esource estimate — with fracturing and vuggy porosity throughout the limestone and dolomite units, while a concurrent Drill Stem Test confirmed brine rising 7,630 feet up the tubing under a reservoir pressure of 6,046 psi, consistent with the low-cost extraction assumptions underpinning the Scoping Study (ASX 20 April 2026). Heavy drilling fluids from the Mt Fuel –Skyline Geyser 1-25 well — 11km north-west of Floy Unit 1 along the Ten Mile Graben — returned lithium grades of 148 ppm from the Mississippian Le adville Formation, exceeding the 138ppm recorded at the Bosydaba #1 well and broadly in line with the 150ppm brine concentration applied in the Scoping Study model (ASX 13 April 2026). Together, results from the three wells spanning ~25km demonstrate consistent pressure and porosity conditions, confirming the lithium -bearing brine horizon extends across the full resource footprint; all assay, fluid analysis and 3D modelling data have been submitted to an independent North American geological consultancy for consideration in a future update to the Mineral Resource estimate. On the permitting front, an updated Small Mining Operations (SMO) Notice of Intent for the 10,000 tpa LCE plant — the final major government approval required prior to construction — was lodged with the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (ASX 21 April 2026). The updated plant layout covers a total surface disturbance of 9.8 acres, on Anson’s 147-acre private land parcel in Emery County — already classified as Industrial Land and designated a brownfield site — and brine extraction and waste brine disposal permits have already been granted by the Government of Utah, meaning no additional mining operation permits are required. With a geotechnical study having confirmed the site’s suitability for plant foundations, and power and gas tie-ins approximately 600m and 1km from the plant site. The SMO was approved on 10 July 2026 and is active once a bond is paid prior to construction (See ASX announcement, Anson Receives Approval for its Small-Scale Mining Operation Application at its Green River Lithium Project 10 July 2026). Paradox Lithium Project, Utah During the quarter the Company continued planning and technical work for the re-entry of the Mineral Canyon Fed 1- 3 well as part of its exploration drilling program at the Paradox Lithium Project. A1 Lithium has previously received Bureau of Land Managemen t approval for its Plan of Operation to commence the western -expansion Mineral Resource drilling program, which targets the Pennsylvanian clastic zones and the thick Mississippian units and, if executed, is expected to deliver a significant increase to the Project’s existing JORC Mineral Resource of 1.5 Mt LCE and 7.6 Mt bromine (ASX 16 October 2023).

Yellow Cat Uranium / Vanadium Project The Yellow Cat Uranium–Vanadium Project is located 30 km north of Moab, in the Thompson District, Grand County, Utah. During the quarter, through its 100% -owned subsidiary UV1 Minerals LLC, the Company completed an initial air-core exploration drilling program (ASX 8 April 2026) on the Eastern Block. A total of 23 holes were drilled, confirming that the paleochannels which host the mineralization continues along strike of the historical mine sites. Uranium and vanadium were detected in interpreted mineralized intervals using a Ludlum Model 3 survey meter. All samples have been submitted to a certified laboratory for uranium, vanadium and associated critical -mineral assay, including gallium and rare-earth elements, with results expected shortly. A second drill program will then be designed to upgrade the historical mineral resource on the western block, see ASX Announcement 4 February 2026. Figure 7: Plan showing the completed drillholes in the Eastern Block (ASX announcement 8 April 2026). Earlier review of historical drilling at Yellow Cat identified high -grade uranium and vanadium intercepts, with the Company’s previous sampling yielding values up to 10.33% U3O8 and 25.6% V2O5 (ASX announcements 15 October 2020 and 21 September 2021). Selected historical drillhole results are shown below.

Western Australia Ajana Project The Ajana Project is in Northampton, Western Australia, a proven and established mining province for zinc, lead and silver. The Project is adjacent to the Northwest Coastal Highway and 130km north of Geraldton. Historical exploration in the area has concentrated on the search for zinc and lead deposits. The prospective ground on tenements E66/89, E66/94 and ELA66,131 are located within the Northampton Metamorphic Complex and is dominated by north - northeast trending dolerite dyke intrusive and north-northwest trending cross-cutting faults. The Ajana Project contained several historic zinc, copper, lead and silver producing mines that date back to the 1850’s and numerous shallow workings across the entire project area. No field work was carried out at Ajana during the quarter. Anson had previously announced a maiden JORC Code (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) at its Surprise Deposit at the Ajana Project (see ASX announcement 8 October 2024). Bull Nickel–Copper–PGE Project The Bull Project (E70/5420) is located 35 km from Perth, abutting Chalice Mining Limited’s (ASX: CHN) tenements and 20 km south-west along strike of Chalice’s Julimar Ni –Cu–PGE discovery. No exploration work was carried out during the quarter but a report was submitted requesting an additional 5-year lease be granted which was approved. Anson continues to await the granting of the adjoining ELA70/5619 tenement. Hooley Well Cobalt–Nickel Laterite Project The Hooley Well Nickel–Cobalt Laterite Project, 800 km north of Perth, comprises three tenements (E9/2218, E9/2219 and E9/2462) with historical shallow drilling intersecting nickel and cobalt laterites and possible primary nickel sulphides at depth. No on-site work was carried out during the quarter; costings and timelines were being calculated to complete heritage surveys ahead of planned drilling. Corporate Commercial work During the quarter the Company advanced and then formalized its cooperation with POSCO Holdings, executing the binding Demonstration Plant Agreement described above (ASX 11 June 2026). In a further strategic milestone, A1 Lithium was admitted to the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC) — a U.S. Department of War-supported critical-minerals consortium — enhancing engagement with U.S. federal agencies and access to potential grant and non-dilutive funding pathways and received a positive U.S. Government “Met” assessment for the Yellow Cat project (ASX 11 May 2026). In addition, 112,500,019 listed options (ASNO class) from the November capital raise were quoted on the ASX. Cost savings observed Anson continued to reduce costs and streamline its operations during the quarter to deliver value to shareholders. During FY26, the Company closed its Newport Office, reducing monthly overhead by approximately US$21,000 plus associated miscellaneous expenses, and exited associated infrastructure, saving a further US$11,800 per month — together delivering combined savings of over US$32,800 per month, or approximately US$390,000 on an annualized basis. These reductions form part of a broader cost-discipline program directed by the Board to preserve the Company's cash position and extend its funding runway as it advances the Green River and Paradox lithium projects toward development. In addition, the Company has proposed reductions to Key Management Personnel

Management continues to actively review further opportunities to reduce corporate overhead and will update the market as additional cost efficiencies are implemented. Expenditure during the quarter The Appendix 5B details the expenditure during the quarter. Administration and corporate costs were A $589,185. In accordance with Listing Rule 5.3.1, the Company reports A$ 3.6m of exploration and evaluation expenditure, predominantly on the Paradox Basin projects. Payments to related parties at item 6.1 of the Appendix 5B of A$657,851 relate to KMP and director fees, salaries and superannuation. There were no mining production or development activities during the quarter. Note the figures in the above are unaudited numbers The charts above illustrate this trend across both cost lines monthly. Director and Employee Expenses show a clear downward trajectory over FY25 and FY26, down 29.7% over the two-year period, notwithstanding month-to-month volatility. Corporate and Administrative costs are more volatile month to month and net to a more modest decline of 3.9% over the same period, reflecting genuine savings in several recurring operating costs — health Jul 2024 Aug 2024 Sep 2024 Oct 2024 Nov 2024 Dec 2024 Jan 2025 Feb 2025 Mar 2025 Apr 2025 May 2025 Jun 2025 Jul 2025 Aug 2025 Sep 2025 Oct 2025 Nov 2025 Dec 2025 Jan 2026 Feb 2026 Mar 2026 Apr 2026 May 2026 Jun 2026 Director and Employee Expenses by Month Jul 2024 Aug 2024 Sep 2024 Oct 2024 Nov 2024 Dec 2024 Jan 2025 Feb 2025 Mar 2025 Apr 2025 May 2025 Jun 2025 Jul 2025 Aug 2025 Sep 2025 Oct 2025 Nov 2025 Dec 2025 Jan 2026 Feb 2026 Mar 2026 Apr 2026 May 2026 Jun 2026 Corporate and Administrative Expenses by Month

As a result, the net year-on-year movement in Corporate and Administrative costs understates the extent of the Company's underlying recurring cost savings. These figures are unaudited. This continues to reflect Anson's ongoing efforts to reduce costs and drive shareholder value. Salary Review During the quarter the Board undertook a review of executive remuneration, supported by benchmarking prepared by an independent external remuneration consultant against a peer group of ASX -listed development-stage resources companies together with industry survey data. On a total remuneration basis — fixed remuneration together with incentive opportunity — the benchmarking indicates that Mr Richardson's and Mr Knox’s package sits below the market median, reflecting that the Company has historically delivered a greater proportion of his remuneration through fixed pay rather than through variable, performance-linked remuneration. For operation efficiency both Mr Richardson and Mr Knox are in the United States and their salaries are paid in USD and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. On 28 July 2026 the Board unanimously resolved to reduce the fixed remuneration of executive directors by 20%, with senior management accepting the same reduction on the same terms. The reductions represent a forecast full - year cash saving of approximately A$540,000, or approximately A$45,000 per month, at current remuneration levels and prevailing exchange rates; as equivalent value will be deli vered through share price -linked performance rights, the arrangement is broadly neutral to total remuneration and to reported earnings. The Company will seek shareholder approval for the grant of those performance rights to directors at the 2026 Annual Gen eral Meeting (AGM), in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 10.14. Taken together with the approximately US$390,000 per annum (approx imately A$600,000 per annum) of savings secured from exiting the Newport office and associated infrastructure during the FY26 financial year , the executive remuneration reductions lift total annualized cash savings to approximately A$1.14 million — a forecast reduction of 21.68% in annual cash expenditure by reference to the Company's FY26 corporate and administrative cost base. These savings are expected to be realized progressively from the first quarter of FY27 and are in addition to the reductions in director and employee costs already delivered across FY25 and FY26. The figures are unaudited forecasts based on current remuneration levels and prevailing exchange rate s, and the remuneration component remains subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. They involve significant i nterpretations of the mineralisation that would be encountered and the technical and economic factors that would apply if a deposit were developed and mined. As new information is obtained through ongoing field exploration, drilling, and analytical testing, these estimates may change. Such adjustments may result in the upward or downward revision of the Company’s JORC (2012) Resource classifications. There can be no assurance that the Company's projects will proceed as planned, that mineralisation will prove to be economically viable, or that the capital required for development will be available on commercially acceptable terms. No Obligation to Update The Company, its Directors, and its officers do not give any assurance that the results, performance, or achievements expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements contained in this report will actually occur. Investors are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these statements. Subject to the ASX Listing Rules and applicable law (including the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)), the Company does not undertake any obligation to publicly update or review any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events, or otherwise, after the date of this report.
