1 8 September 2026 Costs Down, Revenue Up Restructure Delivers Early Results Activeport Group Ltd (ASX: ATV) reports revenue growth across all three divisions in Q1 FY27, supported by new software deployments, international network orders and growth in Services. Highlights • Restructure complete, delivering $2 million in annualised savings. • Software, Network and Services revenue tracking above FY26 average levels. • International telcos committing to Global Edge, with circuit orders growing. • AI software projects underway in Australia and Canada. A change of management style since appointing Michael Glynn as COO in June has delivered $2 million in annualised savings, including $1.85 million in payroll reductions. At the midpoint of Q1, Software, Network and Services were each tracking above their FY26 average revenue levels. Improved revenue outlook and lower costs point to underlying Q1 cash consumption (net of restructure costs) down 34% from FY26 quarterly average. Software Software revenue increased as FY26 projects were completed and entered production. A strong pipeline of new projects commencing in Q1 and Q2 are expected to accelerate revenue growth through FY27. Activeport is focused on its core software for connecting data centres and telco networks, with the refreshed user interface completed in record time and scheduled to launch in September. Customer interest in India has increased significantly as new digital infrastructure providers enter the market. Data centre operators and telcos are seeking Activeport’s software to launch their own customer portals and strengthen their competitive positi on. Network Global Edge launched internationally in July. More than six international telcos have already committed to the service with circuit order volume growing monthly.

2 The Global Edge platform enables international carriers to buy network services that terminate on Activeport’s Australian network. Singapore is scheduled to be added in September, with further countries to follow closely after. Planned feature additions expected to support revenue and gross margin growth include connections between data centres, managed firewalls, cloud connectivity and SD -WAN. Services The Services business is now fully integrated into the Activeport Group and contributing revenue growth. The team is expanding Services capabilities in neocloud infrastructure, networks and DevOps to meet increasing demand for Activeport’s technical expertise applied to the growing AI sector. AI Revenue AI projects are underway in Australia and Canada, with more countries to come, creating a new source of software revenue. Activeport is applying its GPU orchestration technology to improve the price-performance of AI models running on GPU clusters in telco networks and data centres. Outlook Activeport enters FY27 with renewed momentum: a leaner cost base, stronger leadership, refreshed software platforms and a sharper global focus on high -margin revenue growth.
