Operational, environmental and social highlights are detailed in the ASX Announcement dated 11 June 2026. Based on PFS outcomes, Aurum immediately commenced a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and is targeting first gold at Boundiali in H1 CY2028. Aurum is advancing DFS-level work packages in parallel with ongoing drilling and early contractor engagement, under an owner-builder construction model consistent with Aurum’s key management members’ delivery of the Abujar Gold Mine on time and within budget in Q4 2022. Long-lead procurement has commenced, given delivery lead times of up to 50 weeks making placing purchase orders ahead of FID critical to protect the H1 CY2028 first gold target. Aurum's 100,000m per annum owner -operated diamond drilling program continues, targeting Inferred -to- Indicated conversion at BDT2, BMT1 and BST1, with a major Mineral Resource update to underpin the DFS mine plan and Ore Reserve planned for Q3 CY2026. Mining Exploitation Licence applications are lodged and progressing for all three tenements following Environmental compliance certificates received for BST, BD and BM in May 2026, satisfying the mandatory prerequisite for licence grant. Permitting is being advanced in parallel with DFS to eliminate it as a schedule constraint at FID. May 2026 Mineral Resource update In May, Aurum announced a 24% increase in Indicated Resources to 1.70 Moz Au at Boundiali, reflecting the successful conversion of Inferred to Indicated Resources following intensive infill drilling at BDT2 (see Table 2). This increased the total Boundiali Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) 6% higher to 3.22 Moz Au, and Aurum’s Group Resource increased to 4.38 Moz Au (inclusive of the 1.16 Moz Au Napié Gold Project).
Page 8
In the May update, only BDT2 was updated – there were no changes to the Mineral Resources at BDT1, BDT3, BMT1, BMT3 and BST1. The updated BDT2 resource model drove a 6% increase in total Boundiali ounces and a 24% increase in Indicated ounces, reflecting the successful conversion of Inferred to Indicated Resources through infill drilling. Inferred ounces decreased by 8% as a direct consequence of this conversion and do not represent a loss of mineralisation. The high-grade intercept of 3.70m @ 23.32 g/t Au from 274m inc. 1.7m @ 70.35 g/t Au in DSDD0445 is not yet included in the current Boundiali MRE of 3.22Moz and is located approximately 40m down dip below drilling that returned 7m @ 0.36 g/t Au from 216m inc. 1m @ 1.08 g/t Au (DSDD0105) that was included in the current MRE. The BDT2 gold deposit lies within an underexplored 13km by 3km mineralised corridor. Gold mineralisation is hosted in a thick, north -south trending sandstone unit, positioned between hanging wall and footwall volcano-sedimentary rocks. The gold, which is free milling 6, is associated with fine disseminated pyrite and an alteration assemblage of hematite, silica, chlorite, tourmaline, quartz veinlets, albite, and carbonate. True widths for these gold intercepts are estimated at about 60% - 85% of reported downhole lengths. Gold mineralisation at the Boundiali deposits is still open along strike and at depth, and Aurum is planning further work with drilling currently ongoing at BDT2. So far, drilling at Boundiali has targeted the most obvious outcropping anomalies. Aurum believes there remains a high potential for blind discoveries, providing a clear pathway for continued resource growth in CY2026. Key Project Team appointments Following release of the Boundiali PFS, Aurum announced the appointment of Richard Edginton as General Manager Mining, Luke Stacey as Project Director, and Ting Xu as Chief Financial Officer. Their appointments 6 ASX release dated 23 December 2024, AUE achieves in excess of 95% gold recoveries from Boundiali Figure 6: Cross Section looking north (+/-25m) showing new drill results (yellow) for BDT2

Ms Xu is a finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience across the mining and resource sector, with a strong focus on gold operations and international project development. Her expertise spans the full mining lifecycle, from gold project exploration and feasibility studies through construction, production, and transition of corporate ownership changes. Boundiali Environmental Permits issued In May, the Côte d’Ivoire Ministry of Environment and Ecological Transition issued three environmental approval certificates (Étude d’Impact Environnemental et Social Approfondie or “EIESA” certificates) for Boundiali. The three certificates, all dated 20 May 2026, cover the full area underlying the Company’s three mining licence applications. Environmental approval is a mandatory pre-condition for the grant of a mining licence in Côte d’Ivoire. The receipt of all three EIESA certificates represents a critical de -risking step on the path to mining licence approval for Boundiali. Certificate Date Tenement / Application Holder Underlying Tenement Aurum’s Interest Arrêté No. 00215 20 May 2026 Predictive Discovery Côte d’Ivoire SARL (“PDCD”) BST tenement (Application No. 0781DMICI17/03/2025 — 167.36 km²) 100% beneficial interest in the BST tenement. Aurum Managing Director Dr Caigen Wang holds a registered power of attorney to manage the mining licence application and the transfer of the licence to the future operating company (see Note 1). Arrêté No. 00216 20 May 2026 DS Resources Joint‑Venture Company SARL (“DSR JVC”) BD tenement (PR 0808 / Application No. 4461DMICM22/12/2025 — 130.38 km²) 80% earn‑in (path to 80–88%) in the future production company; held via 80% of DSR JVC. Arrêté No. 00217 20 May 2026 Minex West Africa SARL (“MINEX”) BM tenement (PR 0893 / Application No. 4482DMICM23/12/2025 — 274.93 km²) 80% earn‑in (path to 80–88%) in the future production company; held via 80% of Plusmin Gold SARL (Plusor Global 80% / MINEX 20%). Note 1: Predictive Discovery Côte d'Ivoire SARL (PDCD) is the Ivorian single-member company that holds the BST exploration permit and lodged the BST mining licence application. Aurum acquired 100% beneficial interest in the BST tenement (formerly PR -414) from Tu raco Gold Limited (ASX:TCG), which held PDCD at that time (refer Turaco ASX announcement 19 March 2024). PDCD's parent entity, CDI Holdings (Guernsey) Ltd, was subsequently acquired by Many Peaks Minerals Limited (ASX:MPK) on 8 May 2024, with MPK acknowledging Aurum's interest in BST. Under Ivorian mining law, only the exploration permit holder may lodge a mining licence application. Accordingly, PDCD lodged the applicati on and PDCD's manager, Mr Travis Schwertferger (Executive Chairman of MPK), has granted a registered power of attorney to Aurum Managing Director Dr Caigen Wang to advance the mining licence application and to establish the company to which the operating permit will be transferred. On grant, Aurum will hold 90% of that operating company (the Ivorian Government receives a 10% free-carried interest).
