ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE 2 SEPTEMBER 2026 Auric Mining Limited ACN 635 470 843 Level 1, 1 Tully Road, East Perth WA 6004 PO Box 1057, Joondalup DC WA 6919 info@auricmining.com.au 08 9548 9997 auricmining.com.au ASX: AWJ Management Comment Mr. Mark English, Managing Director: “Our $28 million net profit before tax is an excellent half year financial result. This reflects disciplined capital management and execution as well as the strength of our Munda Gold Mine which produced 6,168 ounces. “Record revenue of $44.8 million and outstanding net operating cash flow of $33.8 million demonstrates Munda’s continued performance as a cash- generating gold mine. “These results highlight Auric’s continued momentum in the first half of 2026, with the Company continuing to build on its transition from explorer to gold producer in our own right. “The strong operational performance achieved at the Starter Pit further increases confidence in the quality and scale of the larger deposit, planned as the Company’s next mine development. “Auric’s strategy to become a fully integrated gold producer and the completion of the Scoping Study for the Integrated Burbanks and Munda Project provide a clear foundation for advancing that objective. “With a strong balance sheet, an increasing production profile and exposure to a favourable gold price environment, Auric is well positioned to pursue continued growth throughout the foreseeable future,” said Mr English. This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Auric Mining Ltd.
