Quarterly Activities Report June 2026 29 July 2026 2 Managing Director, Mark English, said: “The June Quarter has positioned Auric for its next phase of growth. With significant leadership appointments made, we have assembled a team with a proven mine- to-mill track record to build our own processing capacity and unlock the full value of Munda and our regional projects. “The 32% increase in the Munda Mineral Resource, on the back of the outperformance of the Starter Pit, confirms our confidence in the scale of the orebody as we rapidly advance planning for the Main Pit . This work culminated in the release of the Integrated Burbanks and Munda Scoping Study after the end of the quarter , which highlights the golden future ahead for Auric as we embark on our ambition to become a standalone gold producer.” Quarterly Activities Report Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) (“Auric” or “the Company”) is pleased to report on activities during the quarter ended 30 June 2026. SAFETY There were no lost time injuries (LTI), medically treated injuries (MTI) or alternate duty injuries (ADI) recorded during the quarter. MUNDA GOLD MINE Mineral Resource Upgrade Mining of the Munda Starter Pit substantially increased understanding of the Munda gold deposit and in particular, the contribution of high drill sample grades to mineable grades. H igh-grade intercepts within a background of lower grades are a characteristic of the resource drilling. Grade control drilling at 5m by 5m spacing highlighted the short scale variability of high grades such as: Table 1. Selected high-grade intervals from 5 m by 5 m spaced grade control holes Hole ID Length (m) Au (g/t) Grade x Length MGCR1022 14 115.67 1619.38 MGCR0996 10 40.31 403.10 MGCR0998 6 66.44 398.64 MGCR1006 14 14.51 203.14 MGCR0686 9 21.05 189.45 MGCR0950 4 46.88 187.52 The Starter Pit provided an opportunity to better understand many aspects of the Munda deposit including the influence of high grades on estimation of resources. Gold production from Munda Starter Pit exceeded expectations by 46% leading to refinement in the estimation of resources. On 25 May 2026, with subsequent clarification on 5 June 2026, the Company announced a 32% increase in the Munda Gold Deposit Mineral Resource. The in situ Mineral Resource, depleted for mining to date and reported at a 0.5g/t cut - off, was re-estimated at 4.20Mt at 1.43g/t for 192,000oz Au, a 32% increase in contained gold over the December 2024 estimate, despite depletion of approximately 10,000oz through Starter Pit mining. Quarterly Activities Report June 2026 29 July 2026 3 The current estimate for the in-situ Munda Mineral Resource at 0.5g/t cut -off is compared with the 2024 Mineral Resource estimate in the following table. Table 3. May 2026 versus December 2024 Mineral Resource estimates at 0.50g/t cut-off Estimate (0.5 g/t cut-off) Tonnes (Mt) Au (g/t) Au (koz) December 2024 (Indicated + Inferred) 3.65 1.23 145 May 2026 (Indicated + Inferred) 4.20 1.43 192 Change +15% +16% +32% The updated in situ mineral resource estimate was prepared by Matrix Resource Consultants Pty Ltd ( Matrix) utilising the same resource drilling as the previous 2024 block model, now reflecting less conservative treatment of high -grade drill samples and more selective mining. The re -estimation incorporat ed learnings from mining of the Starter Pit, including mill-reconciled gold production 46% higher than budget (8,886 oz recovered against a 6,100 oz budget). Despite the increase in estimated grade, the resource estimate remains conservative relative to actu al production results. Where the 2024 estimates were constrained to an optimal pit shell generated at a gold price of AUD$3,200/oz, the current resources have been constrained to an optimal pit shell generated at AUD$7,000/oz, providing reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction (RPEEE tests, as required under the JORC Code) . It is noted that the AUD$7,000/oz resource-constraining pit shell is not a current mining constraint but rather a constraint on where gold prices may be in the future and could be considered conservative, given they have been higher within the last 6 months. Both low grade (0.5g/t cut-off) and high grade (0.75g/t cut-off) stockpiles remain at Munda following the two processing campaigns of material from the Starter Pit. Grades for mineralised material in stockpiles were estimated from grade control result s. There has been no adjustment of the stockpile grades , however it is noted that grades may be conservative as production from the Starter Pit reconciles to 6% higher grade and 6% more contained ounces than the grade control estimate at the 0.75g/t high grade cut-off. Including remaining Starter Pit stockpiles, the combined Munda Mineral Resource is 4.27Mt at 1.41g/t for 194,000oz Au. Table 4. Major Drilling Programs at Munda A major RC drilling program has commenced at Munda, focussed on infill and resource extension. The Munda Mineral Resources remain open in several directions, including to the southwest, along strike from results that include: • 13m @ 14.62g/t Au from 60m (AMRC012), • 5m @ 3.46g/t Au from 87m (AMRC005), and • 4m @ 3.34g/t Au from 46m (AMRC050). The RC drilling program will be completed by Drill Safe Services Pty Ltd and comprises 135 holes for 12,900 metres. This drilling will test for gold mineralisation to a depth of 120 metres within the mafic volcanics which host the bulk of the Munda Resource where proximal to the ultramafic contact.

Quarterly Activities Report June 2026 29 July 2026 4 Figure 1: Plan view of designed drilling at Munda, including extensional drill holes, Geotech drill holes and grade control drill holes. A geotechnical diamond drilling program which will provide information to refine pit wall design parameters is scheduled to start the week beginning 27 July 2026. Four HQ3 to NQ3 holes will be drilled by Westralian Diamond Drillers Pty Ltd. This drilling will provide geotechnical data that will be incorporated into a geotechnical model building on the knowledge from the Starter Pit and will be used to refine the mine design for the next phase of mining at Munda and contribute to the definition of an Ore Reserve estimate. Regulatory approvals have also been received which allow for the first stage of grade control drilling for the Munda pit. This drilling will provide geological and grade information down to a 5m x 5m spacing. Approximately 89,000 metres are planned which will reduce grade uncertainty and maximise planning and mining efficiency. The grade control drilling is intended to begin in August 2026. BURBANKS GOLD PROCESSING FACILITY The Burbanks Gold Processing Facility is located approximately 9 kilometres south of Coolgardie and is central to Auric's strategy of becoming a fully integrated gold producer, providing an in- house processing solution for ore from Munda, potentially Lindsay's and nearby projects. Processing Manager Appointment The Company announced the appointment of Scott Bailey to the key executive role of Processing Manager, to plan the development and lead the construction of the Burbanks processing facility at Coolgardie. Scott commenced employment with the Company on the 20 April 2026. Scott joins Auric from Black Cat Syndicate Ltd, where, as Corporate Group Processing Manager, he was integral to the acquisition and recommissioning of the Lakewood Processing Plant and the refurbishment and restart of the Paulsens

Having started his career at the original Burbanks Mill, Scott has also held roles across gold processing and production with KCGM, Westgold Resources and Ramelius. The detailed study on the design of a new processing plant and tailings storage facility was undertaken during the quarter, together with associated operating costs. Environmental and hydrological studies essential to permitting the proposed facility were also accelerated. This work was published in the Integrated Scoping Study on 27 July 2026. INTEGRATED SCOPING STUDY Activity on the Scoping Study for the integrated development of Burbanks and Munda w as the major focus during the quarter. Subsequent to the end of the quarter the study was released providing a clear pathway for the Company to transition to a standalone gold producer by mining the Munda gold deposit and re-establishing the Burbanks processing facility in the Western Australian Goldfields. The strategy gives Auric control of scarce regional pro cessing capacity, eliminates reliance on third -party mills, and creates a scalable production platform with potential to support both internal resource growth and regional consolidation opportunities. The study was based on open pit mining at Munda, with haulage of material ~87km to Burbanks for processing through a redesigned 600,000tpa CIL facility. T he study mine plan includes ~2.7Mt of mineralised material at 1.75g/t Au for 155,000 mined ounces. Processing is expected to recover approximately 141,000 ounces over approximately 56 months, with annual gold production of between 25,000 and 40,000 ounces per annum over the first four years and lower-grade stockpiles processed in year five. Project economics are robust at a range of gold prices, with A$5,750/oz used in the base case. Key outcomes included : • Capital cost of $137M • Peak Funding Requirement of $145M • Revenue of $812M • Payback of 2.3 years • AISC of $2,843/oz • EBITDA of $437M Auric plans to execute the project through a staged program of permitting, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, mining and commissioning. Approval submissions are targeted for the September 2026 Quarter, Burbanks construction is expected to commence following receipt of approvals in early 2027, and first gold is targeted for early 2028. Mining is forecast to begin ahead of mill commissioning to establish processing stocks for ramp-up. The processing plant has been designed with a pathway to expand to approximately 1.2Mtpa , positioning Burbanks as a strategic regional processing hub. The Company’s immediate priorities are to advance approvals, complete further technical studies, continue resource extension, geotechnical and grade control drilling, refine the mine schedule, and secure long-lead procurement items to maintain the targeted first -gold schedule. The Company will pursue financing options which may include equity, debt, royalties or any combination of the three with no decision having been made on that . LINDSAY'S GOLD PROJECT The Lindsay's Gold Project, located approximately 65 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie, forms part of Auric's strategy to develop a pipeline of near-infrastructure gold projects. Auric executed a Tenement Sale Agreement (TSA) with Top Global Mining (TGM) in November 2025 to acquire the tenements making up the project. Prior to transfer of the tenements , applications for forfeiture were made against some of the leases and the transfer process has been halted until after the Wardens Court has handed down the decisions The Wardens' Court proceedings remained ongoing during the June 2026 Quarter. Auric has completed and finalised the acquisition of 4 te nements from TGM. EXPLORATION Drilling Aircore drilling was undertaken within Auric’s Chalice West and Higginsville (Loded Dog) tenure late in the quarter with 127 aircore holes for 3, 675m completed in the Chalice West and Loded Dog projects. RC drilling was completed in the Foote’s Find Prospect and along the eastern margin of the Amorphous Prospect with 31 RC holes for 4, 047m drilled. Results are pending at the end of the quarter.
