Good morning. My name is Jane Morgan, and thank you for joining the Bigtincan Holdings Limited Annual General Meeting. To ask a question during the meeting, please write your question for the board using the Q&A icon, which is located at the bottom of the screen. I will now hand you over to Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman, Tom Amos. Thank you, Jane. Thank you very much. On behalf of your board, I welcome you to the 2021 Bigtincan AGM. Today, we are pleased to report on the results for the financial year ending June 2021, and introduce some additions to the board, conduct some formal business for the AGM, and to provide shareholders with the CEO update of the business activities and subsequent events. I have David Keane with me here in the room in Sydney to do that. I essentially believe that the report and resolutions and the highlights we've come to talk about today will effectively bring former resolutions to a number of things which we've done over this last year. The first thing I'd like to do is introduce the directors in the room. I have here David Keane, which you probably can see in wide view, and he will speak in a minute. Then I have Wayne Stevenson, Inese Kingsmill, John Scull, and Farouk Hussein, who are in the United States, on things. Now, I'm gonna quickly go through and the slide has got here pictures of all those people, which is probably the best thing to have rather than live pictures. I'd like to essentially welcome to the board Inese Kingsmill and Farouk Hussein, and let me just quickly speak to them about what they bring to the board and the opportunities that we hope to exploit and gain from that. The bios essentially will be in the slide pack that's put up on the ASX. You know, quickly, you know, Inese brings to us as independent non-executive director. She's joining the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. She brings to us a career that's spent many, many years in Microsoft, Telstra, and more recently, Virgin. She specializes in supporting organizations to navigate their own growth and transformation agendas, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on a number of boards, including hipages, the NobleOak Life Limited, and WorkVentures. I welcome her to join the Bigtincan board. Farouk Hussein has joined us as a Non-Executive Director, and he's also joined the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. Farouk is a partner in SQN Investors, a U.S.-based investment firm focused on partnering with leading technology companies. Farouk, of course, has been involved heavily with us over the big Brainshark matter and opportunity which David will talk about later. SQN is a substantial shareholder in Bigtincan, and he brings 11 years of private and public technology investment experience, which is very welcome. Lastly, I'd like to pay tribute to John Scull, who's a Director retiring at the end of this AGM today. John is a family director, and he was essentially he joined us at the IPO in 2017 and been involved for a number of years prior to that, with his company, Southern Cross Venture Partners, and with SoftBank. And as an early investor and pre-IPO, contributed an enormous amount to the business and its success when times are tough, until now. All right. I thank John on behalf of the board and the shareholders for his contribution to Bigtincan. Thank you, John. The agenda today is interesting in the sense that we have nine resolutions to go through. The first agenda item today is to receive the annual report to the shareholders, which is put out, and the resolutions have been circulated to all shareholders for consideration. As Jane has mentioned, there is voting arrangements which can happen throughout the whole process here, and that arrangement allows people to register the votes. At the end of the meeting, the votes will be tallied and put on the ASX. They are not essentially instantaneous as they would be in a normal board arrangement and AGM. Once those resolutions have been considered and we close the formal part of the meeting, the CEO will then present. Before we get to that, I'll just make a quick comment on the report that we put in the AGM. We had a strong year. The technology roadmap include the acquisition of Agnitio, ClearSlide, VoiceVibes, and Vidinoti, and subsequent to that, Brainshark, which David's gonna talk more about. The revenue was up 41% to AUD 43.9 million, and EBITDA loss was the same as the previous year, thereabouts. The ARR rose 48% to AUD 53.1 million, and the MRR retention was stable at 98%. Subsequent events, the acquisition of Brainshark, which has been a major transaction, and that's something I'm sure that Dave will talk about. I'd like to now move to the formal part of the AGM and essentially start that by saying welcome to the AGM 2021, ladies and gentlemen. I'm advised we have a quorum. Mark, is that correct? There's a quorum here. I'll declare the meeting is now open. Directors, I, Tom Amos, am your Chairman for this meeting. With me are my fellow directors, Wayne Stevenson, David Keane, Inese Kingsmill, Farouk Hussein, and John Scull, and the company Secretary, Mark Ohlsson. We are also a representative of our auditors online, Julie from KPMG. Notice of meeting was sent to all the shareholders, and I will now table this notice of meeting. Voting and proxies. Each shareholder who is present today is entitled to vote. Voting will be completed online by a virtual voting platform called Lumi. I now declare the poll open. So this moment, you do not have to wait until each resolution has been put to vote. Advise the company has received a total of 258,845,774 votes, equal to 47% of the ordinary voting shares. After discussion of each resolution, I will advise you of the proxies vote for that resolution and count about all the open proxies for the chair in favor of the resolutions. Online voting will be processed during and after the completion of the meeting. The final results of the resolutions will be announced to the ASX following the meeting, which will, is my understanding, take about two hours to settle it. Questions. Questions in respect to any resolutions need to be submitted through the online messaging system. We are monitoring that here. Questions will be then read out and answered by the appropriate person. Procedures for the meeting. Our business today is to consider the resolutions as set out in the notice of meeting. All these resolutions are ordinary resolutions, by the way. Let me start. Resolution one, the financial statements. The first item of business is to receive the financial reports of the company for the year ending June 3rd 2021, and reports by the directors and the auditors thereon. A representative of our auditors is present here today for the meeting. No resolution is required relating to the financial report, but shareholders now have the opportunity to ask any questions they have in relation to the financial statements. You can send those questions through now on the system, and we will answer them during at either the end of this program or essentially if they come up during the other financial components. The remuneration report. The next item of business is to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following advisory resolution. Before I put the motion, I'll advise you the proxy votes received, which are as follows. For, 257,165,911. Against, 611,043. Open, 1,068,720. Excluded, 4,398,706. Abstain, 680,032. I now move the resolution be put to the meeting. Could I please ask a shareholder to second the motion? All right. I have a seconder. Are there any comments or questions? Tom, there are no comments or questions. All right. I'll wait a few a little bit. All right. Usually customary to wait 20 or 30 seconds given the technology. Yeah. Right. We have no questions. Thank you very much. The results of the resolution will be published on the Remuneration Report subsequent to the meeting. Retirement of John Scull as a director. Mr. Scull retires by rotation in accordance to the company's constitution and does not offer himself for re-election. No resolution is required. As I noted, I'd like to thank John on behalf of the company for his consistent input and support from himself personally and from his company, Southern Cross Venture Partners. The business, he's gone from essentially nowhere to hero, and we're very grateful for his assistance. Thank you, John. Election of director, Ms. Inese Kingsmill. The next item of business is to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution. For that, for all purposes, Ms. Inese Kingsmill, who was appointed as a director by the board effective 6th of October 2021, her appointment as a director expires at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with the company's constitution and Listing Rule 14.4, and being eligible, offers herself for election as a director. I now put the resolution to the meeting. Could I please ask a shareholder to second that motion? I'll second it. All right. Are there any comments or questions? There's a question in there from someone attending the. Is there a question about where to vote? I saw it coming up. I think there is a separate portal, correct? Where Yeah. It's right. It's a Lumi portal. Exactly. Yeah. The instructions should be in the presentation. How to vote is essentially on the second page of the slide set. Mm-hmm on the ASX. Mm-hmm. Yeah. It's really important that you have access to that, so every vote is counted and every voice is heard. Yeah, I think it's a wonderful technology approach to this for a global company. Yeah. Are there any questions that have been meant to come through? No questions. All right. Thank you. Please ensure you submit your vote for the resolution. The results will be announced, of course, in the ASX after this meeting closes. Election of a director, Mr. Farouk Hussein. The next item of business to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution. That for all purposes, Mr. Farouk Hussein, who was appointed as a Director by the board effective 6th of October 2021. His appointment as a Director expires at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the company's constitution, Listing Rule 14.4, and being eligible, offers himself for election as a Director. Before I put the motion, I'll advise you the proxies received, which are as follows: For, 262,492,776. Against, 156,964. For, 1,062,669. Abstain, 212,003. I now put the resolution to the meeting. Could I ask for a shareholder to second the motion? Wayne? I'll second. Are there any comments or questions? I'll leave it open for 30 seconds while that happens. There's none through here, I don't think so. All right. Please be sure that the results for this will be announced on the ASX following the meeting. Thank you very much. I'll now move to the sixth item, approval of the issue of shares under the January 2021 placement. The next item of business is to consider and if thought fit to pass the following ordinary resolution. That for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, shareholders approve the allotment and issue of 33,333,334 shares under the January 2021 placement on the terms and conditions set out in the explanatory memorandum. Before I put that motion on the floor, here are the proxy votes received, which are as follows: For, 205,659,429. Against, 555,641. Open, 1,023,831. Excluded, 23,528. Abstained, 56,661,993. I now move that the resolution be put to the meeting. Could I ask for a shareholder to second that motion? Wayne. Are there any comments or questions? I'll leave that open for 30 seconds or so to see if any comes through. No questions. All right. Again, the results of that item will be published on the ASX after this meeting. Item seven: Approval of the issue of shares to VoiceVibes under the vendor. The next item of business to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution. That for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, shareholders approve the allotment of issue of 750,220 shares to VoiceVibes vendor on the terms and conditions set out in the explanatory statement. Before I put the motion, I advise the proxies received, which are as follows: For, 261,298,068. Against, 540,264. Open, 1,037,269. Excluded, 702,220. Abstained, 298,591. I now move that the resolution be put to the meeting. Could I please ask for a shareholder to second the motion? I'll second. The results will be announced for this, but I will essentially wait for any comments or questions. Send them through. No questions. All right. Again, the results will be submitted to the ASX following this meeting. Approval of issued shares to the SQN Investors. The next item of business to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution. That for the purpose of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, shareholders approve the allotment and issue of 20 million shares to SQN Investors on the terms and conditions set out in the explanatory statement. Before I put this motion, I advise that the proxies received are as follows: For, 262,195,870. Against, 420,720. Open, 1,064,934. Abstain, 242,889. I now move that the resolution be put to the meeting. Could I ask for a shareholder to second the motion? I second the motion. Thank you. Are there any questions or comments? I'll wait for 30 seconds for that. No questions in the panel, Tom. Good. Again, the results of this resolution will be announced to the ASX after the close of the meeting. Approval of share issue of shares under the additional placement. The next item of business to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution. That for the purpose of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, shareholders approve the allotment and issue of 1,175,542 shares under the additional placement on the terms and conditions set out in the explanatory statement. Before I put the motion, I'll advise the proxies as follows: For, 205,098,496. Against, 591,872. For, 1,024,265. Abstain, 57,219,779. I now move that the resolution be put to the meeting. Could I ask for a shareholder to second the motion? Wayne. Are there any comments or questions? I'll leave that open. No questions, Tom. Right. There are no questions. Now essentially, I'll leave the polling can continue on for another two minutes, I think, after this point. The official part of the meeting will be closed pretty soon, and then I'll pass over to David. As I said, the results will be posted post the meeting. If there are no comments, I formally close the meeting at this point and pass over to David Keane. We will announce your polling for your results and all the questions is now closed. All right. David, over to you. Thank you, Tom. I think, Jane, are you going to? Yep. Do the formal process here? Yes. Thank you for joining us for the formal part of today's Annual General Meeting. As Tom mentioned, I will now hand you over to our CEO and co-Founder, David Keane, to run through the CEO update, which was lodged with the ASX this morning. David, good morning. Good morning to everybody and of course, a big thank you for being here with us today. First of all, it's wonderful to be back in Australia. As many of you know, I have been based out of our Boston, Massachusetts, facilities now since 2014. Recording in progress. Since 2014. It's certainly been a very interesting journey as this company has built its business over those years. Today, I'm really pleased to be here to give all our shareholders an update on the progression of our company in FY 2021. Certainly, this was an important year for the company, and today's remarks will take you through that journey. We'll talk about some of the achievements of the business. We'll talk about some of the strategies that we implemented in FY 2021, and we'll also have a view to the future that gives investors and shareholders a view of where this company is going and some of the strategies that we intend to put in place to take advantage of the achievements of the company in the past. Thank you, Jane. Let's go to the company progress slide. Again, FY 2021 was an important year for Bigtincan. It was a year in which we built on our platform, creating a complete solution for sales enablement. Now, for those new to the Bigtincan company story, sales enablement is a technology approach that's delivered through smart software that is designed to help every customer-facing human being. Imagine yourself when you're working with a supplier, or a salesperson, or a customer success human who's helping you down the process of making a commercial decision. Those human beings need tools and support to help them be more effective and efficient. In FY 2021, Bigtincan built on that history to complete a, I think, a very interesting set of solutions that help our customers to be more successful. We're doing that with some incredible customers all over the world, organizations that trust their go-to-market teams, and in many cases, trust their brands to the Bigtincan team. Importantly, we are creating for those organizations what we call the buying experience of the future. Think again about that in your world, how you engage, this idea that experiences count and how connecting human beings in unique ways makes a difference to commerce in our economy. Importantly, to do that, in FY 2021, we introduced our multi-hub product strategy, and that product strategy is all about combining technologies to create that complete suite that we just spoke about. In today's presentation, I'll take you through a journey of that technology and where we see it going into the future. Let's go to the next one. Thank you, Jane. So what do the company's products do? Well, they're software products that help companies' customer-facing teams intelligently prepare, engage, measure, and continually improve that buying experience. Whether it's an organization selling, say, sports shoes at retail, if it's a financial services organization selling 401(k) plans in North America, if it's a life sciences company bringing next-generation drugs and treatments to healthcare professionals around the world, Bigtincan's software, delivered as a software as a service or SaaS model, enables those organizations to create that buying experience of the future in a way that would be impossible without our software. Importantly, that technology also acts to provide insights back to our buyers, our customers, that they can use to understand what is happening in engagements with their customers all around the world. If we go to the next slide, Jane, I think it's important for shareholders to understand how we do that. We do that through this multi-hub product strategy that we announced in FY 2021. This is all about combining the core technologies that customers need to create those solutions. You can see that there on this slide with those circles, with the titles Learning, Content, and Engagement. Each of these is a hub that Bigtincan offers to our customers. Now, those hubs can be combined together into a single unified solution, but they also can be purchased separately by customers. We call that our on-ramp strategy. That enables our customers to choose the capabilities and functionality that they need at the time they need it. Then when they're ready, they can combine those technologies together using our intelligent enablement platform that underpins those different hubs, that enables them to connect those technologies together. From a Bigtincan point of view, it enables us to cross-sell and upsell our customers to more value. There's no doubt that customers are seeing benefits in this technology. We've been talking to shareholders now for a while about why we see that cross-sell, upsell being important, and you can see in some of our results in FY 2021 the importance of being able to sell multiple hubs to our customers is really helpful, and we've seen that add value to the total Bigtincan story. Now if we go to the next slide. Thank you, Jane. I think it's important to understand the ecosystem in which that technology exists. If you think about the total addressable market or TAM that our technology can address, you know, there's no doubt that that's a growing space. We talk to a bunch of industry analysts, as well as our customers, of course, all around the world, and we hear more and more that sales enablement technology really is important for the future of how our technology actually works. I think you're gonna see more strength and more growth in the market space that Bigtincan operates in. If you go to the next slide. I think it's worth looking back at FY 2021, thinking about some of the achievements during that year for the company as we continued our growth strategy. You can see on the left-hand side a bit of a column there of some of the achievements that we did see in FY 2021. Some of these things are big things. I mean, the Bigtincan multi-hub product strategy certainly is one. As well as that, the company built out its infrastructure to make sure that it was well set for growth. That included technology changes. It included infrastructure for our systems. It included new tools to help our people feel more connected to the company and their world. It built upon that efficient growth engine that we'll talk about more. It put Bigtincan in a strong financial position as we entered FY 2022. Some wonderful wins as well. Some of you who follow Bigtincan's quarterly announcements will have heard some of the names of customers that joined us in FY 2021. They're really pleasing to see these organizations continue to work with Bigtincan. Now, as well as that, we accomplished a couple of interesting partnerships and acquisitions during the year. Tom Amos mentioned a few of those names to you. I want you to understand the strategy behind these deals. Certainly, as we think about the growth of the company and how we can add value for our customers, we often see opportunities to be able to accelerate our roadmap by adding new interesting technology to the Bigtincan strategy. You saw that with acquisitions like Vidinoti and VoiceVibes during the year. We also saw opportunities to accelerate growth with new customer opportunities and even creating a new hub with our Engagement Hub created out of the ClearSlide acquisition that was conducted in the year. Another acquisition I think of note for shareholders was the deal in Denmark for Agnitio, a pretty interesting company that gave us access to a European presence, as well as providing us with extra expertise in one of our core verticals, which is the life sciences space. Investors who attended our product and technology day events, we held two of them over the last year, will have heard about the AWS partnership. We were really pleased to have a senior AWS executive, Sid Rao, present to you, to shareholders, talking about the partnership with Bigtincan and why that's strategic for them. In terms of technology leadership, during the year, a number of, I think, interesting things. We continued to generate wonderful technology out of the company throughout all our development centers around the world. I think certainly things like deepening our partnership with Apple through day zero support for iOS 14 and iOS 15 were important, as well as leading the market for bringing new technologies like augmented reality and virtual reality to our customer base really helps. I talked about VoiceVibes. Now, for those who followed that acquisition conducted earlier this calendar year, VoiceVibes is one of the only platforms in the world that actually owns a database of voice analytics. We now call that our conversational intelligence platform. That platform allows Bigtincan to bring understandings of not just what people say, but the way that they say it. We can help our customers now to understand and help their human beings to get across their message in a way that really works for their teams. During FY 2021, we had some interesting recognition again for the company, winning a bunch of awards and just continuing to see the company do well. Now, I talk a bit about this ARR growth number. You can see it's right there in the middle of the slide. You know, look, I think for me, as we grow this company, the ARR growth is just a demonstration of the effectiveness of the company strategy, and we're certainly pleased with those results in FY 2021. Let's go to the next slide. Thanks. So a bit more on some of the financials. Again, this is just from our FY 2021 investor deck, so nothing new here. But I do find it helpful to look at some of the success the company has had in continuing to grow its revenue, grow its lifetime value, and grow it efficiently. I think that's an important part of our strategy here at Bigtincan. Certainly, as we continue to grow, I expect to see improved benefits from that scale as we grow our business. At the end of the day, these results really are, in my view, a reflection of the effectiveness of our ability to help organizations of scale solve these problems for every one of their customer-facing human beings. If we go to the next slide, Jane, I think something that I wanted to share with you today that is something that I think is really helpful. I wanted you to understand not just the numbers, but what's behind those numbers. What are people doing with this stuff that they want to invest so much money to deliver our software? I wanted to show you three numbers that I thought might give you some insights into the progression of the company. Now, these numbers are not for the financial year FY 2021. They are actually for January to October this calendar year. That just was an easy number for our tech teams to be able to give us without distracting them too much, which I'm sure you don't want. I think these numbers give you a really good view of the implications of our technology. During that 10-month period, more than 40 million presentations were conducted using the Bigtincan platform. 40 million engagements that have impacted billions of dollars of revenue for our customers. More than 30 million outbound buyer engagements in our remote world. More than 6 million skills development activities all occurred in our platform in that 10 months alone. Why is that important for shareholders? Well, I think it does two things. Again, I hope it helps you to understand why this technology is valuable to our customers. I want you to think about the data. We are in a data economy, and our ability to be able to get this data and then be able to process this data and turn it into recommendations and guidance is a core value proposition of our company. I believe that there are very few organizations that are able to get this level of scale and take this data and turn it into something that can actually really influence of how human beings work. I think, again, I was just really pleased to share some of these numbers with you just to give you a view of the impact that the company is having on our, on our customers. If we look at the next one, Jane, I think if you think about the FY 2021 investments the company made, I thought I'd focus on a couple of interesting areas. Now, these were all investments that we made during FY 2021 to support that long-term growth and scale. We believe that, you know, the direction that the industry analysts are talking about with the addressable market is real. We believe there is an opportunity to build a bigger company here at Bigtincan and achieve some additional growth. But look, how do we do that in a way that's efficient and effective? A couple of things I wanted to talk about today. First thing was investments in the global platform. Often, folks don't pay attention to the infrastructure required to deliver this stuff at scale. We are working with some of the world's leading organizations to help them to create these experiences. You know, there's no doubt that doing that at scale all around the world takes work. I wanna start off by thanking the entire Bigtincan team who worked tirelessly to build the scale in our technology that helped us to deliver this to customers. What investors will note in FY 2021, as well as working on that infrastructure in North America, in Europe, and here in Australia, we also invested in new infrastructure in Asia. I think you'll see Asia as a new interesting growth opportunity for us in the future. We also worked really hard and continue to work really hard on the core system components of this company. You're seeing that through technologies like Bigtincan Identity and our universal content system. This allows us to execute with rapid integration progress and cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This is core technology that was a significant investment for us in FY 2021, but is already having an influence in our planning for this financial year and the future. The last thing, of course, is investments in, you know, the team to make sure that we are supporting all these customers we have and that we're ready to drive retention and upsell as we help these organizations to use the Bigtincan technology even more broadly. I think those are three areas that the company made investments in in FY 2021 that are insightful for the view of going into FY 2022 and beyond. Jane, if we jump to the next slide, I think it's worth diving in a little bit. I know this is supposed to be the FY 2021 meeting. I'm happy to take any questions on some of those FY 2021 points. There are a couple of things I wanted to bring out that were post FY 2021 that I really see as transformational for the company. It's a great opportunity to talk to all of you about those developments, and where we see the opportunities there. Let's go into the first one. Thanks, Jane. Now, those of you who follow Bigtincan will be aware of the acquisition of Brainshark that just occurred earlier in this financial year. Brainshark was a leading provider of sales, learning, training, and coaching that has come into the Bigtincan family and has added to our existing multi-hub product offerings, as well as providing a whole bunch of additional customers and some human beings into our team. The results of that, as we talk here today, the company is really pleased to be more than $100 million in combined annualized recurring revenue, 1,900+ customer deployments, and a global team of 400 people spread all around the world that I think are just some of the best people in the market. Again, big thank you to those of you who are here with us. I think you've made a huge difference this year. Just another interesting point, 97 of the Fortune 500 as customers. Now again, look, that's really due to the work the company has done over the last few years to understand the importance of building out the North American business, to have that infrastructure in place and have the ability to be able to help those large organizations to solve problems. Now, we see Bigtincan's technology, of course, going outside the Fortune 500, but it's just nice validation of the ability of the company to win some of the world's largest deals in sales enablement. Now in the few short weeks since the Brainshark acquisition was closed, we've done a lot of work. Again, the team has, I think, executed really well and used some of the experience we gained in previous periods to really bring forward a bunch of the integration. I'm pleased to report to shareholders the company's completed the human resource integration, making sure that the people that are so core to our business are connected and part of Bigtincan. We've unified the product offering, enabling all of our go-to-market teams to be able to sell the appropriate products to customers, including cross-sell and upsell. While, again, early days, I think there'll be some pleasing results from that. We've also worked to integrate systems, and I know a lot of the Bigtincan humans have worked tirelessly again on the back end. You know, of course, these deals involve more than just product and more than just go to market. They involve connecting finance systems and connecting processes and connecting human resources platforms, and really pleased and proud of the work that you all did, the Bigtincan team did to help us to do that. We've also started real work on creating this unified technology platform that I believe is going to be unique in our market and it's gonna make a big difference for our customers all around the world. If you go to the next one, Jane, I think it's also interesting to think about those people and to give you a bit more view of those people and how things have changed, just even in FY 2021. You can see there some of the numbers. You know, look, I think from a company point of view, our view is to be efficient and effective with our human resources, but to empower folks to be able to make the right decisions and really grow their careers here at Bigtincan. You can see an interesting mix of humans all over the world and just really pleasing to be able to work with some of those folks. It's one of the things I find most, you know, it's powerful for our company and it's most enjoyable, is to be able to sit down with those people and talk to them about their future and why they see Bigtincan as being, I think, a strategic decision for them. We continue to grow that global footprint. I will tell shareholders, Australia is our home, you know, and it's wonderful to be back here in Australia and to catch up with our teams here. The company has a global view, and we believe the global market opportunity is what is driving our business to success. Now, if we go to the next one, Jane, I think it's worth also talking a bit more about that FY 2022 position and beyond because a lot of those developments that we talked about that were post-period changes are driving FY 2022. I want to give you some insights into that and some of the thinking that the company has in place. Let's start off, Jane, with looking at the strategy. What is the strategy of this company into FY 2022? Well, number one, we have a unique opportunity to be able to take advantage of this ongoing transition to digital and remote. This is a change in our economy that is fundamental to every one of our enterprise organizations. Just post the Brainshark deal, I was very fortunate to be able to get out and talk to a bunch of existing Brainshark customers. I was talking to one customer who told me that during the pandemic, because they had to move everybody remote, they'd realized that was their future. They had pretty much kept every customer-facing human remote. They were telling me that probably is their future. The technology that particular case Brainshark was bringing to them enabled them to help each of those people, even though they were remote, to have the skills and knowledge they needed to engage with their customers. They told me they could not have got through without that technology. It would have been impossible. I completely understand why that's important. There's an opportunity here for us to take advantage of that and help even more of our existing customers and new customers to benefit from the Bigtincan technology. We want to deepen existing relationships and deepen customer penetration. Talked about that, you know, 1,900+ customers, 97 of the Fortune 500, and more organizations that choose Bigtincan. We have opportunities to help even more human beings in those companies. Now, some of those organizations are, you know, small deployments comparatively to the size of their organization. I see the penetration rates in each of those customers. Yeah, I see the penetration rate in each of those customers still being small. We have an opportunity to both deepen the relationship with those customers, as well as the ability to be able to bring new technologies to them to help them to be more effective. You'll also see Bigtincan take advantage of scale. We talked about it a few times. Take advantage of scale, so we can drive operational efficiency globally with the opportunities to maintain market leadership. That's the strategy for us for FY 2022 at the highest possible level. If we jump in, Jane, to the next one, I think it's worth thinking, though, a bit deeper about those future growth opportunities. Where will they come from? I think the best way I can describe it to you is, look, the growth is gonna come in both of those areas. It's gonna come in terms of expansion and adding new value to the existing market and customers. But it is also gonna come from new geographic or vertical market expansion and new logos that come into the Bigtincan customer base. What you can see on this chart is little circles kind of going out. What I'm trying to indicate there is the depth of engagement. As we're seeing more and more of our customers move up that value chain, getting more value from the use of the Bigtincan technology, I think you're gonna see that benefit the company as we take our end-to-end sales enablement platform that's creating these buying experiences to more customers and deeper relationships with existing customers. Then lastly, Jane, I think on the next slide, it's worth talking a bit about the outlook. I think that we've talked about this before and have been following Bigtincan. You know, certainly the transformational acquisition of Brainshark definitely has added to some of these things. I think we're on track to, you know, I think to demonstrate that these levels of success. I wanna talk about something on the right-hand side of this chart. These are the things kind of when we sat down together before this presentation and said, "Look, how do we showcase to investors what is it that makes Bigtincan special?" There's five things, and I want to spend just a couple of minutes with you to explain these five things that certainly we see about making Bigtincan special. First of all, as we are here on this call today, Bigtincan is a category leader in the global market with a significant U.S. customer base. Number two, we have been building and proving that we can build an efficient growth engine. Number three, Bigtincan comes into FY 2022 in a strong financial position with scaling infrastructure and team. Number four, the creation of that multi-hub offering is enabling us to do those two things, reach the broadening market space, as well as getting deeper penetration with existing customers. I think for investors, this demonstrated repeatable organic growth combined with strategic M&A puts Bigtincan in a position to be able to continue to grow our business, to show the benefits of the work we've done in previous periods and build on that success for the future. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to talk to you today. Certainly wonderful to be here, and I really appreciate everybody joining us today here on the AGM presentation. Thank you all. I think we're going to have Q&A, though, if there's any Q&A. Q&A In the material. None. None yet? 30 seconds. Thank you, Viv. It doesn't look like there's any questions that have come through as yet. We can give it a few moments if you'd like, though. We encourage webinar attendees to use the Q&A function at the bottom of the screen if you do have any questions. All right. Well, thank you. Thank you everybody for the opportunity to present to you today. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank you for your support for the company and being here with us today. I would like to do one last thing. I would like to echo Tom's remarks and thank John Scull personally for all he did for me at this company. I think we're very fortunate to have you involved, John. I really believe that. Any company that has you involved is very fortunate, and I think you added real benefits to all our shareholders by being here. Thank you for your service to the company. I think on that, Jane, we are. Are we done? I think we're done. Thank you all very much. Looking forward to catching up again soon. Thank you. Thanks, Tom. Thank you. Thanks, Jane. Thanks all.
