Good morning. I'm Jane Morgan, thank you for joining the Bigtincan Holdings Limited Product and Technology Investor Briefing. We have quite a few people joining us today, I might just give it one more moment because they're still all coming through. In the meantime, today you'll be hearing from David Keane, our CEO and co-founder, as well as Stefan Teulon, who is our Chief Product Officer, together with key functional leaders who will share insights into the company's products and technologies. At the conclusion of today's event, David and Stefan will be taking questions relating to today's presentation. To ask a question throughout today's presentation, please use the Q&A function, which can be found at the bottom of your screen. Hello all. My name is David Keane, CEO and Co-founder of Bigtincan. I want to welcome you to Bigtincan Holdings Investor Product and Tech Day for FY 23. Let me start by saying that I'm truly humbled and thrilled to be here with you to share this moment as we reflect on our journey so far and the products and technology we've created, and look ahead to a future where Bigtincan will continue to build on that history to create the products and technologies that will make a difference to millions of people all around the world. Before we start today, I want to remind you that at our core, we believe in revolutionizing the buying experience for businesses. It is this belief that drives all of us every single day. That vision is based on the culture of innovation that is in the DNA of Bigtincan. Over the last year alone, we have introduced more than 200 individual product features and capabilities. Whilst doing that, we unveiled our groundbreaking Intelligent Enablement Platform that powers the Bigtincan experience today. This progress is a testament to the determination that we have to redefine the buying experience in the face of an ever-changing world. In a way, the recent award from Fast Company, who recognized Bigtincan alongside Australia's other innovator in software, Canva, in their most innovative company awards for 2023. This shows that the commitment we have to transforming the way businesses connect with their customers and build success is in the forefront of how the world thinks about innovation today. As we continue to lead this world through innovation in our category of sales enablement, it's important that we also embrace the incredible potential that artificial intelligence and large language models will bring. These are things that we are seeing having a significant impact on our world. Today, you will see Bigtincan's response with our GenieAI technology. The transformative power of GenieAI holds the key to unlock new cutting-edge solutions that improve collaboration and customer engagement. You know, our goal is to use the GenieAI technologies to improve the productivity of every one of our users by leveraging AI-driven insights, enabling our users to build deeper connections with their customers and deliver what we call personalized, effective experiences that lead to lasting relationships and improved results. We also want to use GenieAI technologies to help people to build skills in ways that were never before possible. You will see that come to life today and also into our FY 2024 year. You know, at Bigtincan, we've always had a dedication to merging elegant design with state-of-the-art technology to set us apart. We'll continue to show that innovation and push the boundaries there, including how AI and machine learning will impact our customers, ensuring that they enjoy these experiences that impact their lives. Of course, it's the talented and passionate team at Bigtincan that is the lifeblood of what you will see today. It's their hard work that has led to this showcase and to Bigtincan's ongoing progress and growth. We look at that growth, the metric that is a leading indicator to me for our medium-term prospects is how our users engage with our platform. Now, today, I can tell you that in the last year, we have served over two million humans. We look at how those humans engage with the platform, we have seen a remarkable 50% increase in user sessions since our last Investor Product and Tech Day. Today, you will see why those users love using Bigtincan. Now, we talked a bit about some of that love by reviewing our Net Promoter Score at our first half FY23 results and how Bigtincan is performing against our direct competitors. For today, I'll talk about another statistic that matters to us. According to that same research conducted by Channel, Media and Market Research, Bigtincan leads the market with the highest score for companies considered a visionary in sales enablement, with the highest score of any of our direct competitors. Yes, whilst in the last year, we have seen significant disruptions in the global economy, with many organizations facing challenging conditions with staff reductions and a tougher investment climate. The technology you will see today is, we believe, a way to drive future growth for the overall economy and for Bigtincan. For example, helping to make the most of each resource has been behind the growth of our coaching technology in Learning Hub, which has grown 33% in ARR year-over-year has been the fastest-growing part of our business in calendar year 2023 to date. Bigtincan now has more than 260 of these enterprise-grade customers who pay over $100,000 in ARR, representing 72% of our total ARR. These companies are making the most of Bigtincan technology and delivering the buying experience of the future for their customer-facing teams. As you join us in exploring our showcase today, I hope you will really share in the excitement and see the immense value that we create for businesses that use our technology. Let's get started. Let's hear from our Chief Product Officer, Stefan Teulon, to take you through the rest of Bigtincan's FY 23 Investor Product and Tech Day. Stefan, over to you. Thank you, David. It's great to be here with all of you again for our FY 2023 Investor Product and Tech Day. We've got an exciting program, we can't wait to take you through it. Before we begin, let's take a quick look back. It's been an extraordinarily productive year at Bigtincan. Since July of 2022, we've been on a roll, successfully launching over 200 distinct products and features and enhancements. Each of these attests to our dedication of pioneering innovation and delivering unparalleled value to our customers. Together with these feature releases and enhancements, our strategic focus this year has been driving multi-hub adoption through cross-selling our hubs. To support this, we've rolled out a number of platform services and integrations that underpin delivering a seamless user experience. We call those our Intelligent Enablement Platform, or IEP for short. IEP is powered by Bigtincan Identity for centralized authentication and authorization, a common design system for our modern and unified UX and UI, and a centralized data lake serving our next-gen analytics and AI recommendations. It's all been about creating a fluid, intuitive, and powerful experience for our users. Our playbook for building out our multi-hub offering is now mature, but it continues to evolve. It allows us to accelerate rolling out new modules and add-ons and for onboarding products and technology coming in from our M&A program. From integration to innovation, here's a few release highlights that shipped during FY 2023 across all hubs. Bigtincan Drive, our next-gen content management system, conversational intelligence inside Learning Hubs and Engagement Hubs, multi-hub navigation, Digital Sales Rooms, For You, a Mac app for Apple silicon devices. Let's not forget our integrations with Slack, Salesforce Mobile, and Zoom. To share a customer's perspective on Bigtincan's multi-hub offering, we're fortunate. Today, we have Anthony from Winnebago to explain why all this really matters. Hi, my name is Anthony Keliinoi. I am the head of sales enablement for Winnebago Industries. I love our relationship with Bigtincan because Bigtincan offers a dynamic solution that meets all of our needs. Most of the vendors that I've chatted with in the past, claim that they're the best at content or claim that they're the best at training. What Bigtincan offers is the best of all worlds and everything we need. For our specific use case, we appeal to an independent sales force. They love that they can access all the information they need in the content on the Bigtincan hub, and they love that they can access all the training. What's more, we utilize gamification to really optimize our experience. This draws in the sales force, gets them really engaged, and we've been able to run an AB comparison between our pilot group and between the rest of the field and show that we're really driving revenue with this Bigtincan experience. We're just very excited. We love it. We've got a great experience. Thanks, Anthony. Let's shift gears and take a glimpse into the future. We've been working diligently on our upcoming releases, today we have an amazing showcase for you, including modern content authoring, Coaching AI, Page Templates, Meetings, and virtual sales rooms. To help take you through how all this new tech really works for our customers, we have created a sample customer, Annandale, a medical device company who is introducing a totally new solution to their market. Annandale need to onboard, train, and coach their sales team and then empower them to be successful when meeting with customers. Today, you will see the impact of Bigtincan products and technology on Annandale's people and their customers as they create the buying experience of the future for their business. Earlier, David talked about AI. At Bigtincan, we understand the power of AI to drive what we see as at least a 10 times increase in user productivity. Kicking us off is Bigtincan GenieAI, a groundbreaking generative AI technology we announced this past March. GenieAI is built using the latest large language model tech stack. We're integrating AI deep into the heart of our platform. Our AI strategy is designed to be the epitome of secure, private, and focused, all with the aim of empowering our customers to deliver exceptional buying experiences to their clients like never before. This is truly a leap forward. To take you through GenieAI, I'd like to introduce Debra Cancro, Bigtincan's Senior Vice President of Data Products. Take it away, Deb. Thanks, Stefan. You've heard about the profound shifts in our world that will result from large language models such as ChatGPT. We agree Here in the Data Products Group at Bigtincan, we're focused on finding the most strategic ways to leverage these AI models to help our customers achieve that 10x productivity gain that Steph mentioned earlier. As he also mentioned, we released GenieAI as a preview back in March, with our full customer release planned for summer in the Northern Hemisphere. Let's start today by looking at what GenieAI can do to help achieve that 10x productivity gain for Annandale. In addition to helping sales professionals save time by drafting emails, summarizing articles, and finding answers, this technology can enable personalization like never before and find key takeaways from sales calls in just seconds. Bigtincan's new Genie assistant can be found on our For You page. For You is where sellers can go to get customized recommendations for content or training courses that appeal to them. These recommendations are based on what they've used recently, what the top sellers are using, what the top sellers are sharing, to recommend your next best actions. Today, let's look at this one, revolutionizing patient care. We can see on this content that there are a number of products relevant to patient care and a few brochures about this as well. From this card about revolutionizing patient care, I'm gonna check with the Genie assistant to get a summary of the content. You saw there was a lot on the previous screen. Let's just get a summary. Okay. Now let's ask a question about this content. I know I'm going to Brookdale this week to talk to a surgeon. Let me see what product I should be focusing on. SurgiAssist, the robotic surgical assistant. Okay. Let's see if I can craft an email that would be appropriate for my prospect. Hey, Genie, write a compelling email summarizing the SurgiAssist product from Annandale. Call out its benefits and bullet points. Here we go. A great email written specifically for David Rosenberg from me, targeting the product that I wanna highlight and the benefits to him as a surgeon. I can copy this text and send it off. One more thing let's try. Hey, Genie, help me build a sales call plan selling SurgiAssist to Brookside Community Hospital in San Diego. Great. Genie's provided a call plan that gives me step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for a call with the surgeon at Brookfield Hospital. Thanks, Genie. We're excited about these and many more capabilities that we will launch leveraging large language models in the year ahead. What makes the GenieAI solution unique for our customers is how we're approaching security and control over the process. Many enterprise companies are restricting access to tools like Chat, ChatGPT due to lack of control and concerns about content governance. At Bigtincan, we're building a security model that keeps content secure through vectorizing proprietary customer content and allowing for reporting and insights into how teams use GenieAI. We believe that this approach will allow us to compete better and add commercial value to each and every one of our user seats. Yes, in FY 2024, we expect GenieAI to add revenue and improve other core business metrics like retention and expansion. I'll hand it over to Adrian to talk about modern authoring. Thanks, Deb. Thrilled to see that the Genie is out of the bottle, it looks great. As for me, I'm excited to share some of what we've been doing in the Bigtincan Learning Hub to lead the market in the content authoring experience. Content authoring is one of the core differentiators for Bigtincan. Our authoring technology allows anybody to create learning courses with simplicity and allows power users to build comprehensive learning programs and flows that can suit the most complex of enterprise environments. Now we're taking authoring to the next level with our new modern authoring experience. Modern authoring is based on the power of Brainshark's end user experience, which has been a focus for our development efforts at Bigtincan for a little while now, our efforts have had a huge impact on its appeal and use. The core of Brainshark is its ability to create interactive content known as Brainsharks. Our customers see massive value here with our NPS hovering around 50 month after month after month. Our customers love that core capability. It's time to take the interface to a new level. We're updating authoring to make it easier to position and adopt, unlocking all of Brainshark's authoring power for all users. Rather than just talk about it, let me show it to you. I'm playing the role of Linda Garcia, sales enablement manager at Annandale. I wanna update a presentation for the new SurgiFlow little product launch training that I'm working on. I wanna add a case study PDF. By using the nine-dots menu, I can navigate across the hubs right into Annandale's Brainshark instance with the modern user interface that we rolled out last year. I'm on My Content tab, here's the presentation that I wanna edit. By opening this menu and selecting Edit, I'm prompted with the option of choosing classic or modern authoring. I'm gonna use classic to show you what it used to look like. You can see here a number of different tabs and settings and all the different slides that are part of the presentation. If I activate modern mode, I'm instantly brought into the new user interface, which is immediately much more intuitive. I have my slides down the left-hand side, and I can easily see the timing of the narration, and if there are animations, any animations on the slide and the timing of those as well, which I could play if I wanted to. I've got my case study here where I have a set of animations already set up, narration already set up, but I wanna bring in a PDF that supports this as well. To do that, I simply need to go under Add slides and locate the file. There it is. I'm gonna open it, which will upload and convert it. While it's converting, I can even see the progress of this down at the bottom. The file is uploaded, I'm notified, and it will be converted and added into my slide presentation. That it's available, I simply drag it to position it where I want within the presentation, and the entire thing has been updated. I can view my presentation just like any Brainshark using the Brainshark player, and you can see there's my new PDF and the ability to download it as well. That is modern authoring. With modern authoring, Annandale can onboard and train their sales team to be ready to bring their new product to market. I think you'll agree modern authoring takes content authoring in the Bigtincan Learning Hub to a new level, making it easier to position with potential customers, easier for new users to adopt, and even easier for us to extend with new capabilities. That's not all we're cooking up in the Bigtincan Learning Hub. I'd like to hand it over to Phil Stiff to talk about our Coaching AI. Thanks, Dave Green. It's great that Annandale now has their team onboarded, and they're set up for success. How do we ensure that sticks? Let's talk about coaching. As David mentioned, coaching is a very exciting product for us right now and growing in ARR 33% year-over-year. In coaching, we have an area of sales enablement that is universally understood as valuable but also has some unique challenges that have been kind of been fun to solve. We know that coaching our reps is valuable for improving product knowledge, presentation skills, and ultimately increasing our win rates. There's no question about that. We also know is doing things right can take time. Our research says that over 85% of sales managers feel they do not have that right amount of time. It's a big problem, but an even bigger opportunity. It is my pleasure to introduce to you Bigtincan Coaching AI. Coaching AI is a technology built into our coaching system that's really making an impact. Coaching AI is part of our GenieAI family of AI tools. Let's focus in on Mark Wilson, West Coast Sales Manager for Annandale. Using the Bigtincan IEP and with coaching seamlessly integrated within Content Hub, his team's progress is just a click away. With the upcoming product launch for the SurgiAssist, his focus is on making sure his team is informed and ready to close the deal from day one. Mark is utilizing Coaching AI to guide his reps on how they're presenting so that he can follow up on what they're presenting. Within Coaching AI, his reps are getting metrics and guidance around ideal presentation deliveries such as pace, volume, filler words, and many more. In addition to these more structural metrics, Coaching AI provides his reps with insights into how they might be coming across to their prospects, their vibes. Vibes is part of the VoiceVibes conversational intelligence technology that we're integrating right across our products and is a significant differentiator for our customers. For example, Mark is able to see that his rep, Janelle, is coming off a bit boring and needs some work on delivering a more exciting message. You can see where VoiceVibes technology is showing suggestions automatically for how Janelle can improve, including changing her pace of speech and much more. Given that his reps have provided tools to practice in a safe environment while perfecting their pitch and nailing their message, Mark knows that when he is brought in, it's for the right reason and the right time. I hope you love seeing Coaching AI as much as our customers love using it. Coaching AI was launched just this month, will be coming to our full customer base in June 2023 as an optional offering. Now we know our team at Annandale has been coached to be successful. It's time to get them the content and the data they need to work with their customers. I'd like to hand it over to Luigi Piccolo to start talking about the exciting work our design research team has done with page templates. Thanks, Phil. Hello, I'm Luigi Piccolo, Lead, Design Research at Bigtincan. I'm very proud to show you this project that was driven by the research we did with some of our customers like Uber Eats, Anheuser-Busch, and Guardian Life to understand their users' biggest pain points when it comes to organizing and finding content. I'm excited to introduce Bigtincan Page Templates. An enhancement to Content Hub pages. Marketing and sales leaders can now create branded and dynamic experiences. Let's dive in. Every sales deal requires meaningful, engaging content. That content requires a budget to plan and produce. That content cannot be easily found and shared. It creates frustration and puts revenue at risk. As you know, Bigtincan has always offered a powerful user experience, allowing our customers to organize and share their content. Now, with the new Bigtincan Page Templates, we're introducing tools that make creation more self-serve, allowing anyone to create beautiful pages. Customers will be able to select from a library of templates that are fit for purpose and tailored to address some of the leading use cases in the sales enablement space. Bigtincan Page Templates are intentionally designed using elements of our new design system to provide more context to ensure a quicker and more precise understanding of the page content by the receiving audiences. Let me show you another page using the new designs. Bigtincan Page Templates provide valuable customization through widgets like brandable banners, powerful reach text fields, flexible file groups with descriptions, related pages for navigation, key contacts that make subject matter experts findable, and more. All features came out of our ability to understand our users' needs in-depth. Available later this summer, we're featuring page templates for sales playbooks, sales prospects, and product launches. We couldn't be more excited to get page templates into the hands of our customers and hear more about what they need next. Now that I've shown you page templates, I'd like to hand it over to our senior product manager, Gavin, who has been working on this awesome project called Meetings. Thanks, Luiz. Remote meetings are an integral part of modern sales cycles, and meeting platform adoption has driven incredible growth opportunities for companies across all industries. Today's leading solutions have evolved as mass-market video conferencing providers without taking into account the specific needs of enterprise sales organizations. Sellers are faced with a complex environment of meeting solutions provided by their organization and their customer's organizations. Modern sellers need a meeting solution that connects to their sales processes, reduces friction for their customers to join calls, and collects valuable data during their meetings to report back to marketing and help each seller improve their customer engagements. I'm excited to introduce Bigtincan Meetings, a video conferencing platform built for the buying experience of the future. Today, I'll be playing the role of Mark Wilson, a sales manager for Annandale selling a SurgiAssist product. Bigtincan Meetings is an easy-to-use, web-based meeting solution that has conversational intelligence, approved content, and engagement analytics built in. It's fully integrated into the Bigtincan platform. Mark can access all of his meetings through the 9 dots menu. The meeting dashboard provides high-level insights from Mark and his sales manager to understand the age-old question, what's going on today, this week, or this month? In progress meetings will help sales managers see all of their reps' active meetings. We'll see that in action in just a minute. All of my historical meetings can be found in the previous list. I can easily find a specific meeting by searching for the meeting title. All of my scheduled meetings can be found in the upcoming meetings list. I'm gonna go ahead and start an ad hoc meeting. Before joining the meeting, users can prepare their audio and video settings. Once in the meeting, we have all the functionality you'd expect in a video conferencing solution. Screen share, the ability to record multiple recordings within a single meeting, and chat. Sales reps need more than basic meeting capabilities. We've added personal notes, so sales reps can capture their insights for the meeting and log these notes directly to their CRM. We've also included an integration with Miro for an interactive whiteboarding experience. I'm gonna start a Miro board for SurgiAssist right now. I can embed this board within the meeting, and this is actually a two-way interactive experience within Miro. My meeting attendees can actually engage in this whiteboard with me while I'm hosting the meeting. We've also included an improved file list. These files are published into the Content Hub, and the publishers or the marketing team has marked them as shareable content. I know that this content can be shared and presented to my buyers and to the guests within this meeting. Once I've opened the file, I can view my slide thumbnails to make it really easy to navigate to different slides within the presentation, and I can also open up my slide notes. Only I can see these slide notes. All the attendees within the meeting see the whole presentation. Moving back to the meeting dashboard. Now I can see that active meeting here in the in-progress meetings list. There's a few details about the meeting, and I also have the ability to join the meeting if I need to. If I was Mark's sales manager, I could join the meeting, if I saw that he was a few minutes into the meeting and might need my help dealing with a competitive objection or potentially a pricing conversation. Once my meetings are completed, I can view additional details. I'm going to open up the Mass General pitch for SurgiAssist. Here I have some additional meeting details, and you can see I have the start time, the end time, how many guests were in the meeting, the duration, a few pieces of basic information that I might need to know about the meeting itself. I can see who joined the meeting, the content that was presented during the meeting, and how long it was presented. I can see my personal notes that I captured during the meeting, and I can open the Playback tab, which shows me the meeting recording. I have VoiceVibes analytics built in for conversational intelligence to tell me how my pace was, my clarity, how often I was using filler words, and where the positive and negative vibes were within the meeting. I can also open up the transcript and search for a concept that we talked about during the meeting. I can find the exact moment that I talked about training and view in the timeline and play the video from that moment on. For businesses with complex compliance requirements, Bigtincan Meetings allows admins to restrict virtual presentations to only approved content. Unlike other meeting solutions, we capture data on all the content being presented for marketing teams in compliance. We're excited to bring these new meeting capabilities to our customers. We'll continue to build Bigtincan Meetings for the buying experience of the future. I'll hand it over to Danielle Morris to talk about a powerful new capability coming to our virtual sales rooms. Thanks, Gavin. I'm excited to share with you a new capability coming to our virtual sales rooms: real-time collaboration. This will enable multiple people to simultaneously engage with both each other and interactive content, all in one virtual place. Virtual sales rooms with real-time collaboration elevate both the buyer and seller experience through enhanced engagement and personalized interaction. Let's talk a bit about enhanced engagement. Highly interactive, immersive environments increase engagement as well as information comprehension and retention. This increased engagement leads to stronger customer relationships, higher customer satisfaction, and increased sales. When I say personalized interaction, I'm referring to the ability to communicate with the audience inside a nonlinear interactive experience. This makes the sales room adaptable to individual needs. Let's get into a virtual sales room so you can see how easy it is for a seller to use real-time collaboration to simultaneously engage with multiple customers from the same company. Here we have Sophia Ramirez, the SVP of Sales Enablement for a luxury furniture manufacturing company. Sophia is challenged by the need to continually train and motivate the sales team, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure her team is using the most effective sales tactics and technology to drive success. Arjun Patel, a senior sales manager, wanted to join the experience to see how adopting new technology might be able to help his team adjust to the rapidly changing sales landscape. I will play the role of their sales rep and use real-time collaboration to show them how our platform's AI-driven tools can optimize the performance of their growing sales team while maintaining a consistent level of coaching quality, resulting in a faster close rate. As Sophia and Arjun explore this virtual world, we're able to see what they're looking at and where they go inside the experience. As a seller, I'm able to better understand their intent and the things that interest them. Here's an opportunity for me to provide an engaging, personalized experience for the buyer. Sophia is able to interact with the content and ask me a question, all without needing to leave the experience. I'm able to guide her directly to more information about a capability that suits her needs. You'll see how I'm able to engage with multiple customers simultaneously, drawing a direct connection between their unique needs and interests to the value of our platform. This allows me to understand not just what an individual buyer is engaging with, but also how they work together with their coworkers. I can use those insights to improve my follow-up and provide value long term in a way that wasn't possible before. Thanks for joining me so I could show you how our virtual Digital Sales Rooms with real-time collaboration provide an innovative experience for both buyers and sellers through enhanced engagement and personalized interaction. I'll hand it back to Stefan. Thanks, Danielle and team. That was amazing. From Page Templates and Digital Sales Rooms in Content Hub, Coaching AI in Learning Hub, and Meetings in Engagement Hub, I'm so excited about our upcoming releases and can't wait to see what our customers do with them. All these updates are aligned with our strategy of leading the market with our platform approach, all connected to the IEP we spoke about earlier. They are designed to help drive Bigtincan's multi-hub business model. Multi-hub deployments help Bigtincan to grow revenue and improve retention. We also saw today Bigtincan GenieAI bringing the power of generative AI and large language models to our products. GenieAI will be available as a commercial offering that will add to Bigtincan's revenue per seat. Investors can expect to see all these releases begin to roll out across Bigtincan products starting in the Northern Hemisphere of 2023 and extending through our FY 24. Lastly, we would love all our investors to stay close to our product announcements on bigtincan.com, and we welcome a chance to talk to you more about the products and how they are being used in the real world. That's a wrap. Back to you, David. Well, that's it for our FY 2023 Investor Product and Tech Day Event. I really hope after seeing today's event and the innovative technology that Bigtincan is delivering and our vision for the future of AI and a bunch of amazing technologies, you will be as excited as we are about the future of the Bigtincan business. I'd like to again thank the team at Bigtincan who presented today and also the entire global team for creating the platform and working with our customers to build the buying experience of the future for our customers. I'd also like to thank you, our investors and shareholders, for your support as we build what we believe will be one of the long-term leaders in this market. Thank you all, and thank you, David. Again, if you have any questions for the team, please feel free to use the Q&A function which can be found at the bottom of your screen. Thank you, Jane. We actually have quite a few questions that have already come in, but please, of course, feel free to add questions to the list. Looks like most of these are for Stefan, so I'll hand a few over to him. Okay. One of the first ones that I think is a really interesting question is. I'll read the question. Will these large language models hinder or help Bigtincan in the medium term? I think there's a lot of discussion about that in chat. Stefan, what would you like to say about that? Yeah, it's a good question. All the buzz right now is around large language models and generative AI, and at Bigtincan, it's really central to our strategy. We've obviously rolled out, we showcased today GenieAI, as well as Coaching AI and VoiceVibes. AI is central to Bigtincan's strategy. We are taking a view that it needs to enhance our sales enablement use cases. As I mentioned earlier, we're keeping it very focused. There's obviously a lot of questions about its privacy and security, especially for company employees. That's obviously top of mind for us as well. It's a key focus for us in terms of bringing this technology to market. We've got some really exciting use cases. We showed some today. I'd love to share more, but we'll use that, we'll use another, future update to take you through some of those enhancements. I think for us, it's gonna be a really key, a really significant and key growth driver. There's a similar kind of follow-on question which says: Of these product initiatives, what tech are we leveraging? In things like, you know, virtual rooms, are we doing that ourselves? Are we using technology behind that? Would you like to comment on that? Yes. The virtual rooms is a combination of proprietary and open source. We're not leveraging any third party specifically to run the virtual rooms. For AI and large language models, we're using a combination of tools. Obviously, the most well-known would be OpenAI's ChatGPT models, but there are other models available that are designed for different tasks. Summarization, for example, we're using a couple of models to achieve that. There's also the question of availability in terms of geography. We have a global customer and global user audience, we're being very mindful to ensure that these tools and our use of these AI are staying within the regulatory boundaries, especially with our customers and friends in Europe. Yeah, I can say that we're definitely using what you've already heard of as the latest and greatest in terms of AI tech. There's a follow on here which is more about the business side, Stefan, which is. Mm-hmm. How do you charge for GenieAI? The question is, are you planning a per seat price or a per customer or per query or something else? You can have a go and then I can give some commentary as well. Sure. I mean, we've mentioned in our press release that we will be bringing it to market as an add-on module. Currently we've done some market research and really there's an acceptable price point, sort of between $20-$30 per user per month. We could definitely see that rolling out to a large swathe of our customer base as our customers get more use of this technology and see how it, you know, really amplifies the productivity of their users in using our solution. Yeah, certainly. I think I'd echo that and say, look, you know, our research tells us that this is gonna be something that pretty much every human being will want access to. You know, as we've focused on the use case here, I think that gives us a pretty interesting opportunity to be able to, you know, add value for a bunch of our customers. Okay, there are questions. There was another question about the region. You kind of jumped into that before, another question following on about region. What do we do with Europe? You know, there's a lot of stuff in the news about Europe. What's our view on that, Stefan? Yeah. Well, firstly, We've built an infrastructure on our side to ensure that we can use the appropriate models by region. Utilizing ChatGPT's API, keeping that very focused on a U.S. audience. There are other models available that are hosted out of Europe. We are using those models to ensure that data sovereignty sticks within the existing regulatory framework. Obviously, there's questions that are being asked that we don't have answers to around the legality of the use of the models in general. We're hopeful that that'll play out to a positive end to allow this technology to be used globally. You know, we're mindful of how the world is regulating it, but we're also keen to get this technology into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible because it's, it really is breathtaking. There's another interesting question here which I'll summarize as the whole thing about security and governance. It's a very interesting question that the person asking is asking about how do we, you know, how do we keep it under control, right? How do we keep that content within the organization using it? What, you know. Debra talked a bit about that. Any extra value we can provide to answer that question? Obviously, our customers trust us with their content, and we work with, you know, some of the world's largest clients, who want to ensure their content stays private. That's why we use a mixture of public models where, you know, there is a concern that if you're using public models, the content ends up improving those models and therefore it becomes not proprietary. We are passing, I would say, more generic information to those public models and where we can leverage private, and Deb mentioned where we're using the vector technology to empower search and to drive the Genie, the Ask Genie feature within For You. That's staying in a closed environment, in a walled garden environment. We're not leveraging third-party APIs for that. Okay. There's another question about pricing, which you talked about between $20-$30 per user per month, which does tend it seems to us from our research to be the common value point. The question is that gonna give access to all the GenieAI applications and continue to get future applications developed for the same monthly price? It's a good question. Will $20 or $30 per user give access to all of Genie? Yes. If you pay for the add-on, you'll get access to all of the technology. I think it's fair to say where we can leverage the technology to upgrade the existing infrastructure, then we will. That won't necessarily have to be a pass-through cost, but where we're adding the features such as Genie into For You and to the other parts of the platform, it will be part of a per seat, you know, a $1 per seat model. We're a SaaS business, we're a subscription model. That's our, you know, that's our business. All updates to Genie will be included until we decide that a new package needs to come to market. Okay. There's a question here I'm gonna ask in two parts. I think the first part says, you know, is Bigtincan Meetings a competitor for Zoom and Teams? That's the first part. Then there's this interesting second part as well. Let's ask the first part. What's your comment there? Yes. I mean, we've mentioned we do have an integration with Zoom, and we're planning on integration of Bigtincan Meetings to Microsoft's Teams and Cisco's platform. We definitely see Meetings working collaboratively within the existing Meetings ecosystem. However, there is a niche market which we believe has good growth opportunity for Bigtincan. As Gavin showed, there are specific features for sales in some industries where the generic content sharing through a screen share is frankly not fit for purpose. We believe tightly coupled Content Hub and the Meetings technology with the insights and analytics that get rolled up with it, is an enticing value prop for, you know, for some of our clients. The second part of that question goes on to say, what about CRM? Where does Bigtincan see itself with regards to CRM? In the context of Meetings or in general? I think just general. I think the questioner is interested in do we see ourselves expanding into the CRM space? Not, no. We don't see ourselves competing with CRM in any way. In fact, you know, CRM is a key aspect of our ecosystem, so we integrate deeply with CRM, both in terms of pulling data. Our applications sit within, for example, Salesforce. I think I mentioned earlier that we rolled out an update in the last year that brings our product to Salesforce, the Salesforce mobile app. I don't see us competing with CRM. In fact, you know, the additional enrichment we get from CRM data improves the recommendation models that we can build. A really interesting question, which I think is important for us as a business, 'cause we are something a little bit unusual in that we are an ASX-listed company with a whole lot of, you know, customer base in North America as well as in Europe. The question is, look, we gave some wonderful examples and demonstrations, but we had a lot of North American speakers and North American examples. How does this technology work in places like Australia or I guess I'll extend it to other places where there are more language needs? Yeah, good question. Obviously all the products are localized in terms of the actual products themselves being available in that local language. Some of the tools that, especially with VoiceVibes, we are training our models for regional or cultural, I said focuses, but the underlying model is applicable to all different regions. You know, we do have a larger segment of our customers is based in the US, and so naturally, the products are primarily presented and pitched with that US bias. However, the products are available across the world in the localized language, and because of these generative AI tools off the bat are available and essentially tuned for each language, we can bring the AI capabilities localized as well. Going on from that, there's another question about those models. You talked about the idea that we have a pretty flexible structure, we can optimize the best AI stack with models. It's the stuff we put on top of that that makes a difference. One of the questions is, how do you keep up with that? I mean, there's so much going on in AI. Yeah. How do we keep up with all the AI stuff? Yeah, obviously it's moving very quickly. It's almost daily innovation cycles now. It's no longer yearly, quarterly. It's daily. One of our strategies is that we're not betting the farm on one particular model. We're building out the infrastructure to be agnostic of the model. All of our front-end technology is designed to connect to our own back-end infrastructure, and that gives us the ability to swap the models out as they develop. There's obviously, you know, GPT-4 is the best known, but it's also the slowest at the moment. There's other models out there which are not as, haven't have quite the efficacy or creativity but are faster. Anthropic's Claude Pro has high hopes for being more creative. It makes sense for us not to go too deeply integrated into any one vendor or any one model. That allows us to upgrade the models without having to refactor any of the technology. Upgradeability is part of the design. Okay, one more question about how we're seeing the market now versus 12 months ago. Are sales processes harder? Is the new product resonating to close sales? I think there's, as I said in my remarks, there's no doubt we've had some challenging economic conditions the last little while, and that does make things trickier. I think that what we're seeing with things like AI, and I believe with the meetings product you saw today, Bigtincan is gonna have some unique differentiators when we get into the North American summer. You know, some of this technology takes a while to create. If you think about it, if you go back to it from a high level, 30,000 foot view, and you say, "Can Bigtincan bring this technology to market?" I think we have a pretty good history of doing that. Can we sell it to customers? We also have a pretty good history of doing that. Just to use Stefan's example, if we're able to add $20-$30 per user per month onto a pretty significant portion of the Bigtincan license base, and, I mean, if that takes a year, the opportunity to grow revenues from that is strong, even in difficult times where this technology can make a difference for folks. There's one more question. There's a whole bunch of questions. We might not get to them all. I think we've actually gone over time, but I'll maybe just one last one, which is an interesting one. In terms of the user base, are the products just relevant for all sectors or focused on particular sectors? i.e. retail, would they use some products more or life sciences, financial services? Trying to get an idea of what uptake might be across the user base. Stef, what do you think about the verticals? Your comment on that. Yeah. Our strategy is to focus on one specific vertical. You know, in our earnings release, we do share the pie charts that show the breakdown per industry. We also share the breakdown of multi-hub versus single-hub deployments. Looping back to the previous question, you know, our strategy has been to make the products more tightly integrated because our experience, our customers want to bundle the different modules together as part of their sales enablement journey. Making the products more seamlessly integrated is improving on that value proposition, definitely. In terms of our, you know, how we focus, there are some nuanced features that do tend to lend themselves more favorably to one vertical than the other. For example, the, you know, the meeting solution which we showcased earlier, the ability to lock down to only approved and only approved content plays out very nicely in regulated industries like life sciences, 'cause it takes away the risk that content that shouldn't be shared is from, you know, from that environment. That's like, that's one of the verticals that we are, that we have high hopes for our meeting solution. Other industries like retail, we have some capabilities that play out well in retail. For a while, we've had an edge cache media server for retail stores that have poor internet connectivity and need to deliver a great content experience. That doesn't really play out well. Sorry. It doesn't really play out as a need, should I say, for other industries like financial services. We've got a few of those capabilities on the edges that tune it for those, for those back, for those verticals. 97% of our features are broadly applicable to all. All right. Well, I think that's it for this FY 2023 Investor Product and Tech event. Thank you again for being here. We'll get this recording up on the investor.bigtincan.com site. I really again wanna say thank you to the Bigtincan team that presented today. Thank you. You're awesome. I also wanna say thank you to the whole Bigtincan team who makes a difference and, you know, really helps us to take care of the customers, which are the lifeblood of our business. Okay. Thank you, Jane. Thank you, everybody. Have a great, have a great Monday. Yes. Thank you all for joining us for the Bigtincan Holdings Product and Technology Investor Briefing.
