Central to this accelerated growth strategy are significant opportunities to drive additional customer value , and to expand Annualized Contract Revenue ( ' ACV ' ) by 10x . The SBG acquisition and increased investment to scale growth will be funded through a $ 35M underwritten institutional placement ( ' Placement ' ) and a $ 5M non - underwritten share purchase plan ( ' SPP ' ) . In addition to the Placement , two Directors of Catapult will subscribe for $ 1.35M of shares , on the same terms as participants under the Placement , subject to shareholder approval ( ' Director Placement ' ) . All shares will be issued at a price of A $ 1.90 .
