Global Expansion with Partners Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with Aria Glass Industries, India The partnership gives ClearVue a manufacturing foothold in one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing construction markets. India’s construction sector was valued at more than US$1 trillion in 2025. Aria Glass Industries signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Maharashtra in January 2024 to invest US$240.5 million in a new float glass plant and related engineering and manufacturing facilities, providing local capacity to support production. The agreement complements ClearVue’s existing relationship with Alutec across the Middle East. InvestHK and LandVac JV ClearVue continued to build commercial momentum in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area during the quarter. Managing Director and CEO Doug Hunt took part in a media interview with King Leung, Global Head of Fintech and Sustainability at InvestHK, and Zhao Yan, Founder and Chairman of LandGlass Technology Co. Ltd, published in the South China Morning Post. The coverage pointed to the research and development joint venture with LandGlass subsidiary LandVac, the opening of a ClearVue office in Hong Kong, and a growing regional project pipeline.

New Board Member – Prof. Rebecca Yang Accelerating Commercial Deployment of Technology with a BIPV Expert Prof. Rebecca Yang Non-Executive Director Professor Rebecca Yang is one of Australia’s leading experts in building- integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), sustainable building technologies and renewable energy integration. She is Professor and Doreen Thomas Fellow at the University of Melbourne. Her internationally recognised research spans BIPV, net zero buildings, building energy systems, artificial intelligence and the integration of renewable energy into the built environment. Through extensive collaboration with industry, government and research organisations, her work has helped bridge the gap between leading-edge research and practical commercial application. Professor Yang brings scientific and technical leadership to the ClearVue Board.

Capability Uplift – Commercial & Technical Mr Piotr Pałasz Technical Sales Manager With nearly 30 years of experience in international sales, business development, and the architectural glass industry, Piotr is an accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across European markets. Most recently, he served as Project / Technical Sales Manager at PRESS GLASS Holding S.A., where he was responsible for business development in Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, he successfully developed new business opportunities, strengthened the company’s market position and managed strategic customer relationships. His career includes leadership and project management roles at Pilkington IGP, Swisspacer (Saint-Gobain), and Guardian Industries. Ms Desiree Garcia Compliance and Certification Engineer Desiree Garcia is a Compliance and Certification Engineer with over 16 years of experience in the solar industry. Based in the Philippines, she has built her career across manufacturing, reliability testing and global product compliance, developing a specialism in the certification processes that determine whether products are fit to reach market. Throughout her career, Desiree has worked closely with international testing laboratories, ensuring solar products meet the regulatory standards required across global markets. She also brings experience from the electronics industry, where she worked as a Product Environmental Compliance Analyst, ensuring products satisfied environmental and regulatory requirements at every stage of development. Mr Raymond Liew Project Coordinator Raymond has a structural engineering background with experience working alongside architects, builders and consultants on building projects. With an interest in building envelope systems including glazing, balustrades, skylights and cladding, he enjoys bringing together technical and practical aspects of project delivery. At ClearVue Technologies, Raymond supports the delivery of Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) projects, helping coordinate teams to bring innovative solar glazing solutions into the built environment.
