QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES AND CASHFLOW REPORT ASX RELEASE | 30 July 2026 | ASX : CRS CAPRICE RESOURCES Caprice Resources Ltd ( ASX : CRS ) ( Caprice or the Company ) is pleased to report on its activities for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 ( the Quarter ) , which focused on continued resource - definition , extensional and discovery drilling and initial metallurgical testwork at the Island Gold Project in Western Australia's Murchison region . Drilling returned further high - grade results from Vadrians and identified significant shallow mineralisation approximately 120m west of the principal Vadrians lode . Results from New Orient , Iron Clad , Chicago and other targets expanded the recognised mineralised footprint and supported the interpretation of the Island as a large , structurally controlled , multi - lode gold system . Initial metallurgical testwork on high - grade mineralisation from Vadrians returned overall gold recovery of up to 94 % through a conventional gravity and carbon - in - leach processing pathway , with gravity gold recoveries exceeding 33 % . During the Quarter , Caprice entered into a binding agreement to divest a 75 % interest in the Chobe Project ( West Arunta ) for total consideration of up to A $ 2.89 million , while retaining a minority interest in the tenements with a free - carry through to a Decision to Mine . The transaction completed on 3 July 2026 . Subsequent to quarter end , one - metre split sampling refined the bonanza result west of Vadrians , while further drilling extended and confirmed mineralisation at Vadrians , Baxter and Golconda . Highlights for the Quarter : Island Gold Project , Murchison Region Continued the 50,000m air - core , reverse circulation ( RC ) and diamond drilling programme principally focused on Vadrians and parallel banded iron formations ( BIF ) along the same Boogardie Break . New shallow , high - grade gold mineralisation identified approximately 120m west of the principal Vadrians BIF lode , with assay results returning : 19m at 124.7 g / t gold from 42m in 26IGRC010 ( 1m split reported subsequent to quarter - end ) . A high - grade mafic - hosted quartz vein in the footwall of Vadrians returned 0.5m at 18.1 g / t gold from 305.5m in 26IGRC031D ( also reported after Quarter - end ) . Additional results from the Vadrians BIF included : 9m at 2.8 g / t gold from 186m , including 5m at 4.5 g / t gold , in 26IGRC010 ; 5m at 3.4 g / t gold from 147m , including 3m at 5.2 g / t gold , in 26IGRC009 ; and 7m at 2.3 g / t gold from 261m , including 5m at 3.1 g / t gold , in 26IGRC016 . Drilling at a parallel structure west of Vadrians returned 12m at 3.0 g / t gold from 118m , including 5m at 5.8 g / t gold , in 26IGRC015 . New Orient ( northern end of the Island along strike to Vadrians ) returned : 20m at 1.1 g / t gold from 33m , including 3m at 4.1 g / t gold , in 26IGRC020 ; and 10m at 2.6 g / t gold from 62m , including 4m at 5.1 g / t gold , in 26IGRC022 . Iron Clad ( southern extent of the Island along strike to Vadrians ) returned : - 5m at 3.2 g / t gold from 100m in 26IGRC024 ; and CAPRICERESOURCES.COM Level 2 , 7 Havelock Street , West Perth WA 6005 Australia 1
