– Cygnus Metals Limited 2 Corporate • The Company ended the quarter well-funded with A$13.4m in cash and liquid investments • Nick Kwong was promoted to CEO/President, as Ernie Mast transitioned to a Non -Executive Director of the Company following a successful integration of Cygnus and Dore Copper during CY25 • The commodity outlook remains exceptionally bullish, with a significant increase in commodity prices which Cygnus has exposure to, being Copper, Gold, Silver and Lithium. Cygnus Metals Limited (ASX: CY5; TSXV: CYG; OTCQB: CYGGF) (“Cygnus” or the “Company”) is pleased to report on its activities during the December 2025 quarter. CHIBOUGAMAU COPPER-GOLD PROJECT Cedar Bay Drilling During the quarter the C ompany continued drilling at Cedar Bay , with two rigs targeting growth opportunities surrounding the current resource, which remains open in all directions. A number of high-grade results from this program have successfully identified extensions to the Cedar Bay Resource,2 including: o 10.6m @ 4.1g/t AuEq (3.6g/t Au, 0.3% Cu & 2.8g/t Ag) (CDR-25-11W1); Including 2.9m @ 6.7g/t AuEq (6.2g/t Au, 0.3% Cu & 6.3g/t Ag) and 0.4m @ 29.1g/t AuEq (25.3g/t Au, 2.7% Cu & 9.0g/t Ag) o 2.7m @ 5.7g/t AuEq (3.2g/t Au, 1.8% Cu & 10.6g/t Ag) (CDR-25-12W2); and o 1.3m @ 9.3g/t AuEq (2.6g/t Au, 4.8% Cu & 13.9g/t Ag) (CDR-25-15). The results include high grade gold up to 29.1g/t AuEq over 0.4m , highlighting the high gold grades at Cedar Bay. The drilling has successfully extended the Cedar Bay mineralisation by 300m up dip. The Cedar Bay mine closed in 1990 and was historically one of the highest-grade deposits in the camp, producing 400koz Au and 61kt Cu at an average grade of 5.2g/t AuEq.1 The current Cedar Bay Mineral Resource is gold- dominant and stands at 0.3Mt at 8.1g/t AuEq for 67koz AuEq (Indicated) and 0.8Mt at 7.8g/t AuEq for 205koz AuEq (Inferred). Drill intersections already included within the Mineral Resource highlight the significant grade and potential at Cedar Bay. These include:3 o 15.5m @ 11.0g/t AuEq (8.6g/t Au, 1.7% Cu & 12.3g/t Ag) (CB-27-6A); o 4.3m @ 19.7g/t AuEq (16.3g/t Au, 2.4% Cu & 13.3g/t Ag) (CB-27-3); o 4.1m @ 13.9g/t AuEq (12.2g/t Au, 1.2% Cu & 10.0g/t Ag) (CDR-18-02W2); and o 3.7m @ 20.2g/t AuEq (14.0g/t Au, 4.4% Cu & 21.6g/t Ag) (CB-27-9) Follow up drilling is planned for Q2 2026.

– Cygnus Metals Limited 4 A New Zone Drilling targeting the down dip extension of the Cedar Bay deposit intersected a wide zone of strong mineralisation just 200m from surface, which returned: o 28.9m @ 2.5g/t AuEq (1.0g/t Au, 1.0% Cu & 12.0g/t Ag) (CDR-25-16)4 This new mineralised zone sits between the Cedar Bay and Copper Cliff historic mines in an area which has seen little exploration and may represent an underexplored parallel lode. This encouraging result highlights the strong discovery potential of the well-endowed Chibougamau District that has a standout production record of 945,000t of copper and 3.5Moz of gold. 1 Follow up drilling is ongoing. Figure 2: Potential new zone of mineralisation, returning 28.9m @ 2.5g/t AuEq between Cedar Bay4 and Copper Cliff. All lodes remain open.

– Cygnus Metals Limited 5 Corner Bay In addition, further results have been received from drilling at Corner Bay, 2 which are also outside the recently released Mineral Resource, including: o 3.1m @ 4.9% CuEq (4.5% Cu, 0.3g/t Au & 21.7g/t Ag) (CB-25-137) This result again highlights the potential to grow resources around Corner Bay, which is the flagship deposit within the Chibougamau Project, with a copper dominant resource of 4.9Mt at 2.8% CuEq for 137kt CuEq (Indicated) and 5.4Mt at 3.0% CuEq for 159kt CuEq (Inferred). Drilling will recommence at Corner Bay once drilling at Cedar Bay concludes and once access improves with the onset of the Quebec winter. Scoping Study/ Preliminary Economic Assessment With the MRE update resulting in a 78% increase in the Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources, the Company also sees significant value in continuing to advance the Project with an updated Scoping Study / PEA (Doré Copper had previously completed a PEA in 2022).5 The updated Scoping Study / PEA update is underway in Q4 2025. The resource models, mine plan s, and mineral processing plans are under evaluation, engineering and optimization. Fundamental improvements have been identified including the inclusion of silver, favourable exchange rate and metal prices. The study is currently scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026. Community Cygnus has continued to actively support First Nations and community activities. This included participation in various positive meetings with First Nations and community representatives as part of the drilling and environmental permitting process and regarding the Company’s plans over the rest of the year. Figure 3: Sponsorship of local Ouje Bougoumau / Chibougmau youth hockey team "Ambassadeurs". The outcomes of the PEA were first announced by Doré Copper Mining Corp. on 10 May 2022 and the comprehensive technical report underpinning the PEA was announced by Doré in accordance with the requirements of NI 43- 101 on 15 June 2022. The Technical Report was prepared by BBA Inc. with several consulting firms contributing to sections of the study, including SLR, SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. and WSP Inc. The Technical Report and the announcement are available on Doré's website (www.dorecopper.com/en/investors/newsreleases) and SEDAR. Cygnus cautions that the PEA is a preliminary technical, conceptual and economic study undertaken by Doré of the initial evaluation and potential development of the Chibougamau Project. It is at scoping study level only, which i s based on a lower level of technical assessment that is not sufficient to support the estimation of Ore Reserves and is inherently uncertain. The production

However, Cygnus is not able to disclose the outcomes of the PEA as the significant proportion of Inferred Resources included in the Life of Mine means that pursuant to ASX and ASIC guidance there is not considered to be sufficiently reasonable grounds for the production targets and forecast financial information disclosed in the PEA. Accordingly, Cygnus is not disclosing the production targets and forecast financial information reported in the PEA and cautions investors against making investment decisions based on such targets and forecasts.
