From Optional to Strategic - The Market Has Changed 6 400% uranium price spike after the last major supply shock (1970’s energy shock) “AI, data centres and a more volatile geopolitical environment are driving demand for nuclear to the top of the agenda” — World Economic Forum, April 2026 Sources: The World Economic Forum, April 2026; WNA Fuel Report 2025; TradeTech/UxC (mid-2026); IEA Energy & AI 2025; World Bank; WNN. See References Slide. Energy Crisis AI and data centres are driving a structural surge in baseload demand Geopolitical instability is tightening supply - making nuclear the only scalable zero-carbon baseload. Policy Response 33 countries have pledged to triple capacity by 2050; the World Bank lifted its nuclear financing ban in 2025; Australia signed a uranium-export deal with India in July 2026. Uranium Impact Term price ~US$97/lb - highest in more than 18 years Structural ~30–50Mlb deficit keeps widening through the late 2030s and beyond. The uranium upcycle was already underway — geopolitics is now accelerating the trend. DevEx targeting the gap to find, develop & supply into the late-2030s growing deficit

Three Pillars for Growth Our vision is to be a New Force in Uranium; to build a high-quality uranium house with an aspirational long- term vision to produce over 10Mlbs of U3O8 per year across multiple assets. Foster early, enduring and respectful partnerships with Traditional Owners, local communities, regulators, governments and industry partners for multi-layered benefit. … underpinned by a dynamic management team, strong capital market support and an unwavering belief in the future of uranium. Targeted exploration and systematic drilling across highly prospective landholdings in premier uranium province, seeking high-grade unconformity systems. Focus on Australia and the Americas to accelerate portfolio growth through access to more advanced projects in favourable jurisdictions to develop into lower quartile operating assets. Exceptional relationships Nabarlek and Murphy West Uranium Projects Execute disciplined M&A Find, build and operate within a world-class mining region Acquire and develop growth assets Be the Partner of Choice 7 Strategy VALUES Integrity • Entrepreneurship • Energy • Respect • Innovation

Nabarlek North Expanded Nabarlek Project Located in the Northern Territory where there is no prohibition on uranium mining. Recent acquisitions have consolidated a basin scale opportunity in region with known endowment; centred on the historical Nabarlek Mine - Australia’s highest-grade uranium mine and remaining infrastructure: Historical Production: 24 Mlbs @ 1.84% U3O8. DevEx receives strong Traditional Owner and Community Support. Establishment of a Strategic Pipeline in a Target Rich Environment Consolidation within a world-class uranium mining province NABARLEK PROJECT: NORTH-WEST MCARTHUR BASIN Drill ready targets: 15,000m of RC and Diamond drilling to test Sandfire, Big Radon and KP. Emerging Targets: Field exploration activities to advance to drill- ready status, with a focus on the Caramal region. Advance access to explore large unexplored radiometric anomalies, particularly along the Mustang and Junction Fault. 12 See References Slide. Implementation of state-of-the-art airborne hyperspectral surveys to map alteration minerals that can overlie buried uranium deposits.

Nabarlek-Style Alteration Intersected at KP Prospect 14 DRILL RESULTS First pass alteration confirmed at KP KP target: ground gravity had identified two key north-west faults that underlay a 2km long radon anomaly. Drilling is encountering significant Nabarlek- type alteration at the unconformity and within targeted basement rocks. The first diamond hole intersected a chlorite- hematite altered fault breccia above the unconformity. Planned drilling to target the projection of this breccia beneath the unconformity into a Nabarlek-type target position.

New Drill Targets identified at Caramal 15 TARGETING UPDATE Drill core relogging recognises the possible down-faulted continuation of the main Caramal “host” breccia and dolerite directly north of the Caramal Uranium Deposit Provides an attractive drill target to test for continuation of the uranium deposit to the north. 19 Sustainable development We are deeply committed to sustainable development and fostering positive relationships with communities, land users and indigenous groups On-country support and reconnection We have supported local communities at Nabarlek with on-country activities, including restoration at the Mankinhkinh Kani outstation ('The Place of the Morning Star'), enabling extended traditional activity and ongoing connection with the land Indigenous employment We employ and support the professional development of Indigenous and Traditional Owner peoples through our DevEx Indigenous employment programme Delivered closure outcomes Rehabilitation of the former Nabarlek Uranium Mine has progressed with the Northern Land Council, the NT Government and the Commonwealth, against ARPANSA and EPA standards. The environmental bond has reduced from ~A$2m to ~A$0.8m Nabarlek – partnership in action

20 1970 – Discovery Queensland Mines1 discovered the Nabarlek deposit in 1970 following costeaning of a significant airborne radiometric anomaly. 1979 to 1988 – Mining and production The orebody was mined out in a single dry-season campaign in 1979 and stockpiled. The mill operated from 1980 to 1988, producing 10,858 tonnes of U3O8 (~24 Mlbs) at an average grade of 1.84% U3O8, with recovery typically above 95%. 1988 to current – Closure and rehabilitation Remediation commenced in 1988: infrastructure removed, progressive revegetation and feral species control, surface and groundwater monitoring, legacy radiation sites remediated, and environmental bonds progressively reduced. Environmental and Indigenous engagement Closure practices at Nabarlek set early precedents for rehabilitation in the region. The area holds significant cultural value, and post-mining land management reflects ongoing Indigenous interests and agreements. 1.
