JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 2 DevEx Resources Limited (ASX: DEV) is an ASX- listed uranium exploration company exploring two large uranium portfolios along the north-western and southern McArthur Basin (Figure 1) in Australia’s Northern Territory, including: • The Nabarlek Project, which lies within the ARUP; and • The Murphy West Project, which lies along the southern margin of the McArthur Basin. Analogous to the world- class Athabasca Basin in Canada, which hosts some of the world’s most significant uranium mines, the McArthur Basin already hosts more than 700Mlbs of uranium endowment1,2,3,4,5 (Figure 1) throughout the region and is highly prospective for large -scale unconformity-type uranium discoveries. JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 4 Northern Territory Uranium Projects Nabarlek Uranium Project (100%) Within this highly endowed region, DevEx's exploration is anchored around its Nabarlek Project, which includes the historical Nabarlek Uranium Mine (24Mlbs @ 1.84% U ₃O₈ produced) and multiple corridors of known uranium mineralisation. District-Scale Targeting Strategy During the quarter, the Company published a comprehensive district-scale uranium exploration update, establishing a large, target -rich pipeline of uranium discovery opportunities across the expanded Nabarlek Project. This work was underpinned by the consolidation and integration of geophysical, geological and drilling datasets across t he Company's recently expanded portfolio, following the acquisition of tenements from AGE and Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd. By merging these datasets, the Company's technical team identified key uranium -bearing fault corridors, zones of structural complexity and kilometre- scale anomalies across multilayered geophysical, geochemical and alteration data. This has enabled them to advance multiple prospects towards drill-ready status and establish a multi-year exploration pathway across the Nabarlek Project. Priority Drill-Ready Targets Four priority targets have been confirmed as drill-ready for the 2026 drilling campaign, being: Sandfire Prospect The Sandfire Prospect is located along strike from Deep Yellow Limited's (ASX: DYL) high -grade Angularli Uranium Deposit (32.9Mlbs @ 1.09% U ₃O₈2). Ground gravity and surface geochemical surveys have identified the continuation of the Angularli Fault Zone onto DevEx's tenement, coincident with a 1.6km pathfinder anomaly. Merged airborne magnetic datasets confirm significant structural complexity at t he junction between the Angularli and Sandfire Faults – considered a structurally favourable chemical trap for uranium -bearing fluids. No previous exploration has been undertaken within DevEx's tenement at Sandfire. Figure 3: Angularli Fault Zone identified through ground gravity and surface geochemistry.
Page 5
JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 5 Big Radon Prospect An extensive three- kilometre-long Radon Track Etch anomaly overlies the Nabarlek Fault Corridor south of the historical Nabarlek Uranium Mine. A recently completed detailed ground gravity survey identified significant fault complexity and cross -faulting coincident with the peak radon anomaly recorded in the Company's 2024 airborne radiometric survey, underpinning Big Radon as a near-term, priority drill target. Previous airborne hyperspectral work identified pronounced illite clay alteration directly associated in rocks surrounding the radon anomaly and field reconnaissance of these areas has recognised bleached sandstones in outcrop. Both the radon anomalies and this style of alteration are consistent with uranium exploration models , indicating the potential for upward leakage from a buried unconformity -type uranium deposit. KP Prospect A strong two-kilometre-long radon anomaly, located between the historical Nabarlek Uranium Mine and the U40 Prospect, is supported by radiometric (uranium channel and eU²/Th) signatures from the Company's 2024 airborne surveys. A detailed ground gravity survey confirmed north -west trending faults underlying the anomaly with favourable east-west structural disruption proximal to the radon and radiometric signatures, providing a focused drill target for 2026. Figure 4: Several large Radon Track Etch anomalies recognised from the +25,000 samples collected at Nabarlek. Nabarlek North Prospect New interpretation of ground gravity and drilling data north of the historical Nabarlek Uranium Mine suggests that the targeted northern fault zone may be the extension of the sub- parallel 'East Shear', placing the more prospective Nabarlek Fault in an area tested only on broad 400m traverses – far too wide to identify a high-grade Nabarlek-type deposit. A new drill program has been designed to test the more prospective fault position as part of the 2026 campaign. New Targets Emerging at Caramal Integration of datasets from the AGE tenement acquisition has highlighted significant new targeting opportunities in the Caramal region. Recent fieldwork returned high- grade rock-chip assays of up to 0.31% U ₃O₈ from a fault breccia at the Orion East Prospect , north- east of the Caramal Uranium Deposit, building on historical assays of up to 2.1% U ₃O₈ from nearby sampling (see Figure 5). The
Page 6
JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 6 sub-vertical fault breccia sub -crops over widths of 2– 5 metres, striking north- south with strong haematite alteration, and remains open along strike to the north and south beneath overlying McArthur Basin sandstones. DevEx interprets Orion East and similar prospects as forming part of a broader mineralised system along north-west trending uranium-bearing fault corridors, considered highly prospective for large-scale uranium mineralisation beneath the McArthur Basin sandstones. Re-logging of diamond drill core at the Caramal Uranium Deposit confirmed a geological profile comparable to that seen at the Jabiluka deposit, including highly prospective carbonate sequences extending eastward from Caramal. DevEx has applied for permits to drill the Caramal Region in 2026. Figure 5: Caramal Region: Geological summary of the Caramal region overlain by contours of recently compiled airborne radiometric (uranium channel) survey and RC and diamond drilling. Broader Target Pipeline The Company continues to advance its broader target pipeline across the expanded tenement portfolio (see Figure 6). Regional-scale mapping of key fault corridors – including the Angularli, Jet, Mustang, Khyber and Nabarlek Faults – provides a clear framework to contextualise and rank several kilometre- scale radiometric anomalies that remain unexplored, including at the Mustang, Skytrain, Junction, Corsair, Black Bream and QF Prospects. DevEx is actively working with the Northern Land Council and Traditional Owners to secure access to explore these targets over the coming 24 months.
Page 7
JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 7 Figure 6: DevEx’s Strategic Plan to advance its target-rich pipeline. Completion of Alligator Energy Acquisition The Company completed the acquisition of AGE ’s uranium exploration tenement package, as announced on 1 December 2025. The Company elected to satisfy the consideration in cash. Of the remaining $7.4 million consideration, $1.75 million was paid into an escrow account pending restatement of the exploration access agreement covering the Tin Camp Creek tenements (EL24921 and EL24922), with a further $170,000 deducted and applied towards security obligations under existing exploration agreements, and the balance of $5.48 million paid to AGE. NT Government Grant Funding and Hyperspectral Survey The Company was awarded $150,000 (inc. GST) in new NT Government grant funding under the 'Resourcing the Territory' program to support a 1,700km² airborne hyperspectral survey across the expanded Nabarlek Project, scheduled to commence in August. This grant is in addition to previously secured funding for RC and diamond drilling at the Big Radon and KP Prospects, bringing combined NT Government grant support to $285,000. The planned hyperspectral survey is designed to map clay alteration and mineralogy within the overlying McArthur Basin sandstones – a recognised technique for identifying and vectoring into buried unconformity-type uranium deposits. 2026 Drilling Campaign The Company's 2026 Nabarlek drilling campaign comprising approximately 15,000 metres of RC and diamond drilling, across 66 holes targeting Big Radon, KP, Sandfire and Nabarlek, commenced on 20 July 2026 (post quarter end) and represents the first phase of a multi -year, discovery -focused exploration strategy across the Nabarlek district. The Company has secured sufficient diesel supply to support the planned campaign. Murphy West Uranium Project (Earning-In) Exploration activities at the Murphy West Uranium Project continued to focus on geological mapping and heritage surveys within the areas surrounding several priority radiometric anomalies that lie coincident with surface geochemical soil anomalies and favourable faults interpreted from the airborne magnetics (see ASX Announcement 7 October 2025). These coincident anomalies overlie the strike extension of key stratigraphy known to host significant uranium mineralisation to the east, including at Laramide Resources Limited’s (ASX:LAM) 65.8Mlbs U 3O8 Westmoreland Project Mineral Resource Estimate 7 in Queensland. Recent soil geochemistry results have successfully delineated several new kilometre -scale multi -element anomalies, with
Page 8
JUNE 2026 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ASX:DEV 8 pathfinder signatures comparable to those associated with uranium mineralisation at Laramide’s nearby Junnagunna deposit (Figure 7). Mapping in these areas has typically encountered laterite cover overlying these anomalies masking the underlying geology in several of the target areas. Understanding the depth of the prospective stratigraphy and favourable structures is considered to be a priority focus for planned drilling. In parallel with this work, heritage clearance surveys also took place during the quarter alongside the lodgement of drill permit applications with the Northern Territory Regulator to cover several of these target areas. Other Projects Kennedy Rare Earth Project (100% DevEx) The Company is undertaking further testwork to refine its understanding of processing options and product specifications as it considers the best pathway forward for the project. Jimblebar Copper-Nickel Project (Earn-in) The Company is seeking expressions of interest in relation to a potential assignment of its rights under the Jimblebar Earn-in agreement.
