Third phase of drilling completed a total of 3,799m and 17 holes Drilling tested 2.5km of recently delineated high chargeability anomaly on western side of intrusive contact and down dip and along strike from RRRC0011 at Reids North Water Tank target also tested with assays pending EUREKA Gold Project BROAD ARROW WA • • New lode discovered along trend northwest of pit intersecting up to 4m @ 32.08g / t gold from 104m Drilling focused on extending mineralisation around Eureka North and along strike from Pit Mt Ida Project acquisition Red Dirt Metals Limited ( ASX : RDT ) completed the acquisition of 100 % of the issued capital in Mt Ida Gold Pty Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of Ora Banda Mining Ltd ( ASX : OBM ) ( OBM ) on 23 September 2021 . The Mt Ida Gold Project , which comprises 19 tenements in the historical Mt Ida gold mining district is located approximately 100km north - west of Menzies in the WA goldfields and is highly prospective for lithium , gold and copper mineralisation . RDT successfully raised $ 15M through an oversubscribed convertible loan issue completed by Canaccord Genuity ( Australia ) Limited who acted as Lead Manager to the Capital Raising , Sprott Capital Partners LP and Chieftain Securities Pty Ltd acted as Co - Managers . The loans will convert to 100M ordinary shares upon receipt of shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) to be held on 18 November 2021 .
