6 FY2026 Highlights FY2026 Results ● Net loss down 30% to $14.0 million (FY25: $20.1 million) ● Net operating cash outflow down 37% to $7.8 million (FY25: $12.3 million) ● Cash and term deposits of $22.1M on 30 June 2026, no debt ● Revenue of $14.8 million, down 7% on the prior year (FY25: $15.9 million), amid a competitive, price - sensitive market and a delayed Australian respiratory season ● Organisational restructuring completed in April 2026 with expected annual cost savings of $5 million from FY2027 onwards ● Ten - year supply agreement signed with Hvidovre Hospital, Denmark; first commercial order received and testing commenced in August 2026 ● Long term supply agreement signed in Australia with built in annual growth ● New CEO appointed and a comprehensive organisational review completed resulting in the release of the Company’s growth strategy

12 Outlook – Delivering on Growth Strategy 1 Focus on profitability Contracts to improve unit economics with margin discipline are a key objective for FY2027 and beyond. 2 Grow revenue on the stabilised business With solid long term supply agreements the Company is well placed to grow revenue from current and new customer relationships. 4 Continue disciplined capital deployment Every dollar spent must be justified against its return, expected outcome, time frame and risk; activity - based spending replaced with outcome - based capital allocation. 5 6 Continue to focus on partnerships Manufacturing, product development, distribution and instrumentation partnerships are actively assessed together with synergistic corporate partnerships. 3 Outsource product development Limit product risk by outsourcing non - core research and development activities. Pursue new growth opportunities with clear value proposition APAC and EMEA represent opportunities for revenue growth through infection prevention and control in hospitals; while Australian revenue is expected to grow through product extensions.
