Ontario , Canada Building the pre - eminent vertically integrated Lithium business ASX Announcement ASX : GT1 GREEN TECHNOLOGY QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 30 June 2026 28 July , 2026 HIGHLIGHTS ■ ■ ■ Transformational A $ 11.0 million recapitalisation ( announced 1 May 2026 ) completed during the quarter , providing GT1 with the funding required to complete the Definitive Feasibility Study ( DFS ) , permitting and approvals , and to progress a financing pathway to a Final Investment Decision ( FID ) at the Seymour Lithium Project ( Seymour ) . Permitting timelines updated with the company clearly focussed on advancing the Seymour Lithium Project to a shovel ready status Seymour DFS completion workstreams advanced across all packages , with consultants engaged and the study team strengthened by key metallurgical and principal engineering appointments . Additional critical mineral streams identified for potential inclusion in the Seymour DFS – Tantalum ( with potential niobium credits ) at a feed grade of 180 ppm Ta₂05 , and Rubidium , building on the maiden 8.3 Mt @ 0.27 % Rb20 resource . Critical Minerals Innovation Fund ( CMIF ) funding grant awarded to the value of C $ 500,000 by the Ontario province ( post quarter ) . Board and management strengthening underway , including an executive search to add demonstrated Canadian project financing and development experience commencing with the appointment of Peter Nazareth post reporting period as the company's Chief Financial Officer . Global lithium demand is still projected to double from approximately 1.7 million tonnes LCE in 2025 to 3.4 million tonnes by 2030 , a 13 % compound annual growth rate . GTI's development timeline is directly aligned with this opportunity Green Technology Metals Limited ( ASX : GT1 ) ( GT1 or the Company ) , a Canadian - focused multi - asset lithium business , is pleased to present its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ending 30 June 2026. The completion of our A $ 11.0 million recapitalisation reinvigorates the Company with the financial resources to complete the permitting phases of the Seymour project along with the completion of the DFS and advance the project towards a Final Investment Decision . This recap has been achieved at a time of growing Canadian government support for critical minerals , as well as a stabilisation in lithium market pricing above project development pricing incentive levels . With funding secured , we have moved the Company back into a strong financial position that enables us to have options ahead on both the Seymour and Root lithium projects . Work across the Seymour DFS is advancing on all fronts , the study and management teams have been expanded with experienced development personnel , and the optimisation of capex and mine plan continues in the current pricing environment to maximise cash flow and payback .
