2 ASX:IDA Indiana Resources Limited (ASX: IDA) (“Indiana” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide its activities report for the quarter ended 30 September 2025. Minos Gold Project - Central Gawler Craton, South Australia RC Drilling Extends Gold Mineralisation at Minos Prospect 1,2,3 The drilling program, completed in early August 2025, comprised 27 holes for a total of 5,550m of reverse circulation (RC) drilling and 1,150m of HQ diamond drilling. Drilling was designed to extend known mineralisation at Minos to the south-east and north-west, and to test depth potential with the seven diamond holes. The diamond holes also designed to target potential high -grade plunge orientations within the mineralised system. Drilling successfully intersected gold mineralisation in several holes, with significant results during the quarter including: • 8m @ 1.2 g/t gold from 83m and 4m @ 13.0 g/t gold from 130m (25LLRC005) • 21m @ 2.31 g/t gold from 115m, incl. 8m @ 4.67 g/t gold from 128m (25LLRC006) • 12m @ 2.15 g/t gold from 118m, incl. 6m @ 3.78 g/t gold from 121m (25LLRC004) • 4m @ 5.24 g/t gold from 152m (25LLRC019) • 20m @ 0.78 g/t gold from 145m, including 7m @ 1.20 g/t gold from 145m (25LLRC007) • 6m @ 2.33 g/t gold from 168m (25LLRC020) • 11m @ 0.81 g/t gold from 167m, including 4m @ 1.89 g/t gold from 151m (25LLRD014) Refer to Figure 1 for further details. The Minos prospect is now defined over 650m of strike, to 350m depth and remains open. Minos Diamond Drilling – Assays Pending 1,2,3 Assays pending for seven diamond tails targeting potential high-grade plunge orientations at depth within the Minos mineralised system (Refer to Figure 1 for drill hole locations). The 1,150m of HQ diamond drilling was completed in mid -August and sent for core cutting which was completed on 8th September. Once received the assays will be incorporated into the geological model to refine follow-up drilling and targeting in the Minos – Ariadne Trend. For personal use only

4 ASX:IDA Large-Scale Gold Anomalies Identified at Ariadne & Company Well 2,4 The Company completed 2,927 calcrete samples via auger drilling across over the Ariadne and Company Well prospects, located in close proximity to the Minos prospect. These first pass results announced during the period delivered outstanding geochemical results, including: • Ariadne Prospect: o High-order gold anomalies extending over 2km. o Peak result of 292 ppb gold (comparable to values from the Challenger gold discovery). o Five additional samples returned values above 100 ppb gold. • Company Well Prospect: o Peak value of 136 ppb gold. Subsequent assay results announced during the period, from the infill calcrete sampling program over the Ariadne -Company Well prospect (Refer to Figure 2) confirmed, and in some areas strengthening, the significant gold anomalism reported 7 July this year. Key outcomes include: • Confirmation of numerous gold anomalies within the Company Well–Ariadne area • Three samples returning values greater than 1,000 ppb gold (1 g/t gold), with a peak assay exceeding 3,000 ppb gold (3 g/t gold) • Improved definition of gold anomalism to assist in targeting the planned aircore drilling The program comprised 1,200 calcrete samples collected on a 40m x 40m grid and was designed to infill the strongly anomalous zones previously identified from the 80m x 80m sampling program. 7 ASX:IDA Rare Earth Element (REE) Results – Minos Prospect 6,7 A total of 42 samples from recent reverse circulation (RC) drilling at the Minos Gold Prospect were submitted for rare earth element (REE) analysis. The samples, comprising both composite and single- metre intervals and representing 117m of drilling, were collected from the north-western part of the program. Two samples from the same interval returned values exceeding 0.1% Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), 16m @ 0.106% TREO from 24m (25LLRC023), including 4m @ 0.10% TREO from 24m and 4m @ 0.1389% TREO from 36m. These results indicate localised REE enrichment within the Minos system, with significantly higher results observed further to the north-west along the Lake Labyrinth Shear. Planned Exploration Activities – December quarter 2025 3,5 • AC Drilling - subsequent to the quarter end, the Company announced the commencement of the planned ~7,000m AC drilling program at Ariadne and Company, which will also include testing an additional prospect at Partridge. • Near Minos and regional targeting , including additional prospects along the Lake Labyrinth Shear • Compilation and finalisation of the aeromagnetic survey flown over Minos, Earea Dam and Lake Harris blocks, for refining geological modelling and targeting • Preparations for follow up RC drilling and next phase of AC drilling at regional targets Corporate Closing Cash Position and Capital Return of $0.05 per Share 8,9 • Indiana’s closing cash balance was A$35.3 million1 as at 30 September 2025. • Following shareholder approval , at a General Meeting held on 1 August 2025 , the Company returned $0.05 per Share (A$32.2 million) to shareholders as a Capital Return on 5 August 2025. • Subsequent to the quarter, the Company announced it had received a Final ATO Class Ruling confirming that the Capital Return will not be treated as a dividend for Australian Income Tax purposes. 8 ASX:IDA Arbitration – The United Republic of Tanzania 11,12,13 During the previous quarter, the Company advised that the Claimants had received the final payment of US$30 million from the United Republic of Tanzania (“Tanzania”) in line with the Settlement Deed concluded with Tanzania on 29 July 2024 [ASX Release 29 July 2024: “US$90 million Settlement Agreement with Tanzania”]. The Company also advised that subsequent to the receipt of a “Notice of Jeopardy Assessment” from the Tanzanian Revenue Authority’s regional Lindi office (“Assessment”), as advised on 7 April 2025 (ASX Release 7 April 2025: “US$30 million received from Tanzania”), Tanzania has failed to withdraw the Assessment as requested and continues to be in breach of the Settlement Deed. To protect the Company and the Claimants from legal and accounting jeopardy, a Notice of Arbitration has been lodged with the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”). Further, in reservation of all rights and considering Tanzania’s breach of the Settlement Deed, which specifically precluded the application of any form of taxation on the settlement amount or the recovery of any historical taxation amounts, the Claimants have not issued a letter of discontinuance to the International Centre for Settlement of Investments Disputes (“ICSID”), which would have concluded the ICSID arbitration process. An arbitral panel has now been constituted at the LCIA and the Company will continue to defend its position. There has been no further material progress on this matter during the September quarter. Arbitration – Loricatus Investments 14 During the previous quarter, the Company advised that a dispute had arisen between the shareholders of one of the Claimants to the Arbitration against Tanzania in relation to the distribution of funds between the Claimants. Loricatus Resource Investments (“LRI”, incorporated in Mauritius, an investment vehicle of Fig Tree Resources Fund II Ltd) had issued a Notice of Arbitration pursuant to the terms of the Project Acquisition Agreement (“PAA”) executed between the parties in 2015. The dispute has been re ferred to arbitration administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (“ACICA”), with the seat of arbitration in Perth, Western Australia. An arbitral panel has now been constituted however the timeline for the ACICA arbitration has yet to be confirmed. A portion (18%) of the net settlement proceeds received from Tanzania will be preserved pending resolution of the dispute with LRI. There has been no further material progress on this matter during the September quarter. Appendix 5B Attached to this report is the Appendix 5B which contains the Company’s cash flows for the quarter. The Company and its subsidiaries had cash at bank of approximately $35.3 million at 30 September 2025 (June: 69.4 million, ~$37.2 million post capital return ). The significant outflows for the quarter included payments totalling $0.77 million in administrative and corporate costs (June: $0.70 million), a substantial portion of which rela tes to arbitration matters and payments on exploration and evaluation during the quarter totalled $1.0 million (June $0.85 million). Payments to Directors during the quarter as disclosed under section 6.1 of the Appendix 5B totalled $74,000, including director’s fees and salaries, consulting fees, and superannuation.
