4 SUSTAINABILITY FY25 Actions Quantified emissions reduction targets in our FY25 Sustainability Report Set emissions reduction targets: 42% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 by 2030 from baseline FY24, and a commitment to reduce in Scope 3 by 2030. Measured our baseline Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions Completed first group-wide Scope 3 assessment and verified our full emissions baseline. Disclosed our Scope 3 emissions for the first time Published value chain emissions in our FY25 Sustainability Report. Renewable electricity transition Progressed a centralised renewable electricity procurement model under our national property strategy to support long-term decarbonisation goals. FY26 Planned Actions Renewable electricity Finalise centralised procurement model. Supplier engagement Launch structured supplier engagement program to strengthen Scope 3 data quality and drive shared accountability for reduction outcomes. Energy efficiency Continuing LED lighting, HVAC optimisation, and imaging equipment upgrades across high-consumption sites. Waste management Expand waste measurement and monitoring to establish site- level baselines and identify opportunities to improve diversion from landfill. GOVERNANCE • Two new Non-Executive Directors, Ms Laura McBain and Dr Kevin Shaw, joined the Board from Capitol Health. • Dr Manish Mittal was appointed as a Radiologist Director1 to ensure a specialist medical perspective is an intrinsic part of our decision making. • IDX expects to make an announcement shortly about a successor to our retiring MD & CEO, Dr Ian Kadish. 5 Notes: 1. Dr Mittal is regarded by the Board as a non-executive director notwithstanding the fact he is employed as a radiologist at IDX’s SCR business unit. Dr Mittal is not involved in IDX’s day-to-day management and operations as an executive. For personal use only
