Quarterly Report for the Period Ended 3 0 June 2026 Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX: KRM) (“Kingsrose” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its activities for the June 2026 quarter HIGHLIGHT S Finnmark P roject: During the June quarter w ork continued to compile and interpret the extensive dataset from the 2025 exploration campaign . Key targets are expected to be defined, enabling efforts to concentrate on designated “camp areas” where integrated datasets highlight the highest - priority exploration targets for follow - up work in 2026 . T he Company continued to strengthen relationships with the three municipalities (Porsanger, Karasjok and Kautokeino), local communities, and rightsholders (reindeer herders). Kingsrose applied for and received helicopter and all - terrain vehicle (ATV) dispen sations from the Karasjok and Kautokeino municipalities, providing optionality for summer and autumn exploration campaigns . Kingsrose c ontinues to seek JV partners to fully fund or co - fund continued exploration across Finnmark. Penikat P roject: The Company has developed a refined permitting approach to facilitate drilling at the P enikat P roject as soon as possible , which focusses on Area 6 . The Natura 2000 report for Area 6 is now under review by the environmental regulator (LVV ), and the state landowner (Metsähallitus) and E xploration P ermit A pplications have been submitted to the Mining Regulator ( Tukes ) . The Company applied to Tukes for an E nforcement O rder. As Area 6 is outside of the Natura 2000 area, the drilling window is from 1 August to 31 March each year . Subject to Exploration P ermit approval, it is anticipated that drilling could commence at Area 6 in December 2026. Penikat P roject: The Company has provided the Areas 2 to 5 Natura report and E xploration Pe rmit A pplications to Tukes, has prepared derogation permits, and has prepared an En forcement O rder for Areas 4 and 5. For Area 1, the Supreme Administrative Court requested a statement from the Company in response to Tukes’ application for leave to appeal. The Company’s legal counsel prepared and submitted a rejoin d er which fully supported Tukes’ application for leave to appeal. Business D evelopment: Identification and evaluation of potential M&A project opportunities continues with discussions advancing with several potential counter parties . Corporate: Andy Caruso appointed as Chief Executive Officer and commenced on 15 June 2026, replacing Terry Holohan (refer ASX announcement 6 May 2026 and 15 June 2026). Tim Coughlin resigned as Non - Executive Director on 18 May 2026 due to increasing work commitments (refer ASX announcement 19 May 2026). Liquidity: Cash balance of A$ 1 8.116 m as at 30 June 2026 ( 31 March 202 6 : A$ 19.349 m) . EXPLORATION & OPERATIONS Company Updates Kingsrose is exploring a large Fennoscandian portfolio of copper , nickel and platinum group element ( PGE ) projects ( Figure 1 ) . The Company is also advanc ing permitting for drilling at the Penikat Platinum - Palladium Project, Finland , which is 100% owned by Kingsrose .

C osts for the current quarter associated with the Penikat Project and Rana Project were A $ 267 k and A $ 64 k , respectively . T otal costs associated with the Finnmark Project w ere A$ 669k , however , th is w as fully offset by funding from previous Finnmark Alliance partner, BHP . Finnmark Project, Norway During the quarter, Kingsrose advised that BHP had elected to cease funding the Finnmark Alliance and terminated the agreement in accordance with its terms in an ASX announcement dated 21 May 2026 . The termination will take effect 90 days after 20 May 2026. Upon the effective date of the termination, BHP will retain no interest in the Finnmark Project, and Kingsrose will hold an unencumbered 100% of the mineral tenure rights covering the Finnmark P roject area. Based on encouraging exploration results from the Finnmark Alliance , Kingsrose applied for, and was granted , 950 sq km of additional mineral tenure covering the southern extension of the Kautokeino Greenstone Belt by the Norwegian Directorate of Mining on 30 April 2026 (Figure 2 ). This area was highlighted during the tectonic framework and 3D modelling exercise as being highly prospective for both magmatic Cu - Ni - PGE and orogenic Au deposits. Licences were applied for with approval from BHP, in anticipation of the continuation of the Finnmark Alliance. Following the notice of termination of the Finnmark Alliance, Kingsrose is seeking a Joint Venture (JV) partner to fully fund or co - fund continued exploration efforts across the Finnmark licence areas. Given the Cu - Ni - PGE and Au potential across the region , Kingsrose is engaging with suitable partners to advance exploration for both base and precious metals. Cu - Ni - PGE and Au targets generated through the Finnmark Alliance are a focus for Kingsrose , with a field team mobilis ed in late May to begin a campaign of mapping and geochemical sampling over priority targets. The aim of the programme is to continue to advance targets towards drilling while potential JV partner interactions are progressing . Penikat Project, Finland A short field program was conducted during the quarter to confirm mapped AP reef stratigraphy within Area 6 to aid in future drill planning. Råna Project, Norway No exploration activity was conducted at Råna during the reporting period. The Company considers that the project remain s highly prospective for Ni - Cu - Co discovery and is evaluating an optimal path forward for the Råna Project.

SUSTAINABILITY & PERMITTING R å na Project, Norway Kingsrose continues to foster relationships with nearby residents and the wider community while exploration on the Råna P roject is paused . Penikat Project, Finland In April 2026 , Kingsrose provided a permitting update for the Penikat Pt - Pd Project in Finland ( refer to ASX announcement dated 13 April 2026) . The location of the relevant exploration permit application areas is shown in Figure 3. Area 6 Context The Company has excised Area 6 from Area 4 and is pursuing a separate Exploration Permit Application with an Enforcement Order for this area. This area is outside the Natura 2000 and Mire Protection areas. Subject to Exploration Permit approval, it is anticipated that drilling could commence at Area 6 in December 2026. Drilling from Area 6 is planned to target the northern extension of the PV, AP and SJ reefs interpreted from geological mapping and historic shallow drilling. Area 6 Progress The Natura 2000 report and the E xploration P ermit A pplications w ere provided to Tukes in April 2026 . It is the responsibility of Tukes to send the Natura 2000 report to the environmental regulator (LVV) and the state landowner (Metsähallitus) and request statements from both authorities . Tukes provide d the Natura 2000 report to LVV and Metsähallitus in June , meaning these statements are expected in mid - September. The Company consistently communicated to Tukes the importance of receiving an E xploration P ermit and requested priority assessment of the E xploration Per mit A pplication. Tukes has committed to running the initial public consultation process in parallel to the LVV and Metsähallitus review. This process is expected to start in early August, and Kingsrose anticipates receiv ing initial public feedback by mid - September. R eceipt of the E xploration Perm it remains expected before calendar 2026 year end. The Company has applied for an enforcement order to Tukes. If the granted E xploration P ermit is appealed, and the Administrative Court accepts the E nforcement O rder, drilling can commence while the case is heard in the Administrative Court . As Area 6 is outside of the Natura area, the drilling window is from 1 August to 31 March each year. Areas 4 and 5 Context As draft Exploration Permit Applications covering Areas 4 and 5 were submitted subsequent to the revision of the Finnish Mining Act in 2023, the Company understands that it will be possible to apply for, and receive, Enforcement Orders during the year. Should application for these Enforcement Orders be successful, drilling can commence in these areas in January 2027. Areas 4 and 5 Progress The Natura 2000 report and the E xploration P ermit Ap plications we re completed and provided to Tukes in June. Enforcement O rder applications and derogation permit applications have been prepared and will be submitted once review of the Natura 2000 report advances. Areas 2 and 3 Context As draft Exploration Permit Applications covering Areas 2 and 3 were submitted prior to the revision to the Finnish Mining Act in 2023, Enforcement Orders are not possible. This means that if appeals are lodged,

those appeals would be heard in the Administrative Court, which may delay drilling in Areas 2 and 3 until late 2028. Areas 2 and 3 Progress The Natura 2000 report and the exploration permit applications were completed and provided to Tukes in June. The derogation permit applications have been prepared and will be submitted once the review of the Natura 2000 report advances. Area 1 Context Following the decision by the Administrative Court of Northern Finland to overturn the granting of the Area 1 Exploration Permit (refer to ASX announcement dated 22 December 2025), the Company was informed that in February 2026 , Tukes applied for leave to appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. Depending on case load within the Supreme Administrative Court, the Area 1 case is expected to be heard within 18 months. Area 1 Progress In June 2026, the Supreme Administrative Court requested a statement from the Company in response to Tukes ’ application for leave to appeal . In the leave to appeal, Tukes argues that the Administrative Court exceeded its jurisdictional scope and did not rule with consistency and predictability . The Company’s legal counsel prepared and submitted a rejoin d er which fully supported Tukes ’ application for leave to appeal . Finnmark Project , Norway During the quarter, the Company continued to streng th en relationships with the three municipalities (Porsanger, Karasjok and Kautokeino) , local communities , and rightsholders (reindeer herders). Kingsrose applied for and received helicopter and all - terrain vehicle (ATV) dispensations fro m the Karasjok and Kautokeino municipalities , providing optionality for the summer and autumn exploration campaign . In addition, the Company continues to negotiate process agreements with two reindeer herding districts, which will provide a streamlined pathway to future exploration activities.

CORPORATE Cash and Term Deposits As of 30 June 2026 , Kingsrose had cash of A$ 1 8.116 m ( 31 March 202 6 : A $ 19.349 m ). This represents a quarter - on - quarter de crease of A$ 1.233 m , detailed as follows . Cashflow and Expenditure Review Net cash out flow from operating activities for the quarter was A$ 1.2 m ( Marc h 20 26 quarter : net out flow A $ 2 .9 m ) ; Exploration expend iture during the current quarter was A$ 1.0 m , consisting mainly of A$ 0.7 m on projects under the Finnmark Alliance, and A$ 0.3m on the Penikat and Råna P roject s ; Expenditure during the quarter relating to administrati ve and corporate costs, investor relations and business development activities was A$ 0. 7 m ; R eceipts from bank interest and management fees for the Finnmark Alliance were A$ 0. 2 m ; Net cash used in financing activities was A$ 0.1m for the quarter , and represents payments for leased right of use assets in Norway and Jersey ; and M ovement of exchange rates on cash held in foreign currency represented a de crease in cash of A $ 0.0 2 m , due to a slight strengthening of the Australian dollar . Related Party Payments Payments of A $ 6 4 k reported in Item 6.1 of the attached Appendix 5B relate to fees paid to Non - Executive Directors (including superannuation). Business Development and Investor Relations Identification and evaluation of potential M&A project opportunities continues with discussions advancing with several potential counterparties. Subsequent to the end of the quarter, Kingsrose was also represented at the recent Noosa Mining Investor Conference (23 - 25 July 2026). Board and Management Changes Andy Caruso was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and commenced on 15 June 2026, replacing Terry Holohan (refer ASX announcement 6 May 2026 and 15 June 2026). Tim Coughlin resigned as Non - Executive Director on 18 May 2026 due to increasing work commitme nts (refer ASX announcement 19 May 2026).
