In this reporting period the Company has completed a significant number of key deliverables including: • Maiden independent Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) completed for the Ouarigue prospect of 26.7Mt @ 1.54g/t Au for 1,323,000 ounces of contained gold reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012) • Over 39,000m of drilling completed in the reporting period, including 29,000m of DC, RC, and AC drilled achieved against the >60,000m of exploration planned across the Company’s Ivorian portfolio of projects through CY2026 • Results for GAIP at Odienné and Soil Geochemistry at Baga, continue to identify and progress a pipeline of projects underpinning future growth for the Company Many Peaks Managing Director, Travis Schwertfeger, commented: “The June quarter represented a transformational period for Many Peaks, highlighted by the delivery of our inaugural MRE at the Ouarigue prospect within the Ferké Gold Project. “The maiden resource of 1.32 million ounces at an average grade of 1.54g/t gold provides a strong foundation for the rapid advancement of Ferké and was delivered approximately 13 months following the reporting of our initial drill results. Importantly, over 80% of the contained gold is classified in the higher-confidence Measured and Indicated categories. “Drilling in the reporting period that was completed following the Mineral Resource cut -off, has continued to demonstrate the scale, continuity and growth potential of the Ouarigue mineralised system. Broad, high -grade diamond drilling intersections continue to increase confidence in the geological model, and opportunities remain to expand the Mineral Resource both along strike and at depth. “During the Quarter, the Company also significantly strengthened its balance sheet through a strongly supported A$27.5 million placement. This funding enables Many Peaks to maintain an accelerated exploration and development program, including extensive resource drilling, regional exploration and completion of the Ouarigue Pre-Feasibility Study. “Beyond Ouarigue, exploration activity continues to accelerate across the Company’s broader Côte d’Ivoire portfolio. At Odienné, the completed GAIP surveys have identified several compelling targets along the extensive Sassandra shear corridor, with air-core drilling underway during the Quarter. At Baga, the Company has identified multiple targets in grassroots exploration campaigns and systematic exploration has advanced from soil auger geochemistry sampling methods at Baga with 4 auger rigs completing over 10,000m over a relatively short period. “With multiple drill programs operating across the portfolio, continued resource expansion drilling at Ferké and the Ouarigue PFS progressing, Many Peaks enters the September quarter with a strong balance sheet and a substantial pipeline of exploration and development catalysts.”

Exploration and development activity accelerated materially during the Quarter following completion of the maiden Ouarigue MRE, with multiple drill rigs undertaking resource delineation, resource expansion and regional exploration drilling. The Ferké Gold Project is situated on the margin of the Daloa greenstone belt proximal to its contact with the regionally extensive Ferké granite batholith. An anomalous gold corridor extends for over 37km extent along a north-northeast trend at Ferké along the margins of the Ferké batholith, referred to as the Leraba gold corridor. Ferké comprises two permits: The main Ferké exploration permit (Ferké North) covering 300km2 in northern Côte d’Ivoire, and the Ferké South permit application covering an addi tional 221km2 immediately to the south (Figure 1). The mineralised zone has been modelled at up to approximately 95m true width and reports an average of approximately 2,320 ounces of gold per vertical metre to approximately 540m below surface. Mineralisation remains data constrained at depth and represents an important target for ongoing resource expansion drilling. The upper 250m of the MRE contains approximately 45% of the contained metal, providing a strong basis for assessment of potential open-pit development scenarios to be incorporated in planned PFS work. This included the use of two DC drill rigs that have drilled 11,639m from 45 DC holes ranging from 50m to 674m in depth . A third rig (RC) completed an initial 46 holes for 5,131m at Ouarigue, before shifting onto regional reconnaissance targets, completing an aggregate 10,217m of drilling from 90 RC holes in the reporting period. During the reporting period, assay results were received for 19 DC holes totalling 4,765m drilled (refer to ASX releases dated 30 April and 18 June 2026). The reported results are consistent with the established geological model for the Ouarigue MRE, characterised by a steeply southeast plunging porphyritic intrusion that is up to 200m in strike extent and up to 95m in true width at its apex, within a more extensive north-south trending mineralised shear corridor hosted in metasediments. Key intercepts included: • 106.7m at 2.52g/t Au from 154.75m, including 17.95m at 8.21g/t Au – FNDC101 • 95.0m at 2.28g/t Au from 253m, including 8.0m at 9.29g/t and 8.6m at 8.83g/t Au – FNDC102 • 81.32m at 2.69g/t Au from 28.2m including 2.8m at 11.1g/t and 18.0m at 4.67g/t Au – FNDC105 • 70.0m at 1.54g/t Au from 349m, including 10.8m at 5.85g/t Au – FNDC104 Further results announced on 18 June 2026 continued to expand and increase confidence in mineralisation along the northern extent of Ouarigue. Assays from an additional 11 diamond holes totalling approximately 2,350m all returned significant gold intercepts, including: • 41.5m at 1.42g/t Au from 1.6m, and 39.8m at 3.94g/t Au from 53.45m – FNDC112 • 94.7m at 1.43g/t Au from 170m, including: 9.45m at 2.09g/t Au; and 5.4m at 12.40g/t Au – FNDC110 Ferké Regional Exploration The number of drill rigs operating at Ferké increased to three, following the addition of an RC rig mobilised during the quarter and 5,086m of the 10,217m of RC drilled focused on regional expansion at the Ferké North permit area. The Company has been advancing regional reconnaissance for less than 12 months, with wide-spaced drilling establishing continuity to an extensive mineralised trend referred to as the Leraba Corridor. RC drilling has advanced in-fill on several 800m spaced initial drill tests and commenced initial drill tests on several additional targets in the Leraba corridor. The Company is also reviewing drill targeting for the Ferké South permit and anticipates RC drill tests following grant of permit on prioritised historical high-grade rock chip areas, along with follow-up RC drilling planned on open mineralisation from limited historical reconnaissance RC at the Ferké South permit (refer to ASX release dated 26 March 2026). Historical RC results (Figure 4) included several shallow significant intercepts in wide spaced drilling returning: • 6m @ 2.21g/t gold from 4m and ending in 7m @ 0.70g/t gold at 57m depth • 10m @ 1.15g/t gold from surface - SKRC28 • 12m @ 1.13g/t gold from surface - SKRC30 • 6m @ 1.01g/t gold at end of hole from 60m depth - SKRC31

(For inset map refer to ASX announcement dated 26 March 2026) The historical results also highlight multiple surface geochemistry targets in soils, and rock chip results targeting areas of outcrop and artisanal workings returning assays with peak values of 118g/t gold and 56.1g/t gold in the north of the permit and values up to 20.3g/t gold and 19.5g/t gold in the southwest corner of the permit demonstrate extension of the mineralised Leraba Corridor. The addition of Ferké South upon final grant by presidential decree would represent a 125% increase to the mineralised corridor held at Ferké (additional ~20km extent), and a 74% increase to the Ferké project (521km2). The Company is well positioned to step onto priority targets within Ferké South following final grant of tenure. The regional programme forms part of the Company's strategy to systematically test the broader +37km Léraba mineralised corridor and establish a pipeline of additional discoveries capable of contributing to future resource growth.

The geophysical programme comprised approximately 264 line-km covering 24.75km² across the Zone A and Zone C prospects (Figure 5) . GAIP results identified chargeability and resistivity responses associated with the principal northwest -southeast trending geological and structural architecture and successfully highlighted anomalous features associated with gold mineralisation confirmed by previous drilling. Importantly, the surveys extended priority targeting into previously undrilled portions of both Zone A and Zone C along the greater than 18km prospective Sassandra shear corridor. During the reporting period 7,164m of AC drilling were completed , and the planned 8,000m AC drill campaign was increased to 10,900m. AC drilling at Zone C was completed totalling 5,189m drilled, and 3m composited samples were shipped for assay near the end of the reporting period, with all results pending assay. Drilling at Zone A continues subsequent to the reporting period and anticipated to complete by mid to late August. This has culminated in commencement of auger drilling as the Company evaluated the potential for multiple gold targets within the approximately 644km² project area. The auger geochemistry campaign forms part of the company’s systematic campaign to evaluate and define potential drill targets at Baga. In the reporting period, the Company completed sampling at an initial 1,844 locations from a planned 2,300 sample sites, which totalled 10,038m of auger drilling in an estimated 14,000m campaign. The Auger sampling was paused at the end of the reporting period due to seasonal rains, and the planned 14,000m campaign will resume as weather conditions and management of existing road access with the project area allows. Subsequent Event On 1 July 2026, the Company announced that it had exercised its option to acquire Baga following completion of due diligence and encouraging results from regional -scale soil sampling. More than 7,500 soil samples collected across the project identified over 16km of gold anomalism, defining multiple targets for systematic follow-up on nine coherent zones of gold anomalism ranging from approximately 1.5km to 6km in lateral extent. First samples from the auger campaign were submitted subsequent to the reporting period and all results are pending analyses. The acquisition remains subject to settlement conditions under the amended option agreement (refer to ASX announcement dated 1 July 2025) Exploration Outlook & Planned Work Many Peaks enters the September 2026 Quarter with an extensive exploration and development programme underway across its Côte d’Ivoire portfolio. At Ferké, the immediate focus remains on growing the Ouarigue Mineral Resource, increasing resource confidence and advancing the PFS. At the same time, systematic regional drilling will continue to test targets along the broader Léraba corridor. At Odienné and Baga, AC and auger campaigns systematically test extensive gold anomalies to guide more advanced exploration and future drill targeting. Key planned exploration activities include: • continued DC drilling targeting expansion of the Ouarigue MRE at Ferké, with both DC and RC results pending assay analysis • continued RC drilling into the September quarter and assay results from RC expansion drilling completed at both Ouarigue and Ferké regional targets; • continued technical workstreams supporting completion of the Ouarigue PFS during Q4 CY2026; • receipt and interpretation of AC drilling results from Odienné and definition of follow -up drill targets; and • completion of the initial Baga auger drilling campaign and assessment of targets for follow -up exploration. The Company has budgeted more than 60,000m of combined DC, RC and AC drilling across its Côte d’Ivoire projects through CY2026, with exploration activity expected to continue aggressively into 2027.
