Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd ABN 78 169 979 971 Box 3008, Broadway, Nedlands, WA 6009, Australia T: +61 8 9389 1992 | E: enquiries@proteomicsinternational.com | W: www.proteomicsinternational.com 2/9 Part of the PILL Group Classification | Restricted PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd (Proteomics International or the Company; ASX: PIQ) today releases its Appendix 4C and quarterly business update for the three months ended 30 June 2026 and subsequent to the period end. OPERATIONAL UPDATE Organisational Restructure [ASX: 17 April 2026] Proteomics International announced a series of organisational and leadership changes as part of the strategic review, to support the Company’s transition from a predominantly research driven organisation to a commercially focused diagnostics company. As a result of the restructure, approximately 25% of positions (nine roles) across the organisation were made redundant. This is expected to deliver annualised cost savings of more than $1 million, strengthening the Company’s cash position and supporting continued investment in priority commercial activities. In addition, as part of the organisational restructure in April, the Company appointed Mr Tim Luscombe as Chief Financial Officer, in addition to his existing role as Company Secretary, and Mr Neville Gardner retired from the Board having served as a Director and Chairman since November 2021. Commercialisation and Distribution During the quarter, the Company continued to progress its distributor-led commercialisation strategy for the Promarker® portfolio in Australia and the United States. Subsequent to quarter end as announced on 22 July 2026, Proteomics International entered into a national distribution agreement with Healius Limited, appointing Healius as the exclusive Australian pathology distribution partner for the Promarker® portfolio. The agreement has an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for a further three years by mutual agreement. Proteomics International will continue to perform testing through its accredited laboratory infrastructure and provide clinical reporting. Healius will support specimen collection, pathology distribution, referrer engagement and market access through its national network, including more than 2,000 patient collection centres. Implementation activities have commenced, with phased commercial rollout planned during FY27 following completion of operational, laboratory and information technology integration. As the Promarker® portfolio is at an early stage of commercialisation, the revenue that may be generated under the distribution agreement cannot be reliably estimated at this time. The Company will update the market on material developments in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations. The commercial terms of the agreement are confidential. CEO and Managing Director, David Morris, presented a webinar on 23 July 2026 regarding the agreement. Shareholders and interested parties can access a recording of the webinar here. PromarkerD Activity during the quarter focused on reimbursement readiness and supporting evidence generation. The Company’s United States health economics manuscript was published in PharmacoEconomics.

Patent protection for the technology has now been granted in the United States and Japan, while applications continue to be pursued in other key jurisdictions.
