ASX Announcement Peter Warren Automotive Holdings 25 May 2021 Trading Update for the year ended 30 June 2021 Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Limited ( ASX : PWR , “ Peter Warren " or the " Company " ) , a leading Australian automotive dealership , provides this trading update in relation to its prospectus forecast for Proforma Profit Before Tax ( PBT ) for the financial year ending 30 June 2021 . The Company expects Proforma PBT for the year ended 30 June 2021 to be within the range of $ 54m - $ 57m . The Company's previously announced Proforma PBT prospectus forecast was $ 45.0m for the year ended 30 June 2021 . Unusually strong market demand has outstripped vehicle supply and supported stronger than expected trading conditions throughout the month of May . This has resulted in the improvement of forecast performance for the financial year . This forecast is subject to no adverse changes to our current understanding of supply chain schedules and remains subject to external audit following the completion of the 30 June 2021 financial year results which will be announced in August 2021 .
