HIGHLIGHTS • Normalised 1H26 Net Proft After Tax ( " NPAT " ) ¹ of $ 93.3m , + 108 % on the prior corresponding period ( pcp ) • Statutory 1H26 NPAT of $ 94.1m , + 258 % on pcp • Funds under management ( FUM ) 2 of $ 21.4bn at 30 June 2026 , boosted by a record half - year of net FUM inflows of $ 1.4bn - and representing 11 consecutive quarters of positive net inflows Normalised management and loan fee revenue + 14 % on pcp , management and loan fee pre - tax profit + 6 % on pcp • Normalised performance fees of $ 118.7m generated from strong investment outcomes across multiple strategies.3 • Normalised fully diluted earnings per share of 21.4c per share , + 104 % on pcp • Fully franked dividend for 1H26 of 12c per share , reflecting strong organic generation of cash , surplus capital and franking credits in the period • Strong balance sheet , with approximately $ 290m of balance sheet capital at 30 June 2026 ( pro forma after deducting the upcoming payment of the 1H26 dividend ) 4 and surplus franking credits .
