Highlights: Youanmi Gold Mine • Youanmi fully permitted after final works approval granted after end of the quarter • Processing plant construction commenced following execution of EPC contract • Mining at Youanmi and Pollard Declines commence d with ore stockpile building from United North • 1,117m of lateral devel*opment advance completed • Surface infill drilling at United North returned significant intercepts outside of the current mine plan • Second surface infill drilling pro gram completed as underground diamond drilling commenced at United North for infill and grade control • Main pit dewatering completed and transitioned to dewatering historic underground workings • Remaining major contracts (power and oxygen supply) close to execution Corporate • Debt funding documentation signed and completed for A$350 million in debt facilities • Cash balance of $152.7 million at 30 June 2026 Managing Director & CEO Mr Phillip Wilding commented: “Following the Final Investment Decision for the Youanmi Gold Mine in March, the team at Rox have wasted no time on the ground developing this operation and maintaining our momentum as we continue towards first gold pour in 2027. “The EPC contract was executed with Interquip for the construction of the processing plant, and o ther major contracts were also executed for the Albion circuit with Glencore Technologies and gas supply with EVOL. Two further contracts are nearing completion for power and oxygen. “Mining has progressed well, with continual records in advance. O verall, 1,117m of lateral advance has been achieved, as all three planned declines are now underway. Surface stockpiles of high-grade ore from United North are also now growing, as we continue to de-risk the start-up of Youanmi. “After dewatering was compl *eted in Main Pit, works quickly moved to cleanup and portal preparation, along with transitioning to dewatering the historical underground workings at Youanmi. “The team also undertook several drill programs during the quarter, with United North infill drilling revealing high-grade intercepts outside of the existing mine plan . Drilling programs at Commonwealth and Interceptor were also completed, as underground diamond drilling commenced.

“It has been a significant quarter on site at the Youanmi Gold Mine and activity will only continue to ramp up in coming months as we deliver on our pathway to production and move closer to establishing ourselves as one of Western Australia’s next gold producers.” Mining Operations During the quarter, Rox achieved t otal underground lateral development advance of 1,117m , bringing total advance to 2,130m acro*ss the Youanmi Gold Mine. Underground development rates at United North remain ahead of schedule, with approximately 1,025m of advance completed in the quarter to 30 June 2026, bringing total advance metres to 2,037m (see Figure 1). Ore drive development has commenced on multiple levels at United North, with a surface stockpile of 27,702t at 3.06g/t Au for 2,729oz achieved at the end of the quarter. Vertical advance has included the firing of the first two return airways, which will allow the installation of the initial primary ventilation fans to commence in July. Underground diamond drilling activities commenced at United North in mid-June, with the first rig mobilised to site and 1,716m of grade control drilling completed. Targeted mineralisation was intersected, as expected, with the first assay results received subsequent to the end of the quarter returning high gold frades (refer to ASX announcement on 16 July 2026). Main Pit dewatering operations were completed and dewatering transitioned to underground dewatering of the historical Youanmi workings. The Youanmi Decline establishment works have been finalised, with portal support completed and decline stripping advancing for a total of 88m (see Figure 2, Figure 3 and Figure 4). Pollard Decline commenced at the end of the quarter, advancing 4m post the completion of face support (see Figure 2 and Figure 3). * Figure 2 – Development progress at Youanmi and Pollard Declines (as built)

Interquip and Glencore Technology progressed detailed design for the Youanmi Processing Plant (Figure 5) and issued construction drawings accordingly. Figure 5 – Youanmi Processing Plant working layout
Page 6
Fabrication of items such as the ball mill, IsaMill, Albion leach tanks and Cyanide in Leach (CIL) tanks are well underway (Figure 6) with the delivery and construction schedule in line with EPC construction schedule and Rox’s plan to pour gold in mid-CY2027. Contract negotiations for the last remaining major contracts, including the power station and oxygen supply, are nearing completion. Figure 5 – Key processing plant component fabrication well advanced (ball mill shell on left, and CIL tank steel rolled on right) Earthworks contractor Lambron Contracting has progressed well with the earthworks for the processing plant, handing over several sections to Interquip to allow commencement of mobilisation and civil works (Figure 7). Bulk earthworks for the plant site are expected to be completed in July and works will soon commence on the Tailings Storage Facility. Figure 6 – Youanmi Processing Plant earthworks and civil works

Project Permitting Subsequent to quarter’s end , Rox obtained the final major approval with the granting of the Works Approval, ensuring the Company is now fully permitted to deliver the construction and operation of the Youanmi Gold Mine. Mine Geology During the quarter, ore drive development commenced with ore stockpiling on the ROM now underway, as part of the plan to build a ~190,000t stockpile at 3.3g/t Au by the middle of CY2027. Mineralisation mapped and sampled underground to date correlates well with modelled DFS ore zones (Figure 8). Figure 7 – United North 2341mRL ore drive south development face image, DFS MRE ore zone vs. GC as-mined comparison (refer ASX Announcement “High Grade Drilling Results” released on 16 July 2026) *Note: drillhole RXRC390 is drilled oblique to the face and is superimposed on the DFS face image to show the full significant intercept Surface resource infill drilling was completed at United North and Interceptor with results published in April and July. At United North, drilling infilled and de -risked the upper two production levels, confirming substantial potential to increase production with additional levels and stopes from the initial mine plan (Figure 9).
Page 8
At Interceptor, surface drilling confirmed the DFS mine plan with the potential to extend mineralisation both along strike, down dip and down plunge (Figure 10). Underground drilling commenced at United North with initial results continuing from the surface program to confirm the potential to expand the upper levels of the United North mine beyond the DFS mine plan (Figure 11). Figure 9 – United North underground diamond drilling status (plan section view) (refer ASX Announcement “High Grade Drilling Results” 16 July 2026) Exploration Surface resource infill drilling was completed at Commonwealth during the quarter, confirming its potential to be added to the mine plan as a satellite deposit (Figure 12).

A contract has been awarded for the supply and installation of the administration and processing office facilities, with completion expected prior to end of CY2026. The camp upgrade works are nearing completion with handover of the full facility expected by the end of July. This will provide 351 high- spec rooms for our staff and contractors, along with modern mess and recreational facilities (see Figure 14).

Community Engagement During the quarter, the Rox team worked closely with local stakeholders to promote the “Youanmi Environs Paintings Commission & Artist Enfranchisement Project” with the Badimia Land Aboriginal Corporation owned Wirnda Barna Art Centre in Mount Magnet. This project pairs e stablished Badimia artists with Emerging Artists and Young Badimia People from the region to pass on cultural knowledge through painting depictions of cultural heritage of Badimia Country (Figure 15). The paintings are commissioned by Rox Resources with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Artist. The project has now enfranchised 31 a rtists who have signed up with the Wirnda Barna Art Centre as commercial artists.
