Interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2021 , declared on 15 February 2021. The interim dividend was paid on 13 April 2021 to shareholders registered on 16 March 2021 . Final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2021 , declared on 16 August 2021. The final dividend will be paid on 9 September 2021 to shareholders registered on 26 August 2021 . Dividend reinvestment plans The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ( ' DRP ' ) available to shareholders pursuant to which any shareholder may elect that their dividends be reinvested , in whole or in part , in shares of the Company at a price to be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time at its absolute discretion . The DRP will not be activated in respect of the 2021 final dividend .
