Further south, Line 7 intersected a broad, 350m-wide zone of anomalous copper-cobalt-zinc-gold mineralisation, interpreted to be analogous to porphyry copper -style mineralisation seen at the nearby Buryan Prospect located approximately 20km along strike (Magmatic Resources, ASX:MAG , see MAG ASX announcement 21 February 2019). A 4,500m follow-up (Phase 2) AC program commenced in May 5, designed to extend the Line 2 and Line 7 trends and test additional geophysical targets across up to nine drill lines , however drilling was paused due to unfavourable weather conditions. Corporate Leadership Succession Talisman Mining appointed experienced mining executive Mr Todd Ross as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 June 2026.6 Mr Ross will succeed Andrew Munckton, who has advised the Board of his intention to retire at the conclusion of his current contract on 21 August 2026, following three years at the helm of Talisman and a distinguished 42-year career in the Australian mining and exploration sector. Mr Ross is a highly regarded and experienced resources and finance executive, with a strong track record in leading junior ASX exploration companies and in the commercial banking sector in Australia and around the world. Most recently, Mr Ross served as Managing Director of Northern Territory -focused uranium explorer, DevEx Resources (ASX: DEV), and was also previously Managing Director of junior nickel explorer, Nordic Nickel (ASX: NNL), now Nordic Resources. Prior to these roles, he was Managing Director, Head of Western Australia and Head of Metals & Mining for BNP Paribas, where he was responsible for executing the bank’s mining, energy and infrastructure strategy. Mr Ross also has extensive experience in corporate advisory, project financing and capital markets across the resources sector. The timing of Mr Munckton’s retirement will facilitate an orderly three-month handover period to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Following his appointment, Mr Ross will work closely with Talisman’s Chairman, Kerry Harmanis, and the board to pursue strategies to unlock the value of its extensive NSW exploration portfolio while also targeting business development and growth opportunities. Iron Ore Royalty During the quarter, Talisman received $ 150K in royalty payments from iron ore sales that occurred between 1 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 from Wonmunna Iron Ore Pty Ltd (Wonmunna), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN), the owner and operator of the Wonmunna Iron Ore Mine (WIOM) in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The iron ore royalty receipts for the current quarter reflect the impact of moderating volumes of Wonmunna ore within the Mineral Resources Pilbara Hub production, favourable global iron ore pricing and the AUDUSD exchange rate during the quarter. Since the commencement of iron ore production at the WIOM in March 2021, total royalty payments of $ 35.2 million have been received by Talisman as at the date of this announcement. Preparations have been made by Mineral Resources to transition its Pilbara Hub production from Wonmunna to Lamb Creek, with first ore production from Lamb Creek commenc ing in the June quarter 2026. It is expected that production at the current Wonmunna Project will tail off with royalty payments for the current project expected to wind down from the March quarter 2026 consistent with the October 2025 update and toward the end of that 5 TLM ASX announcement 20 May 2026 6 TLM ASX announcement 27 May 2026

talismanmining.com.au 7 About Talisman Mining Talisman Mining Limited (ASX:TLM) is an Australian mineral development and exploration company. The Company’s aim is to maximise shareholder value through exploration, discovery and development of complementary opportunities in base and precious metals. Talisman has secured tenements in the Cobar/Mineral Hill region in Central NSW through the grant of its own Exploration Licenses and through a joint venture agreement. The Cobar/Mineral Hill region is a richly mineralised district that hosts several base a nd precious metal mines including the CSA, Tritton, and Hera/Nymagee mines. This region contains highly prospective geology that has produced many long-life, high-grade mineral discoveries. Talisman has identified several areas within its Lachlan Cu-Au Project tenements that show evidence of base and precious metals endowm ent which have had very little modern systematic exploration completed to date. Talisman believes there is significant potential for the discovery of substantial base metals and gold mineralisation within this land package and is undertaking active explora tion to test a number of these targets. Talisman also has secured access to over 1000km 2 of highly prospective tenure in South Australia’s Gawler Craton known as the Mabel Creek Project. Mabel Creek is prospective for large scale Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) deposits and intrusion related rare earths and battery metals mineralisation. Mabe l Creek is surrounded by similar tenure owned and being actively explored by Australia’s biggest resource companies including BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG. Competent Person’s Statement Information in this announcement that relates to Exploration Results and Exploration Targets is based on and fairly represents information and supporting documentation compiled by Mr Andrew Munckton, who is a member of the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists.
