2 ASX Announcement 29 July 2026 The June quarter represented another period of significant advancement for the Company's Pilbara lithium portfolio as development activities accelerated at the Tabba Tabba Project and exploration continued to unlock value at the nearby Bolt Cutter Central discovery. At Tabba Tabba, the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) progressed across all major technical disciplines including mine planning, metallurgy, process engineering, infrastructure design, environmental approvals and project financing. Optimisation work undertaken during the quarter identified opportunities to improve project economics through modifications to the proposed mine schedule, earlier expansion of processing capacity and incorporation of additional mineral resources that were not considered in the Preliminary Feasibility Study. Metallurgical programs continued to demonstrate robust concentrate quality and recoveries, while engineering design advanced toward completion. At Bolt Cutter Central, the Company achieved another important milestone with the completion of maiden metallurgical sighter testwork. Results demonstrated that mineralisation responds exceptionally well to the same conventional flotation process being developed for Tabba Tabba , reinforcing the potential for a common processing strategy across both projects. Resource definition drilling was completed during the quarter and geological modelling is now underway in preparation for a maiden Mineral Resource estimate. Exploration activities during the quarter continued to advance the Company's Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery, located approximately 10km west of the Tabba Tabba Project. The focus of work shifted from initial discovery and footprint expansion toward resource definition and technical de -risking, with completion of both resource drilling and the maiden metallurgical testwork program. Exploration and Development Activities Tabba Tabba Project – Pilbara, Western Australia During the June quarter, Wildcat continued to make substantial progress toward completion of the DFS for the Tabba Tabba Project. Technical work advanced across all major disciplines including mine planning, metallurgy, process engineering, environmental approvals, infrastructure design and project financing. The DFS is scheduled for completion during H2 2026 and incorporates a number of significant technical refinements and optimisation studies beyond those considered in the Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) completed in July 2025. The DFS has adopted a broader project scope than the PFS through the inclusion of additional mineral resources and product streams. In addition to the spodumene -dominant Leia and Luke orebodies, engineering and economic evaluations are now incorporating the Company's tantalum resource at Tabba Tabba together with the Chewy, Han and Hutt pegmatites. The inclusion of these deposits is expected to improve utilisation of the Company's existing Mineral Resource inventory while creating opportunities to generate additional revenue through production of petalite and tantalum concentrates. The Company is also progressing with negotiations and discussions with various third parties in relation to approvals and consents required for development of the Tabba Tabba project. Mining and Mine Optimisation A significant focus throughout the quarter was optimisation of the life -of-mine schedule to improve early project economics and maximise project value. Evaluation of numerous scheduling scenarios to optimise production sequencing, underground development timing, processing plant expansion and ore delivery across the life of the operation is ongoing. Optimisation studies identified opportunities to accelerate development of the underground Luke orebody, allowing additional ore to be introduced into the processing schedule earlier than contemplated in the PFS. Studies are also assessing opportunities to advance commissioning of the Stage 2 expansion to 4.5Mtpa
Page 3
3 ASX Announcement 29 July 2026 processing capacity. Bringing forward this expansion has the potential to increase concentrate production earlier in the mine life while reducing deferred capital requirements associated with a later expansion strategy. The optimisation process has further focused on reducing pre -production waste movement and improving overall mining efficiencies without materially altering the project's development philosophy. Detailed mine design has continued for both the open pit and underground operations. Geotechnical assessments for the Leia open pit together with the Luke and Leia underground mining areas have now been substantially completed and continue to support the proposed mining methodologies outlined in the PFS. Underground design refinement has also evaluated alternative stope geometries and sequencing to improve mining productivity. Metallurgy and Process Development Metallurgical testwork remained a major focus throughout the quarter and continued to deliver encouraging outcomes across all proposed processing streams. Whole -of-ore flotation testing on representative master composites from the Leia and Luke orebodies has confirmed that high -quality spodumene concentrates can be consistently produced using the proposed processing flowsheet. Testwork focused on material from the first two years of scheduled production to build confidence in commissioning and ramp -up performance. Bulk flotation testwork on the Year 1 –2 composite produced a spodumene concentrate grading 5.65% Li ₂O with low iron content of 0.63% Fe ₂O₃, confirming its suitability for premium concentrate markets. Overall lithium recovery remained in line with PFS expectations, while further optimisation studies continue to refine reagent selection, water treatment strategies and flotation operating conditions. Extensive variability testing has also been undertaken using composite samples representing different mining stages, ore types and geological domains across the deposit. This work is providing increased confidence that the proposed processing flowsheet will perform consistently throughout the life of the operation while defining operational parameters required for future plant design. In parallel with spodumene focussed testwork , the Company advanced process development for the petalite and tantalum circuits, with mineralogical investigations, laboratory testwork and metallurgical studies confirming viable processing pathways for the Chewy, Han and Hutt Mineral Resources and strong tantalum recoveries from the Tabba Tabba pegmatite using conventional gravity separation. Engineering for a dedicated petalite facility has progressed to a PFS level, while the proposed tantalum circuit is expected to produce saleable tantalite concentrate, aiming to enhance project economics through diversified future revenue streams. Process Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering design activities advanced considerably during the quarter with engineering of the proposed spodumene process plant. A comprehensive review of the comminution circuit concluded that a two -stage crushing configuration provides the optimal balance between capital intensity, operating efficiency and long-term operating flexibility. The preferred expansion philosophy established during the PFS remains unchanged, with dual grinding and flotation trains providing flexibility to operate efficiently across varying lithium market conditions while simplifying future capacity expansion. Engineering also progressed across the broader Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), including the mine workshops, fuel storage, accommodation village, administration facilities, utilities, explosive storage and supporting site services. Three -dimensional modelling of the processing facilities is now well advanced, with vendor engagement continuing for major equipment packages and capital cost estimation progressing toward completion (Figure 1).
Page 4
4 ASX Announcement 29 July 2026 Figure 1: Indicative General Site Layout – Processing and NPI Geotechnical investigations undertaken across the proposed plant site, access roads, tailings storage facility and supporting infrastructure identified no material constraints that would affect the planned project layout. These investigations will provide the design basis for detailed civil engineering as the project advances toward execution. Environmental Approvals Environmental and permitting activities continued to progress in line with the overall DFS schedule. Heritage surveys and environmental baseline investigations across the proposed development footprint are now substantially complete, providing the information required to support primary environmental approvals. Referrals under both the Western Australian Environmental Protection Act 1986 and the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 were submitted during the quarter following completion of pre -referral engagement with the relevant government agencies. Submission of these applications is a major milestone as the Company continues progressing the approvals pathway for project development. Hydrogeological investigations, groundwater monitoring, flora and fauna surveys and environmental baseline studies have also continued to build a comprehensive understanding of the project area to support future secondary approvals and mine closure planning. Bolt Cutter Central Lithium Discovery – Pilbara, Western Australia Metallurgy test work During the quarter maiden sighter metallurgical testwork using diamond drill core collected from across the Harry pegmatite swarm demonstrated spodumene is recoverable from the Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery. Three composite samples, representing ten separate spodumene -bearing pegmatite domains distributed throughout the initial discovery footprint , were processed using the same whole -of-ore flotation
Page 5
5 ASX Announcement 29 July 2026 flowsheet currently being advanced for the Tabba Tabba Definitive Feasibility Study. The results exceeded expectations, producing an average lithium recovery of 82.5% while generating an average spodumene concentrate grading 5.66% Li ₂O from three separate co mposite samples ( Figure 2). Importantly, these outcomes were achieved without project -specific optimisation, demonstrating a strong metallurgical correlation between the two deposits and providing confidence that conventional processing techniques will be applicable as development studies progress. Figure 2: Bolt Cutter Central Whole of Ore Flotation Results from composite samples BCM001 – BCM003. Exploration and infill drilling Resource definition drilling also continued to expand confidence in the mineralised system . Multiple high - grade lithium intersections were returned from both infill and extensional drilling, further confirming the continuity of the stacked pegmatite system. Drilling completed within the adjacent E45/5416 tenement successfully intersected additional lithium mineralisation approximately 1.2km east of the currently defined Bolt Cutter Central footprint. While early-stage in nature, these results demonstrate the broader fertility of the surrounding granodiorite host and reinforce the potential for additional discoveries across the wider Bolt Cutter Project. Following completion of the current RC drilling campaign, geological interpretation and resource modelling commenced during the quarter. This work incorporates geological logging, structural interpretation, assay data and geophysical information to support estimation of a maiden Mineral Resource. Interpretation of recent drilling has also refined the Company's understanding of the structural controls on mineralisation, providing improved targeting for future exploration and extension drilling. The Bolt Cutter Central discovery remains open in multiple directions, with both the Harry and Hermione pegmatite swarms continuing beyond the current drilling limits. Future work will focus on completion of the maiden Mineral Resource estimate, continued metallurgical optimisation using larger variability composites, and regional exploration targeting across the broader Bolt Cutter tenure.

The Project has favourable attributes which position it well for near-term development and as such, the Company has continued to aggressively advance the project through permitting and studies processes, with much of the DFS work already completed. About Bolt Cutter Wildcat’s Bolt Cutter Lithium Project is considered highly prospective for lithium and gold mineralisation. The tenements are located in positions proximal to the Split Rocks Supersuite granitoid complex (considered a fertile source of LCT -type pegmatites) and on regional structures along strike from the 4 46Mt Pilgangoora10 and 259Mt Wodgina11 lithium projects; and in strategic positions on the Berghaus Shear along trend from the 6.8Moz Hemi gold deposit discovered by De Grey Mining (ASX: DEG) now being developed by Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST). Wildcat continues to advance early -stage exploration across its Bolt Cutter landholding. About Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery The Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery is located ~10km to the west of the Tabba Tabba Project. It is an early-stage greenfields exploration project with lithium mineralisation associated with swarms of lithium - caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite dykes hosted in a granodiorite unit and remains open in most directions. Maiden reconnaissance RC drilling commenced in July 2025, leading to the discovery of the Harry and Hermione Pegmatite Swarms. The tenement package was bolstered by a tenement acquisition concluding in August 2025 by the acquisition of the full rights to the adjacent tenement E45/5416, located only 2.3km from the Tabba Tabba Projec t. T he Bolt Cutter Central pegmatite system has continued to grow with a mineralised footprint of approximately 0.8 by 2.3 kilometres currently defined . A maiden mineral resource estimate expected to be completed in H2 2026 with continued target generation and definition ongoing. About Mt Adrah Mt Adrah is a highly prospective 493km 2 tenement package located within the well -endowed Lachlan Orogen region in NSW and straddling the Gilmore Suture Zone (associated with mineralisation at numerous large mines including Cowal gold deposit: >11Moz Au12; Temora copper-gold deposit: 2.2Moz Au & 728kt Cu13; and the Cobar goldfields). The project includes the Hobbs Pipe gold deposit which has a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate of 20.5Mt @ 1.1g/t Au for 770,000 oz of contained gold (Table 4).
