This performance reflects the consistent execu tion of the Company's strategy and the robustness of its partnership structure, which continue s to support value creation and the recurring delivery of results. From an accounting perspective, in accordance with CPC 50 (IFRS 17), net income for the period totaled BRL 1,160.0 million, up 12.8% compared to the second quarter of 2025. In the Insurance segment, Written Premiums totaled BRL 2,490.7 million in the second quarter of 2026, representing growth of 4.6% compared to the same period of 2025. In the first half of the year, growth reached 5.1% year over year. The highlight was the Mortgage Insurance line, which totaled BRL 1,122.5 million in Written Premiums, up 14.0% compared to the second quarter of 2025, maintaining the expansion trend observed in recent quarters. The Home Insurance line recorded BRL 279.1 million in Written Prem iums during the quarter, remaining at a level similar to that recorded in the same period of the previous year and delivering 15.9% growth in Earned Premiums, driven by the cumulative effect of premium stacking over time. It is also worth highlighting the strategy focused on the sale of Home bundled with Mortgage Insurance, which represented 18.2% of issuances during the period and increased 18.2% year over year. In the Credit Life segment, performance continued to be impacted by the high interest rate environment affecting the cost of credit, as well as by the suspension, since November of last year, of the sale of the product linked to INSS payroll loans, resulting in a lower volume of eligible credit for the product. In the second quarter of 2026, Gross Contributions in Private Pension totaled BRL 6.7 billion, an increase of 17.7% compared to the same period of 2025 and 5.3% compared to the first half of the previous year. Positive Net Inflows of BRL 1.4 billion repres ented growth of 831% compared to the same period of 2025. As a result, Private Pension reserves totaled BRL 214.4 billion at the end of the semester, representing growth of 16.1% year over year. Renewing another record performance, Premium Bonds funds raised reached BRL 545.6 million in the quarter, up 24.9% compared to the same period of 2025. On a year -to-date basis, growth reached 26.6% compared to the first half of the previous year. The result reflects the strategy focused on the sale of Monthly Payment products. During the quarter, the launch of HiperXCAP, a charitable prize - linked premium bond product, was a highlight. Credit Letters sold totaled BRL 5.8 billion in the quarter, increasing 8.9% compared to the same period of 2025 and 3.3% compared to the first half of that year. The Credit Letters portfolio under management reached BRL 53.6 billion at the end of the second quarter of 2026, representing growth of 34.5% compared to the same period of the previous year. As a result, management fee revenues totaled BRL 259.4 million in the quarter and BRL 526.5 million in the first half of the year. Among the highlights of the period was the strategy focused on increasing the number of credit letter awards, which strengthened the commercial attractiveness of the product, resulting in a 33.9% increase in awards compared to the second quarter of 2025. In April 2026, Caixa Consórcio became the market leader in the Real Estate Credit Letter Award Ratio. Distribution Business, which comprises brokerage and intermediation revenues from insurance products, as well as revenues from access to the distribution network and brand use (BDF), totaled BRL
Page 6
RESULTS ANALYSIS Professor estrutura de tópicos Abrir pasta estrutura de tópicos CAIXA Seguridade 615.3 million in the second quarter of 2026, representing growth of 5.2% compared to the same period of 2025. Of this amount, 66.2% originated from Insurance products and 33.8% from Accumulation products. In the first half of the year, Distribution Busines s revenues reached BRL 1.2 billion. The Sales Team Program, an incentive tool for the sale of CAIXA Seguridade products and directly associated with the performance of Distribution Business, ended the quarter with 23,884 employees and 4,216 authorized partners. The Administrative Expenses Ratio (IDA) ended the second quarter of 2026 at 10.7%, remaining aligned with its historical level, with variations of +0.6 p.p. compared to the same period of 2025 and +0.1 p.p. compared to the first quarter of 2026. These chan ges were mainly attributable to higher investments in IT, advertising, and marketing. Excluding allocations made during the quarter with funds incentivized under the Rouanet Law, which generate an equivalent reduction in tax expenses, the adjusted indicator would have been 10.4%. The total loss ratio improved by 0.9 p.p. compared to the second quarter of 2025, reflecting lower loss ratios in the Mortgage Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance lines, driven by higher Earned Premiums and lower claims volume in Life Insurance. On a year -to-date basis, the indicator declined 1.5 p.p. compared to the first half of 2025. In this context, the Combined Ratio (IC) remained at the same level recorded in the second quarter of 2025. In the second quarter, Financial Result, on a grouped basis and considering all equity interests in proportion to CAIXA Seguridade's ownership interest, increased 19.3% compared to the second quarter of 2025 and represented 35.2% of net income in the period. This performance reflects the increase in the average balance of financial investments held by investees, particularly Caixa Vida e Previdência (+12.5%) and Caixa Capitalização (+90.7%). In the first half of the year, Financial Result increased 18.8%. As a result, the Expanded Combined Ratio (ICA) improved by 0.3 p.p. compared to the second quarter of 2025, driven by stronger Financial Result and lower loss ratios between periods. Reflecting the Company's performance during the period, the Board of Directors approved, on August 10, 2026, the payment of BRL 1.05 billion in dividends, equivalent to 92.0% of Managerial Net Income for the second quarter, calculated in accordance with CP C 11 (IFRS 4), with payment scheduled for November 17, 2026. Finally, it is worth noting that, in the 2026 edition of the Brand Finance Brazil 100 ranking, released in June, CAIXA Seguridade consolidated its position among the most relevant brands in Brazil. The Company was recognized as the insurance sector brand that achieved the greatest increase in brand strength during the period analyzed, demonstrating the consistency of its strategy and the trust it has built with the market.
