Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Eletromidia conference call to release results for the second quarter 2022. Before we begin, some instructions. For those who need simultaneous translation, please click on the interpretation icon and choose your language, Portuguese or English. The video and presentation of this conference will be on the site of the company, ri.eletromidia.com.br, after the market close today at CVM. All participants will be in listen-only mode during the company presentation. Ensuing this, we will go on to the question and answer session, at which time further instructions will be given. The forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties. These forward-looking statements issue the opinion only on the date in which they are made. The company is not under the obligation of updating them. We have here with us Mr. Alexandre Guerrero, the CEO; Mr. Ricardo Winandy, the CFO and IRO, and Mr. Rodrigo Cadena, the Chief Technology Officer. I would now like to give the floor to Mr. Guerrero, who will begin the presentation. You may proceed, sir. Good afternoon to all of you, and welcome to our video conference to speak about the second quarter 2022. I am accompanied by Ricardo Winandy, the CFO and IRO, and our CTO, Rodrigo Cadena. Before beginning the presentation, I would like to thank you for your participation. It's a pleasure at Eletromidia to share the second quarter, a period marked with deliveries and important evolution. We're going to share with you an updated vision on our vertical on the streets, how we look upon this, especially the future of this division and our presence in urban billboards. This is an important pillar of growth for Eletromidia, and it contributes with margin and long-term contracts. On the average, these are 20-year contracts. In April, we began our integration with Ótima. We had great discipline in this process, and we're working under a single banner since April 1st. Now, this poses some short-term challenges, and more challenges are appearing. Another important chapter is the beginning of the digitization process of part of Ótima, which is underway, and this will be the main digitization process that has been carried out in the street vertical. As a novelty, we have the concession in Recife, announced in June, with novelties, and that allows us to enter with street clocks. We will also speak to Porto Alegre, where we have installed the first bus shelter for the approval by the municipality. We have important demonstrations in terms of this movement. We have several novelties regarding this project. We're going to go through our platform, Eletromidia Ads, which is in beta. We have brought Rodrigo Cadena, our CTO, to speak about the digital transformation we are fostering in the company. Regarding the results for the second quarter 2022, this was another quarter with a great deal of operational execution with great novelties. We have taken the opportunity of new businesses and concessions. We continue to be very disciplined in terms of our organic growth with good results, and our sales are aligned with the seasonality that is characteristic of our sector, and this shows the resumption of our sector. We also know that all of this is very important to reduce the cost of advertisers. We presented a growth of 151% vis-a-vis the second quarter of 2021, a significant growth vis-a-vis the first quarter of 2022 as well. We grew substantially in EBITDA and in net revenue, very much aligned with what had been planned. This is a company that pursues opportunities for expansion, executes projects, invests in technology, and grows in terms of sales and results. We're confident in this thesis, and we're building the market power in a very relevant way, not only to strengthen the company, but our capacity to transform the out-of-home sector. Ricardo will speak about this in greater detail. We have so much to share with you, so let's begin with the presentation. First of all, we'll look at the map. Referring to the buildings, this is the pre-IPO map where we were present in three cities. If we look now, we have a foothold in eight cities. What is important, in green we have the market of Salvador. We're awaiting results. We're the only company that presented a proposal for bus shelters. This shows that we will be present in nine of the 10 most important cities in Brazil, and this vertical has two important characteristics, contribution margin and the contracts that tend to last 20 years. If we look at the concession in Recife, this is exclusive for 108 new digital clocks. This is a 20-year concession where Eletromidia will be responsible for preserving 35 green areas. Beyond an advertising contract, this will transform the cities where we work. In the last results call, we spoke about the Santander Bank who sponsored our concession in Porto Alegre. Claro is the second sponsor. We're going to get to Porto Alegre and install 100 bus shelters with Wi-Fi. The advertising market has responded very positively to these initiatives and provocation. Not only Santander Bank, but Claro reinforced the thesis that we are on the right path. This is another important project I would like to share, a project with Santander Bank in terms of social transformation on the streets of São Paulo, more specifically in the neighborhood of Capão Redondo. We have 100 bus shelters with advertising displays. They will be sponsored by Santander Bank, and the small entrepreneurs can advertise their business. This is a social transformation project which is part of our role in terms of ESG. When we think about the digital transformation, the digitization of Ótima has begun. The displays have already gotten to Santos, and very soon we will have the greatest process of digital transformation ever carried out in the country. Our presence in São Paulo will go from 108 displays to 700 digital displays. This of course brings about several benefits when we think of the advertising market and capturing value, not only in revenues, but ways of publication. Cadena will show you the Eletromidia Ads. All of this digitization process will contribute to following that direction. If we look at the future, another important point is our innovation hub. This perhaps is the most interesting and important project at Fradique Coutinho Station. We transformed this to Stranger Things from Netflix. The figures are very robust. The best results we have from an action such as this one, and they show us that clients are ever more prepared to embark on this type of creative and differentiated initiative that has the role of transforming the journey of people, making cities a great environment for interaction and experience. We also worked with the Galeria Itaú in São Paulo. We took smartphones to Avenida Paulista and Avenida Faria Lima. Brands mature and go along the path of innovation. Our innovation hub has accelerated these initiatives. Still speaking about this, we're very satisfied with what happened this last month at the Cannes Lions that is held in France. This is the main festival for our industry. Africa Creative won the gold, silver, and bronze award because of its work with Eletromidia. This is our first international award with Ótima in-house, and we had the pleasure to participate there. To speak about technology, I would like to give the floor to Cadena to share with you our platform of Eletromidia Ads. Good afternoon. I am the CTO at Eletromidia, and it's a pleasure to be here to speak about technology, especially because of our Eletromidia Ads, which is our platform for planning, for purchase, and measurement of all of the Eletromidia inventory. We're so happy that this is a beta platform. It is being used presently by the Eletromidia executives. We're using this in-house. We also have agencies and direct clients that are planning through Eletromidia Ads. It's still in the beta version. The idea is that in January of 2023, we will launch this to the entire advertising market. Everybody will have access to this platform. We're extremely enthusiastic with this launch. When we speak about technology, better than speaking is to show you this. I feel more comfortable. We're going to travel through the platform, and through this demo, we will share the characteristics of Eletromidia Ads. These are real data, a real environment, our system operating, but we're going to carry out a simulation. Of course, this is fictitious, but in a real plane. Very well, this is for the sales executive. This is what the sales executive at Eletromidia sees, or what the advertising executive sees. We have a portfolio of clients, and this is what happens. The executive will log into the platform. The first thing that appears are the clients in their portfolio. These are clients that are participating in this beta version, significant brands in the market. For this simulation, we're going to create a campaign for Procter & Gamble, the launch of Ariel. The executive or agency put in the basic data of the campaign, the name. They set forth regions if they want to close up specific regions. In this case, the campaign will be for São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Campinas. We fill in the data for the aerial campaign. We select the cities I mentioned. This will be a campaign that will be based on targets. This is the great differential of Eletromidia Ads. Up to this point, it was impossible to work with out-of-home based on targets. Since we acquired the technology startup focused on out-of-home targets, this has become possible. We put this layer of data and metrics over our inventory, and we can do this. We have chosen three cities, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Campinas, and we will choose the profile of people we want to impact, the adult audience from 20-25 years of age. Ariel has selected this adult audience, and there is the option to choose if there is an Eletromidia vertical, which is a preference for the campaign. Well, the executive can say this campaign goes better with residential buildings, which is the case of this campaign. This doesn't mean that the algorithm won't suggest other locations that also impact the adult audience, but it will prefer residential buildings. It will also select a date of beginning for the campaign, and the campaign will be weekly, daily, or monthly. In the next screen, the platform has understood that the audience is adult, the cities are Rio, São Paulo, and Campinas, and it offers the suggestion of a low, medium, or high impact campaign. They come with a frequency, with reach, impact, the metrics so that the advertiser can make quick decisions on what to choose. Here we're going to select a middle impact plan for Rio and São Paulo and a high impact plan for Campinas. Of course, in real time, the client can know the cost of this campaign on Eletromidia. We're getting to the last screen, so very quickly, the client, by selecting some things, has set up a plan. The name of the campaign, the target, 25-50 years of age. I'm sorry, a summary by city, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas. Reach, impact, the GRP, which is very important, the gross rating points, so the client can compare this and add up the impact that he has with us and do this with others, and of course, the investment in real time. Out-of-home always works very well with maps. You can't do a campaign without looking at the cities. Eletromidia Ads brings up these maps. I'm sorry, I was going to show it to you. It shows you the entire city. If we could go back there, please. I think it's worthwhile looking at this map because on the map we show you all of the cities we have selected and the heat map between lower and higher affinity of that specific audience that the advertiser has selected. Very well. We'll allow you to see the video, perhaps on the side. It's a pity that I skipped it. We don't seem to be able to go back to it. It is a heat map going from lower to higher affinity. The final message here is that Eletromidia Ads is here to resolve three problems in out-of-home. The first is the pain of having access to the Eletromidia inventory to put this at disposal of advertisers. The second factor, using that layer of data where we can choose who it is that we want to impact and to know who we have impacted. The third pain, speed. Speed to plan out-of-home has changed significantly. A campaign that would take hours to plan, we can now plan in a matter of minutes. We're very enthusiastic, and this will be available for the entire advertising market in January 2023. Very well. Our CFO, Ricardo Winandy, will give you more details, more figures. Good afternoon to everybody. Thank you for participating in our results call for the second quarter 2022. Let's begin with the highlights of the period. We had a growth in the network of 23% of the year with 13,000 new displays, reaching 69,000 for the quarter. 47,000 are digital. The growth was in urban buildings with the recent investments, especially in residential buildings. With the resumption of audience and the incorporation of new assets, we reinforced the relevance of this segment out of home. We had revenues of 153% higher vis-à-vis the second quarter 2021 with BRL 210.3 million. We ended with BRL 44.2 million adjusted EBITDA, 393% more than the same quarter last year. We ended the quarter with BRL 7.3 million, BRL 13.3 million for the quarter. For the semester, we're going to go into greater details regarding the growth of our network. At the end of the semester, we had a growth of 13,000 new assets and 8,000 of which are digital. Compared to the last quarter presented, the increase is 10% of our base. We went from 63,000 panels in the last presentation. Investments concentrated on streets and buildings with high margins and opportunities because of the enhancement of infrastructure in the main Brazilian cities and because of the addressable markets. In streets and furniture, we had 300 new digital displays. An important part can be explained because of the acquisition of the Ótima company for bus shelters. We ended this in April, and we do have 3,000 new installations. We added 700 new assets on the streets in the city of Campinas bus shelters with the digitization of 50 displays in the city. We also had digital assets in Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, and Recife, where we have a partnership with a bicycle company. In the building vertical, we had 6,000 digital panels, a growth of 30% vis-à-vis last year. Only this quarter we installed new screens in buildings, and this keeps a broad addressable market even in the main capitals. We continue to invest in other capitals, new activities in transportation and airports in Brazil. The first bus shelter was installed in the city of Porto Alegre due to the concession project that will have the rollout in the second half of 2022. In the second half of the year, we will install the street clocks in the city of Recife as mentioned by Mr. Guerrero. We're trying to increase the number of digital panels in the city of São Paulo according to the Ótima panels presented previously. Now, when we look at the evolution of gross revenue, we had a growth of 151% vis-à-vis the second quarter 2021, a growth of BRL 126 million for the quarter and BRL 188 million for half of the year. We're resuming the audience that we observed since the mid year 2021. In the first six months of the year, we more than doubled the revenues we obtained in 2021. In 2022, we accumulated BRL 342 million. In that period, we had a growth in all verticals. Now, for streets, we almost increased by 10 the revenues achieved last year, and this quarter they represent 33% of our invoicing. We had a consolidation of investments in the region of São Paulo to conclude the acquisition of Ótima and consolidation of revenue and other properties. We added BRL 62 million only in this semester in that vertical. In transportation, we doubled revenues BRL 42 million additional, thanks to the resumption of the audience compared to the same period in 2021. We also had special projects like Stranger Things station and subways and other areas. We see that the CPTM, the train station, is more mature, and we have a contract with the train system of São Paulo. In shopping malls, we increased the revenues fourfold during the period vis-à-vis 2021. Of course, that was due to the COVID restrictions. Because the network we created since 2020, we consolidate a portfolio of six malls throughout Brazil. In buildings and airports, we have growth between 20%-50% in the period, with an impact on the audience in some airports and some commercial buildings. Now with that, we ended the quarter with a total of BRL 44 million in EBITDA, a margin of 23%, almost five times the amount in 2021, with 10 additional percentage points in margin. In the semester, we reverted the negative EBITDA with BRL 56 million. This result can be explained due to the revenue growth during the period and expansion of margin because of the company's operational leverage and growth in verticals with higher margins. Now, when we compare this to 2021 and the discounts and transfers that were important last year, and I would like to highlight the impact of seasonality on this result in the second half of the year, an important result for the entire year. This effect can be reinforced because of important events. We have Rock in Rio in September and the World Cup in the last quarter. In the second semester, vis-à-vis the first semester, we had a growth of 59% in gross revenue and 76% higher when we include the pro forma performance. Historically, this trend for growth will remain for the coming quarters this year. Now, to speak about the pro forma results. When we add the results of the recently acquired company, Ótima, we ended the year with net revenues of BRL 334 million, a growth of almost 93% vis-à-vis the first six months of 2021. We also added BRL 76 million to EBITDA. We had a negative result of BRL 6.7 million in 2021. We went to a positive EBITDA of BRL 69 million now in 2022, with a margin very close to 21%, with a margin of 25 percentage points. As mentioned before, 76% above in terms of pro forma results. Because of the resumption and operational leverage, considering the capture of part of the cost synergy, the growth of results vis-à-vis the year 2021 stands out more when we look at the consolidated figures. When we analyze the operating cash generation, it was positive in BRL 6.8 million in the quarter, BRL 9.4 million above last year. Despite a relevant growth in revenues, we had to pay our personnel, and with this, we accumulated BRL 6.8 million of operating cash for the semester, and we paid off debentures. We had BRL 51.8 million for the period. We carried out investments, especially in acquisitions. The most relevant is Ótima. We paid cash on April 1st. It was the main allocation of resources after our IPO in 2021. We also purchased equipment, amounting to BRL 16 million for the expansion of inventory, totaling BRL 325 million of investments in the period. In this quarter, we began the buyback program, representing BRL 6.8 million according to a plan authorized in May. Now, the period foreseen to conclude this is November 2023. 20% of the plan has been put in place up to present. We also had the payment of interest payments of BRL 11.8 million, totaling BRL 17.8 million for financing. We ended the quarter with BRL 118 million in cash. Finally, but no less important, for the first time, a representative of the industry was selected as a game changer and was selected for the transformational initiatives in marketing and advertising side by side other important names such as advertisers, specialized consulting companies. The Eletromidia CEO is a company that has challenged the market, making innovation possible. We're extremely proud of this award, and it reflects the work that has been carried out in the company. Congratulations, Guerrero, for that award. Now, the company award that is extremely important for us in this industry, for the first time, has a representative standing side by side with the main market leaders. Before going into the final remarks, I would like to share with you a survey. You have the main advertisers and leaders participating in this survey. They speak about their intention to increase investments in the industry. 91% of advertisers say they will increase investments in OOH. This reinforces the idea that the industry will grow exponentially in the coming two years. Eletromidia appears as the fifth most important vehicle for investments. This is the first time that we appear in this position. In the first four positions, we have open television in the country and three global technology players. You must know them very well. This is market recognition of everything we have done here. As closing remarks, we would like to bring more color to some points. We had a robust result in the second quarter 2022 aligned with the seasonality of the sector. Several campaigns planned and published through Eletromidia Ads. This is a watershed for the industry. The Porto Alegre concession will begin in August, and this should go on for the next three years. The concession of Recife that will enable us to work with street clocks. Eletromidia continues to build its market power, gaining capacity and more strength to transform the sector. This is very important for an industry, and we have to continue on with this behavior. A very positive outlook for the second half of 2022. We believe in the advertising market, and we believe in what we have to do. Our actions will bring value not only to the company, but to all of our stakeholders. The technological advances, metrics, and data reinforce our belief in the industry, and there is a great deal of room to develop out-of-home in the country through investments gaining market share. Now, the trend for the industry in coming years is very positive. If we look at the second half of 2022, we have had a good response from the advertising market. We have Father's Day, Rock in Rio, the World Cup, and of course, the end of the year. Events like this will transform urban behavior and offer a singular environment from which our company will benefit. We're quite positive, and we have not changed our fundamentals. We're going to maintain discipline so that our business can continue to evolve. We're now going to open the Q&A session and offer you the floor. We will now begin the Q&A session for investors and analysts. Participants may send their questions in writing using the Q&A icon at the bottom of the screen. If you want to read out your question, simply raise your hand, and once your name has been selected, you will have to turn on your microphone. Our first question is from Andre Salles from UBS. Hey, good afternoon, Alexandre, Ricardo, and Rodrigo. Thank you for taking my question. I have two questions, one referring to the operations, the second refers to the company balance. I would like to understand the margin dynamic of the company. Which is your vision in terms of the speed of recovery of EBITDA margin for coming quarters? If you see a seasonality that is similar to that before the pandemic. The other question refers to liabilities and assets in the short term. You have some important maturities in the short term. After the acquisition of Ótima, of course, there has been a drop in the cash. Are you seeking a more relevant funding source for the short term? Thank you. Andre, thank you for the questions. Regarding the seasonality, historically, and even before the pandemic, before 2020, the dynamic that we observed in the advertising segment is that we normally have a revenue growth normally. Of course, with operational leverage, this will reflect in margins. Now, this year has become more typical. We had the reopening and normalization of audiences in most of the verticals, and in the commercial area, this is happening gradually. We hope that the dynamic of the second half of the year will be similar to what we had previously. Of course, with some differences this year, as we will have events that don't take place every year, the World Cup in the last semester, large festivals like Rock in Rio, that do have an impact on the advertising and out-of-home market as a whole. Regarding the second question, referring to the balance, we carried out a payment of most of the acquisition price in cash in April when we had the close of Ótima. This was our main capital allocation after the IPO. Because of this, of course, the circulating assets are reduced. There's a reduction in cash, of course. As we presented here during the first half of the year, we have a strong operational cash generation, and excluding the payment of interest rates, we generated BRL 58 million in cash and 50% of adjusted EBITDA. This will help us to recompose the capital that we spent, and we also have obligations in the second half of the year that do not represent cash disbursement. They refer to the use of media and advertising, and of course, this demands a cash disbursement. Now, besides the operational cash generation, we are surveying the market to see if it is favorable for other opportunities for short-term funding, perhaps. Thank you, Ricardo. That was very clear. Our next question comes from César Davanço from Santander Bank. Hello, everybody. My doubt is, which is your vision of profitability as part of your platform? Hello, César, and thank you for the question. Now, we have been testing this new platform since last year, and this is a new channel and an optional revenue that benefits the industry. In truth, we have been able to capture revenues where we had no space before. These are funds that are backed up by digital. This will be an additional revenue beyond and above the revenues that we already produce for our clients in the out-of-home industry. This is the first point. The second point, there are minimal differences between the revenues of the platform and the revenues of the sales team. We have a marginal tech fee cost depending on where we post our campaign. We see that the sales through media will increase. They will occupy a significant space, 10%-15%, depending on the player. Some players have more room. For a company like ours that has a robust digital platform, our market share is almost 80% in out-of-home, and the media programming is an avenue to be able to grow in industries that do not invest very much in our industry, along with partners such as Yahoo and Google. Eletromidia was the first company to become integrated in the 360 platform of Google, so we look very positively upon this. It's an important opportunity to bring about additional revenue. Well, that's why I was posing the question about how this has increased the attractiveness for advertisers. Thank you very much. Thank you for the question, César. Our next question comes from Thiago. You may proceed, sir. Hello, can you hear me? Yes, we can hear you, Thiago. This is Thiago Kapulskis from Itaú BBA. Thank you for taking my question. I have two questions, and both relate to the operation. The first question, the new Eletromidia platform is very interesting, and it shows you data and can help the client to work with analytics. I would like to gain a better understanding on the integration with the 360 from Google and as part of the workflow, because I do know something about the advertising operation, but not in detail. As far as I know, sometimes there is too much standardization based on goals or Google, and I would like to better understand how this platform operates to be included in that workflow for budget management. Perhaps it could bring about more revenues, a greater demand, and make the life of advertisers easier. Another question refers to price dynamics. I'm beginning to follow up on Eletromidia, and I follow up on advertising companies abroad, and we see a dynamic in Meta where there's a drop in prices. The figures there are global, of course. It's very difficult to say if the dynamic converses with your business or with our country. If you could explain something about your price dynamic, what happened with it this quarter, and what we can expect going forward, that would be very interesting. Thank you. Hello, Thiago. First of all, thank you for the excellent question. I'm going to try to speak about the differences between programmatic media and Eletromidia Ads. In truth, they're two platforms to buy media. Eletromidia Ads is proprietary. It will allow you to buy ads. Now, the Eletromidia inventory that is in Eletromidia Ads is also available for advertisers of Google DV360. The platform would be more agnostic. We understand that our inventory will be available in most of the platforms to purchase media. This is a movement of advertisers who want to center their investments on television, and Eletromidia will be there for the purchase. If they buy directly from our platform, they will be able to use the out-of-home characteristics further. We can deliver the functions of out-of-home more. Now, the other platform is more geared to the digital part. In the final account, these are two sales channels, and there are several channels. To speak about our price policy, Thiago, simply so that we can separate the, media programming, platform, it's a kind of an auction. It's different from the digital where we have a commoditization of a mega banner. Our spaces are greenfield. If I want to carry out a campaign in the Rio de Janeiro subway, it will be something exclusive for us. We have been following up on the evolution of the industry, and by digitizing the inventory, we capture more value. Everything points to that we have performed more and better whenever the digital platform is available. The sale through the platform will capture more sales. We have qualified sales. The media efforts of the client will be more concentrated. They will have less dispersion in their target, and you can have a better average price per screen with lower investments on the part of the client. We look upon this agenda very positively because we can capture value in the entire process, and we will have sales with a better performance and better cost per screen. Excellent. Very clear. Thank you very much for the answers. Thank you, Thiago, for the question. Our next question comes from Clara Rocha. Our next question comes through the Q&A. "Good afternoon. Recently, you acquired the NOALVO company for out-of-home media planning. Doesn't Eletromidia see that this is a conflict of interest?" Excellent question. I'm sorry I did not see the name of the person who posed the question. This initiative of NOALVO is a global initiative, and we, several players, have invested, becoming majority or minority shareholders, and we also have several out-of-home players. NOALVO is not a tool to service clients. It's a tool to service agencies. We want to offer tools to agencies so that in a structured way, they can allow for the development of the industry. A leader will benefit from this when you have an industry that is more sophisticated and is anchored on metrics. Now, there's an exclusive team at NOALVO that provides metrics and technology to Eletromidia Ads and agencies in the country. This is one of the things that were missing in the market. It's a sophisticated way to anchor data and metrics and also, a sophisticated way to plan sales. This will transform the out-of-home market, as happened with the digital. The greatest initiative that we see in the ecosystem was the Google DV360, allowing the company to take off and help the fragmented industry with several sites throughout the country. The next question through the Q&A: I remember having seen, the involvement of the company with sports, with games. Is the market evolving in that segment? Murilo, I believe. At our end, we're still in the first project that was done with servidor Cidade Alta. We had a good commercial response. Some clients have invested, and we have gotten to know the metaverse, which is how we call the game environment. There is room to develop there, but in Eletromidia, we test the hypothesis before scaling up. We're trying to see how the metaverse works, the brands, and we have had a variety of insights. There are brands who want to activate the World Cup. We have learned a great deal in this metaverse, as we call the games initiative. It does have room for development. What we have done at present in this first moment is to simply test some hypothesis and follow up on what is happening. As we have no further questions, we will end the question and answer session. I will now return the floor to Mr. Alexandre Guerrero for his closing remarks. Well, thank you for your participation, for your questions, for being with us. All of us are at your disposal for individual conversations so you can get to know more about our business. It was a pleasure to be here with you. We're enthusiastic and very confident in our industry, and we believe that Eletromidia will be able to continue participating and leading the digital transformation in the out-of-home media market. Thank you once again for your participation. Have a good afternoon. The results conference call for Eletromidia ends here. Should you have any doubt, please send your question to the IR team through email, ri@eletromidia.com.br. Thank you once again for your participation. Have a good day.
