The Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the standards established by the Accounting Pronouncement Committee ( CPC ) and approved by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ( CVM ) , as well as the International Financial Reporting Standards ( IFRS ) . Merger of XPart into XP Inc. approved on October 1 , 2021 , this asset has become Itaúsa's second largest investment in market value . Investment worth R $ 2.6 billion in Aegea Saneamento completed and recognition of its results in equity in the earnings of investees as from July 2021 .
