Integrated governance and risk management system, in line with the best market practices Board of Directors Audit and Risk Management Committee Risk Area The Board of Directors supervises risk management, periodically assessing the Company's exposure to risks and the effectiveness of risk management systems, internal controls and the integrity and compliance system. The Audit and Risk Management Committee monitors and supervises the adequacy of the corporate risk management system and internal controls, the quality and integrity of financial reports, the performance of internal and independent audits, as well as adherence to legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
