RD - People , Health and Well - being ( Raia Drogasil S.A. – B3 : RADL3 ) announces today its results for the 1st quarter of 2021 ( 1Q21 ) . The Company's parent company and consolidated interim financial statements for the periods ended March 31 , 2021 and 2020 have been prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil , including the rules issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission ( CVM ) , the Brazilian Accounting Standards - General Technical ( NBC TG ) and the pronouncements issued by the Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements Committee ( CPC ) , and are in conformity with the International Financial Reporting Standards ( IFRS ) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board ( IASB ) , and provide all the significant information related solely to the interim financial statements , which is consistent with the information used by management . The financial statements were prepared in Reais and all growth rates , unless otherwise stated , relate to the same period of 2020 . Since 2019 , our financial statements have been prepared in accordance with IFRS 16. In order to better represent the economics of the business , the figures in this report are presented under IAS 17 / CPC 06 , the previous reporting standard . Reconciliation with IFRS 16 can be found on pages 12 and 13 .
