3Q25 Highlights Changes in corporate governance, with Daniel Randon assuming the role of CEO of the Company as of September 1. Profitability recovery, resulting primarily from adjustments made in the first half of 2025 and the ongoing strict expense control. Maintenance of the corporate rating at BrAAA, assigned by S&P, with a change in outlook from stable to negative. Leverage reduction, especially due to the completion of fundraising operations in the capital markets and a significant decrease in Working Capital during the period.
