Net loss attributable to common shareholders for the three - month period ended June 30 , 2026 was $ 23.9 million versus $ 0.9 million for the previous three - month period and $ 0.3 million for the prior year comparable period . Non - IFRS Measures The Company's interim unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ( " IFRS " ) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and the accounting policies we adopted in accordance with IFRS .
