Now that we've finished the formal part of the meeting, I would like, without further ado, to give the floor to Michel Letellier, President and Chief Executive Officer. Thank you very much, Daniel. Thank you everyone for being with us today. It's my pleasure to give you an overview of the activities that we have put forth in the last year, and also to give you a highlight for our future forecast. If you look at the first quarter of 2022, we have two nice acquisitions. The solar plant in Chile comprising 50 MW, and also the Aela project with 332 MW of windmills in Chile. We should be completing this transaction at the end of the month of May. We are just waiting on a few authorizations, for example, from the Chilean competition board. We have up till the end of May to conclude this transaction. We look forward to integrating these windmills in our portfolio. We must remember that our strategy in Chile is to develop a diversified portfolio of different technologies, so we can answer the customers' needs on the basis of 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have hydro in Chile, we have solar power, and now we will have wind power. That is a very good complement in Chile. Now if you look at the development activities. We've moved a lot in the last few months, especially in France. It's not a big project, but it is about a 30 MW project, and it is one of the first projects to have obtained a PPA that came from our greenfield initiation from the very beginning of the development. The French team has brought to the table this first project with a PPA. It's a very nice first project, and we will talk about other prospective development projects. We have many other projects developing in France as well, but this is the first one through which we have obtained the PPA. Congratulations to our French team. Also, we have the first Hydro-Québec commercial battery that has been installed and that is being under testing right now, and that is a great initiative that we have as well. We should have completed all of the tests somewhere around the end of June so that we get fully commissioned. That is a project that will support the network in France. It is a project that can support microseconds in the grid in a context where we see more and more renewable energies in the French network. That is a first for us, but certainly not the last. We'll continue to work on energy storage in France. Now if we go back to Québec, we're still building the Innavik plant, which is not a huge project, but it's a very structuring project for the north of Québec. If you remember, we can replace the local consumption of electricity and energy through water and wind energy. We have finished the commissioning during the first quarter because there were some delays in those remote areas with COVID. We had certain restrictions to respect, so we're a little bit behind for about two or three months. At the end of the first quarter or at the beginning of the second quarter, we should be able to commission that project. For the bigger projects that we've put forth in the U.S., we must take note of the Boswell project, which is over 300 MW of wind energy. We are in the final steps of writing up a contract with the PacifiCorp organization. We have drafted the last agreements, and we have put forth our Palomino project as well. It's 200 MW of solar power in Ohio. In the state of Ohio, if you can remember, we had the Hillcrest project as well that was commissioned over there. That is something that is ongoing. We hope that we'll be able to commission this project before 2025, but we are being careful because we know that there are issues in the U.S. The commercial department of the U.S. does an inquiry if we want to import foreign solar panels, because there are too many products that come from China. Unfortunately, that has slowed down our solar development activities in the U.S. We have Palomino, potentially, but we're looking at solutions to try to commission Palomino before 2025. For the Hawaii project, we had PPA projects that were signed a few couple of years ago to develop solar and battery powers. With the supply issues for batteries and solar panels, we had to put that project on hold to see if there were penalties that would be imposed by the U.S. government if we import solar panels from the Southeast Asia area. There was a delay, but we're very confident that we will be able to have conversations with the public authorities there and to better understand and improve the price of our PPA, so we can take into account pressures on prices because of the crisis that we all know, with the supply chains and also with the declaration from the government, the U.S. government on penalties for imports from China. We're working on solutions, and we're staying positive. In Hawaii, they really need that type of project. As you know, they have very aggressive projects to get rid of coal and diesel, which is mainly used to produce electricity. It's costing them a lot of money, so they are looking at the projects that we have proposed, and they should be acceptable. Today, we have announced our initiative to install batteries at our new At our two new projects in Chile, in Salvador and San Andrés. The idea here is to complement solar energy, so we're able to displace the daily solar energy production and move it on to the nighttime production of energy. These batteries will have a five-hour capacity, and that's the minimum criteria required by the Chilean government or the regulatory authorities in Chile to be able to include the batteries in the Chilean system. We feel that this type of compensation should represent about 50% of long-term revenues. That is a very nice initiative, and the Chilean government or the authorities want more and more storage batteries like that so that they can take advantage of the solar potential of their Atacama Desert in the north of Chile. Those are really good projects that will potentially bring a lot of income and a great capacity to our portfolio during the nighttime and the evening as well, and we'll be able to meet industrial clients in Chile or different public authorities. We are looking forward to the implementation of these projects. We have completed the supply of batteries, so we are not afraid of inflation on these elements. The commissioning should be at the beginning of 2023 and the end of 2023 as well. Now if we look at the development project per se, for prospective or forward-looking expenses or growth. We were very active, very proactive, following the announcement of the Quebec government for the next call for offers, call for tenders for the windmill development. This is a turnaround. It's a very important pivot that the government has made. We're very excited to be able to answer to the future call for tenders. If we remember, not even two years ago, we were in surplus in Quebec, and now we seem to be maneuvering towards a great amount of activities in terms of windmill development. That is a very good prospect for us. If we look in our forward-looking developments, we have added over 1,700 megawatts of new forward-looking developments to answer those calls for tenders. We're very much focused on this. In Quebec, I think they're making the right choice to combine windmills with the great hydroelectric dam. Now if you want to look at our strategic plan that we have made public for the 2020 to 2025 period. It's pretty complicated in our universe, but our mission is very simple. The mission is to have our portfolio grow in a responsible way. Our targeted markets, France, Canada, U.S. and Chile. We also want to build our expertise. As you've seen in storage, we're pretty much ahead. We're talking about battery projects in Chile, in the U.S., and also in France. We really want to develop this expertise, which will be very useful to penetrate the markets of renewable energies and the electric networks. When we talk about electrification, we are also speaking of stress on certain places of the network. We feel that batteries will bring about great expertise and great development opportunities in the future. We want to optimize our operations as well. We have almost 4,000 MW under action right now, so they need to be maintained and followed in the long term. We buy, but we also acquire on the long term. We want to maximize our operations to get the maximum of them. What we hear about often is that we want to have a diversified portfolio. We want to have technologies that complement, such as solar batteries, but also they combine very well with other electrical sources that we have in Chile and elsewhere. It's a philosophy that we have developed over the years. The electrification for us is a way for us to have more long-term stability. When we're looking at other activities, we see that we have a small team that was developed recently just to do that. We hear a lot about hydrogen, which is a molecule that will have a bright future, but it's not simple to start off. We have a team that is working very hard on that, but it's definitely in the growth stage where we are right now. As we talk about now of development areas for 2022, we've already gave a little bit of guidance and of what was invested in last year. I'd like to say a target that we give this year as well. I say the target for 2022, as you can see on the screen, we've increased our production by 20%, 16%, 18% growth. We've adjusted 15% and then EBITDA that's proportional with 40% increase. We're also going to have three new assets in our portfolio. We haven't yet identified or added the contribution of the Aela project, the one that we were talking about, 332 MW in Chile. After closing the acquisition, we will give you guidance for the end of the year. If we come back to the strategic plan, I said for 2025, in terms of the adjusted EBITDA, we see a growth for in the next coming years of 9%. The target EBITDA, we think we're on a good track. We've talked to you about this development, but we've also said we want to increase cash flows, operational cash flows. In the past, we had a little bit of difficulty on that. It was augmenting slowly, but we developed a strategy that enables us to be able to increase this KPI by 12% to have a cash flow per share of CAD 0.95 from here to 2025. Our team is focused on that. We're going to use transactions and acquisitions, targeted transactions, to be able to find a cash flow to cash on cash that had to be accretive to our cash flow per share. We're putting the stress on this to contribute from here to the future, to be able to have a cash flow that is increasing, which is very important to us, to the program buy shares. I'd like to conclude with this my presentation, and I pass it over to Daniel, or maybe we can open it up to a question period. Yes, thank you, Michel. It was, you stay with us. Yes, you're right. We're going to open the meeting to questions or comments. I will ask Karine if she received any questions. Yes, we have received questions. The first one is from Mr. and Madam [audio deistortion]. I'm sorry if I mispronounced. I will ask it in English. I know that certain board members have no personal investment in the company. As an investor, I strongly believe that these will be individuals that serve the company that have significant personal skin in the game. Key KPI is fine, but if they have not chosen to commit any of their own cash, I must wonder if they know something I do not. The officers are not investing their own monies or are very poor, even if you have policies that make this okay. That's a very good question. Do I need to translate now? Mr. Nicholas Servisten has another question. In studying, it appears that in Innergex filings in 2021, executive compensation has increased significantly. Is this what the compensation committee entails? You cannot look at one year, okay? There are many reasons why in one year maybe the performance is stopped, has decreased. As you know, it has no relation to what Innergex is doing. We're at the mercy of the fluctuation of the stock market. We, as board of directors for the SRC Canadian, are also looking at the performance of the company. How is the company doing toward its five-year plans, for example. This is very key for us. We're looking at, you know, what kind of development the members of our senior management have done. Michel just went through a number of projects. They're underway right now, and we're always having more projects on the way. We're looking at M&As. For sure, the stock market sometimes does not reflect what the achievements of the C-suite management and what the company is doing. We had a good year. We had a Texas event which were totally out of our control. Once in 100 years, that's happened, and it did cost us some money, but that's behind us. We're very cognizant of that. We have objectives for each member of the executive. They have to meet certain objectives. Believe me, we have. There is no shame in what the board of directors have given as compensation to our executives of Innergex. Thank you very much. Thank you, Karine. Before concluding the meeting, I would like to just add on social responsibility of Innergex. As you can see in our development report, sustainability report, I suggest that you look at it on our website. We spend about seven million of CO2 or the equivalent of 1.5 million vehicles, gas-using vehicles. We have increased our with 1.5 million homes with renewable energy and on producing only renewable energy. This has been our objective for more than 30 years, and it is only the beginning for us. As you were able to see at the beginning of the construction and development that Michel talked about earlier, we will only be better in the future going forward. I'd also like to thank all our partners, our service providers, contractors, just to name a few, that were able to adapt and continue remarkably to be able to give us everything that we needed during this pandemic period that hurt everyone. Also thank you very much to all our employees that were really on top of everything. You developed. You were able to move forward during all the turmoil. Finally, I would like to thank you, the shareholders, for continuing to want to follow our mission to create a better world with renewable energy. Now to conclude, I would like Karine Vachon to close the meeting. Mr. Chairman, my name is Karine Vachon. I'm a shareholder of the corporation. I propose that the meeting be adjourned. Thank you, Karine. I would like to ask Yves Baribeault to second this motion. Mr. Chairman, my name is Yves Baribeault. I'm a shareholder of the corporation, and I second this motion. Thank you, Mr. Baribeault. I hereby declare that the meeting is adjourned. Thank you and have a great day. Thank you all for participating. This concludes the meeting. You may now disconnect.
