Samuel Pelaez, the Company's President, CEO, CIO, and Director stated: "The second quarter was challenging for resource equities as market risk premium increased with the developments at the Strait of Hormuz. At Olive, we increased our cash position during the quarter, just as seasonality trends peaked. The Company posted positive returns for the quarter, outperforming the reference mining indices which posted negative returns. We remain of the view that the resource market is in a secular bull market and will take advantage of opportunities to deploy the cash into investments with tangible, transformational catalysts." Accordingly, it should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for measures of performance prepared in accordance with IFRS and is not necessarily indicative of other metrics presented in accordance with IFRS.
