SFS Media release Heerbrugg , September 16 , 2026 SFS Provides Insights Into Business Areas at Investor Day The Group Executive Board will provide an in - depth look at the activities of the three segments Engineered Components , Fastening Systems and Distribution & Logistics at the Investor Day on September 17 , 2026. The event provides investors with detailed information on the SFS Group's strategy , technologies and applications as well as current developments . As announced in the Half - Year Report 2026 , expectations regarding SFS's business performance in the current year remain unchanged . An Investor Day is held every two years and is aimed at investors , analysts and the financial media . At the event , Jens Breu , CEO of the SFS Group , and other members of the Group Executive Board will report on the business areas as well as their most important progress and innovations . A factory tour and product displays are also part of the program . The event offers the financial market an opportunity to get to know the strategy of the SFS Group first - hand . On Wednesday , September 2 , 2026 , SFS successfully issued a seven - year bond with a volume of CHF 250 million at an interest rate of 1.2 % . SFS received very good credit ratings of " A- / stable " ( ZKB and fedafin ) and “ BBB + ” ( UBS ) in advance of the issue . At the Investor Day , CFO Volker Dostmann will provide in - depth information on the bond's successful placement and answer questions . SFS confirms its outlook for the 2026 financial year and continues to expect sales growth in local currencies , including consolidation effects , of 3-6 % and an adjusted EBIT margin of 12–15 % .
