RELEVANT EVENTS CMPC hosts Investor Site Visit in Guaíba – On June 26, CMPC held a site visit with investors and financial market analysts at its Guaíba mill in Brazil. Attendees had the opportunity to observe the Pulp production process on-site, from the nursery operations, in Barba Negra to the operational unit in Guaíba. During the visit, CMPC highlighted the competitive advantages of this forest assets in Brazil, the technological advancements applied to production, and the logistical efficiency of the operation. Progress on the 2030 Strategy – As part of its strategic roadmap, CMPC announced a new operational model aimed at enhancing collaboration, accelerating decision-making, and strengthening the focus on the value chain and customer. The new structure includes 10 vice presidencies: Forestry Operations (Fernando Hasenberg), Industrial Operations (Felipe Alcalde), Commercial Pulp and Boxboard (Raimundo Varela), Wood and Packaging (Matías Lagos), Projects and Strategy (Jose Antonio Correa), New Business and Ventures (Jorge Valdivieso), Finance, Administration and Technology (Sebastián Moraga), Corporate Affairs and Sustainability (Guillermo Turner), People and Organization (Constanza Arjona), and Legal and Compliance (Rafael Cox). This organizational redesign reflects a cultural evolution aimed at greater agility, closer connection with business, and cross-functional alignment, linking each role to thecompany’s strategic pillars.
