Summary and outlook for 2025 Q1 2025 » Significant sales growth for the Group; EBIT above target but below previous year » Increase in sales in all three operating segments » Another record high in the number of clients and financial advisors Outlook for 2025 as a whole The Executive Board of OVB Holding AG expects growth in all segments in 2025. » To account for the continuing uncertainty regarding macroeconomic developments, OVB is forecasting consolidated brokerage income in a range of €420 million to €440 million for the 2025 financial year. » Given the expenses associated with the implementation of the medium-term growth strategy, particularly in the context of the digital transformation, operating income is expected to reach between €20 million and €23 million.
