Thank you. Welcome to the investor update based on the press release that we sent out this morning. Together with me, I have the CEO of Green Hydrogen Systems, Peter Friis. We will just take you through a small presentation to give you a bit more color on the subject that we sent out this morning with the press release. So let's go to the presentation. A statement regarding the future subject to risk and uncertainties and may result in material deviations from the outlook set forth, etc. So I think we should move forward to the next page. And it's gonna be Peter and I who are gonna answer questions. I think the reasons for our press release today is that the expectations to the hydrogen market and the electrolyzer outlook has been downgraded since in the last couple of years. Two to three years ago, the market expectations for green hydrogen was very bright, and looking back, you know, not realistic. We have seen a limited activity during the last couple of years as the industry is generally struggling with increased cost prices, technological challenges, and difficulties finding offtake, and I think offtake actually is one of the critical and often the biggest obstacle for projects to reach the final investment decision. In the middle of the page here, you can see that the expectations to the global electrolyzer capacity has been reduced significantly over the last couple of years. However, I think actually the electrolyzer market is not dead, far from. We're seeing a number of interesting large projects that are still reaching the FID in the market. If you look into the European Commission, they have reduced their targets for 2030 from 10 million tons to be produced in Europe to 2 million tons. And still, I would say that the two million tons being produced by 2030 is still a very significant amount, and if you kind of make a comparison, two million tons by 2030 would represent approximately 2500 one-MW X-Series production of that. We would only need to sell a fraction of that in order to have a profitable company going forward. However, I mean, the lower order volume has effectively led to a slower than anticipated development and commercialization of our X-Series, and therefore have increased the importance for being cost competitive from the early stages of selling the product. If we move forward one slide. Therefore, and as we also stated in our press release earlier today, we are today initiating a significant cost-out project on our X-Series and a restructuring initiative. The plan is to provide the company with a platform that may enable the transition towards profitability and self-sufficiency by the end of 2026. And that will also give us the opportunity to become profitable at a very lower order intake and deliveries going forward. Looking at the cost, the product cost out, the cost out program is targeting a significant reduction of up to 50% compared to the current cost of the X-Series, and we expect that most of these improvements will be implemented by 2026. When it comes to our fixed cost base reduction, we are also aiming at least a 40%-50% reduction at the current level, and we are now expecting to impact almost approximately 100 employees. Peter has been having discussions today and have informed our employees about this. Of course, the cost out initiatives and the restructuring program is expected to lead to one-off implementation costs of DKK 100-150 million being incurred in 2024 and in the first quarter of 2025. As of today, we're not completely sure how much of this is gonna be incurred in 2024 and 2025, but we will come back to the market when we have better insight to this. Also, one of the decisions that we've taken is that going forward, we will focus exclusively on the X-Series product. Of course, we will manufacture the backlog of our A-Series. That will be finalized throughout the fall of 2024 and into the Q1 of 2025. The reason why we are focusing on the X-Series alone is that we see that the market will be slowly but surely moving up, and the projects will move up in size. And we have created the X-Series to be a modular product, so it will be perfectly situated or perfectly for the future market. Also the test that we are running in our test site in Skive shows, you know, they're super promising. And we have therefore also released the commercial sales in September for the X-Series. And last but not least, we have very positive customer dialogues progressing on the X-Series. When it comes to the A-Series, of course, as I said, we will finalize that during Q1 2025. Of course, the clients who order the A-Series will have it delivered under the same conditions as agreed, and we will, of course, also continue to service already delivered A-Series in the future. The significant cost out exercise on the X-Series and the reduction of our fixed cost base is necessary to secure a solid foundation for our future profitability. However, we would also need to raise more capital, and we will do that by an initial fundraising of at least DKK 300 million, and then we would go for another fundraising of at least DKK 300 million by the summer of 2025. The current situation is that we will breach our covenant with our current lenders by the end of October this year. In the absence of additional funding, we will have depleted our capital reserve during the first half of 2025. With the restructuring initiatives and the capital increases, the first fundraise will bring us to the summer of 2025. During Q2, we would raise another 300 million, and that would give us the necessary capital. We would look into a situation where we have the full effect of our initiatives, that we could see as being profitable and self-sustained by the end of 2026. We are in a constructive dialogue with the company's largest shareholders and lenders to find a solution on the short-term funding. With regard to the guidance for 2024, based on the following, and our initiatives, we also revised the guidance for 2024, communicated on in February. The revenue, we have lowered the revenue forecast now to between DKK 105 million to DKK 145 million. Before it was from DKK 125 million to DKK 165 million. The EBITDA, excluding restructuring cost, we have not changed. Including restructuring cost, we have a new guidance that it will be between -DKK 400 million and -DKK 300 million, depending on what will be in 2024 and what will be in 2025. And when it comes to CapEx, we have reduced the guidance from DKK 160 million to DKK 200 million, down to DKK 130 million to DKK 160 million. When it comes to the mid- and long-term targets, we did suspend the updated targets in January 2024, and we will come back to you at a later point, at the earliest, when we are announcing our 2024 annual report in March 2025. So I think that was the presentation, and now we are opening up for questions. Thank you. We'd now like to open the lines for questions. If you would like to ask a question, please press star followed by one on your telephone keypad. If you'd like to remove yourself from that line of questioning, it'll be star followed by two. Our first question comes from Casper Blom of Danske Bank. Casper, your line is now open. Thank you. Thank you very much. A couple of questions from my side. I'll just take them one by one. I know that you also write in your statement today that there is a, I could say, big attention towards the X-Series, and that there are still these discussions with the potential customers. Could you maybe elaborate a little bit on what it is that is currently holding back customers from placing the orders? You mentioned, of course, offtakers as being one obstacle, but are there other more, how could you say, company-specific or product-specific obstacles that these customers would like to sort of move past before placing orders? Thank you. Peter, you want to answer that or should- Yeah. Yeah. Thank you for the question. I can answer that. As you can see also in the presentation, it is only recently we have finalized all the documentation that we need to close contracts. So it's a normal process we are in for closing deals. We have sent our documentation to the potential customers, and we are in a close dialogue about the details in the contracts, sending documents back and forth. And we are in several promising dialogues to close orders for the X-Series. And it's not happening overnight. It is taking some time. ... Fair, fair enough, but it's still a rather dramatic change in events that we're seeing here. If you look at the share price reactions today, I think that also sort of describes it, that something has kind of happened that seems to be more than just a normal finalization of documentation. Again, you know, maybe if you could sort of say, what are the maybe three biggest question marks that potential customers normally raise when you have discussions with them? It is not something specific. It's, for example, it's while regarding if you remember back, our unit had earlier, it was a freestanding unit. We later in the process needed to add a building because of the environmental protection. So some of the discussions are related to design of the additional scope that a building requires for the EPC partner. That is something that is part of the dialogue right now that we did not plan for one year ago. Other parts, yeah, are the normal- Okay, fair enough. ... are discussed, like, pricing, warranty, et cetera. Okay. Fair, fair, fair enough, Peter. I'll leave it there then. Turning to sort of a second topic and your sort of rather imminent need for cash right now. I would... I understand if this may be difficult to comment on, but have you looked into the possibilities of finding new owners of the company, potentially becoming part of something larger that could-- would have sort of the necessary funds? I cannot comment on specific dialogues with the, you know, which we have. But as we stated, we are in a constructive dialogue with our largest shareholders, and I feel comfortable that we will find a solution to the first DKK 300 million that we need to inject into the company within the next couple of months. All righty. Fingers crossed, and thanks a lot. Thank you. Thank you. As a reminder, if you would like to ask a question, please press star followed by one on your telephone keypad, and to remove yourself from that line of questioning, it'll be star followed by two. Currently, I have no further questions, so I'd like to hand back to Thomas Broe-Andersen for closing remarks. Yeah, thank you. Thank you very much for participating in this investor call. As we stated, we will come back in the Q3 announcement with a status of our initiative that we have initiated today. And on that note, I will close the meeting. Thank you very much for participating. Thank you. This concludes today's call. Thank you to everyone for joining. You may now disconnect your lines.
