Hi, I'm Jerker Salokivi from Evli Equity Research team, and I'm here today at Innofactor's campus in Espoo with CEO Sami Ensio. Hi Sami. Hi hi, nice to be here. Thank you for inviting us here. You released your Q1 report today. Could you walk us through the results? Yes, absolutely. Q1 was, let's say, okay in the way that we did: EUR 21.2 million revenue, growth 4.8%. Not in the same level what it has been lately, but anyway, in this quite challenging market situation, I think it's decent results. And our profitability was quite okay level: EUR 2.6 million EBITDA, what is 12.3% from revenue. So I think our profitability stayed in quite good level. And maybe the challenge was sales and order intake, in the way that we couldn't increase our order backlog, it was EUR 68.8 million. And we see it from last year, at the same time, the decrease is almost 10%, but actually I think it's better to compare it from the beginning of the year. So it's EUR 2 million-EUR 3 million how much it has decreased. But the market situation is challenging, and we have selected that kind of strategy that we do not sell anything in negative margins. So we want to do some profitable work when we do something. So it's challenging, let's say, in that way. Yeah. Now, just looking at maybe the market in general, you've had a quite good year, actually. Last year you defended your margins and growth, and still Q1, although a bit on the weaker side on growth. But now you maybe—we're seeing that you communicated that you might be doing some kind of at least restructuring or decrease of personnel in Sweden. Could you maybe talk a bit about this? Is this something, a bigger thing? It's not a super big thing. It's 20% of our employees in Sweden. We are talking about something like 10-15 people, something like that. Not a huge number of employees. But Swedish business has been challenging for us a long time. Especially profitability has not been in that level there where it should be. And now when we are reorganizing, the thing is also some reduction of subcontracting and so on. The end result should be that we would have a nice, profitable business in Sweden after that. So that's basically not any dramatic thing, but only reducing costs, I would say. Yeah. Now looking at you—we didn't really touch last time, but you started reporting your solution areas since last quarter. Now just looking at the different ones, the one that maybe stands out—looking at the order backlog is the digital solutions, which has been one of your, in terms of growth and probably the profitability, a big driver. Could you maybe comment on that? What's the outlook there? Yeah, the progress of digital solutions was very good last year and in the first quarter also. The challenge there is new sales to get new order intake because prices are so low. And what I mentioned earlier, we really want to do some profitable business. We want to have some positive margins when we are selling something. So basically, it's sometimes impossible to win those cases if prices are too low. But on the other hand, the good thing there is that we have used there quite a lot of subcontracting, and it's possible to reduce usage of subcontracting and to keep profitability in decent levels. So even if the revenue would go a little bit down temporary, I hope at least, we still probably could keep the profitability in a certain level. So that's maybe the situation there. Yeah. Maybe final quick question: just looking at you've been struggling with new sales, but you mentioned actually that you succeeded with the existing customers quite well. Are you starting to soon see any shifts in this kind of demand situation, or are we still kind of trotting in the same place? This is super hard to estimate. At least quarter two most probably will stay quite challenging. That's my estimate. And hopefully after summer, the market will change. Of course, before that, what must happen is that those central banks, they start reducing interest rates. That I think is the key signal. And after that, the economy will start going in a better direction, and our customers or potential customers will start doing some investments again and so on. But let's hope that the European Central Bank would start a decrease of interest rates in June or something like that. And then I really hope that it would affect quite soon after that the market after summer. Yeah, thank you Sami. Hopefully, as you said, we can talk to you in Q2 with a bit more positive market sentiment. Let's hope so. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks.
