FOCUS ON INVENTORY TURN, MARKET EVENTS ACCELERATING SHIFT IN DIFFERENT POWERTRAINS 3 Revenue increased 6.7% and was EUR 219.2 million (205.5). Number of cars sold increased by 8.3%. Revenue per car declined slightly compared to Q2 2025. Adjusted operating profit was EUR 0.6 million (2.9), or 0.3% (1.4) of revenue. January–June EPS at EUR -0.03 (-0.10) Revenue from integrated services was EUR 12.8 million (13.0). Revenue from integrated services decreased to 5.8% (6.3) of total revenue. Increased fuel prices accelerated the shift in demand for different powertrains - Demand and prices of diesel cars decreased significantly - Strong demand for EV’s in Finland and Sweden Cash flow from operating activities in January–June was EUR -10.2 million (14.3) ,following seasonal inventory build-up. FINLAND: FOCUS SHIFTED TO INVENTORY TURN AND VOLUMES • Market contracted slightly in the quarter • Accelerated shift in demand from diesel to EV’s/hybrids following increased fuel prices, reflecting strongly on the purchasing market • Competition remained tight, used car prices were stable on average, prices for diesel cars decreased • Revenue decreased slightly • Number of EV’s and hybrids sold increased, diesel volumes decreased • Gross margin and adj.
