VIEL & Cie GROUPE VIEL PRESS RELEASE Paris , 11 August 2026 H1 2026 : consolidated revenue up 6.5 % at current exchange rates to € 696.0m 11.5 % up at current exchange rates In the first half of 2026 , VIEL & Cie continued the growth momentum observed in previous years . The Group reported first - half consolidated revenue from its operating subsidiaries of € 696.0m , against € 653.5m in the same period last year , an increase of 6.5 % at current exchange rates . At constant exchange rates , consolidated revenue grew 11.5 % to € 728.8m . The movement in currency exchange rates has a significant impact at the start of the year on the conversion into euros of the Group's international activities . In the second quarter , consolidated revenue was € 331.2 , compared with € 323.2m in 2025 , an increase of 2.5 % at current exchange rates . At constant exchange rates , revenue was up by 4.4 % . The second quarter of 2026 was negatively impacted by an unfavourable base effect resulting from strong activity in April 2025 amid changes in U.S. customs duties . There has been no significant change in the Group's financial situation since the publication of its 2025 financial statements . * The variations in income statement items at current exchange rates are calculated , based on average rates for the period compared with average rates for the previous period when translating the currencies of the Group's consolidated subsidiaries . The variations in income statement items at constant exchange rates are calculated using the average exchange rates for the period N - 1 over both comparison periods .
