RNS Number : 2125R Amcomri Group PLC 19 August 2026 Amcomri Group plc ( " Amcomri " , the " Company " or the " Group " ) Trading Update Notice of Interim Results Analyst Briefing & Investor Presentation Amcomri Group plc ( AIM : AMCO ) , the ' Buy , Improve , Build ' UK and Ireland focused , specialist engineering services and industrial manufacturing group , announces a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ( " H1 26 " or the " Period " ) , and notice of its H1 26 interim results . Trading Update The Board is pleased to report that the Group has delivered a further positive performance in H1 26 , with revenue and adjusted EBITDA expected to be ahead of the comparable period last year , and in line with market expectations : Revenue expected to be approximately £ 42.4 million , a 33 % increase on H1 25 ( £ 31.8 million ) . * Adjusted EBITDA expected to be approximately £ 4.7 million , a 9 % increase on H1 25 ( £ 4.3 million ) . * Net debt at Period end of approximately £ 2.9 million ( H1 25 : £ 11 million ) and cash balance of approximately £ 13.8 million , a significant increase on the H1 25 position . ** Profit after tax of approximately £ 7.3 million , significantly higher than the H1 25 position of £ 1.5 million . ** This positive financial performance arises from continued demand for the Group's services and products in its core markets across both divisions and contributions from recent acquisitions . * ** H1 26 figures relate to Group including discontinued operations ( sale of Premier Limpet on 30 June 2026 ) . In late June , Premier Limpet Limited , the UK's largest independent manufacturer of printed and plain adhesive tape , was sold to Dalpo Group UK Limited for a minimum initial consideration to Amcomri of approximately £ 10.1 million ( £ 7 million net cash proceeds before any additional consideration ) , reflecting a material return for shareholders since its acquisition in 2021 .
