All resolutions were duly passed by shareholders by way of a poll . Resolutions 1 to 15 and 17 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 16 and 18 to 22 were passed as special resolutions . Copies of the resolutions dealing with special business passed at the AGM have been submitted to the to the FCA's Electronic Submission System and will be available from the National Storage Mechanism . The total number of votes cast on the poll for each resolution ( the full text of the resolutions is detailed in the notice of the AGM dated 24 February 2021 ) is set out below .
