Page 4 | 10 Bally’s Intralot’s CEO Robeson Reeves noted: “H1 2026 delivered Group Revenue of €544.2 million and AEBITDA of €184.8 million, at a 34.0% margin. Our UK online business reached an all-time high in net gaming revenue, with constant-currency growth accelerating to 11.6% year-on-year in the second quarter from 10.5% in the first, in the same quarter UK remote gaming duty rose from 21% to 40%. We mitigated approximately 65% of the resulting €34.0 million quarterly impact through revenue growth and operating cost optimization, with the remaining levers identified and within our contr ol. Bally's International Interactive contributed €377.6 million of revenue at a 35.2% AEBITDA margin, the capability underpinning our proposed combination with evoke, which its shareholders approved on 17 August with 99.63% of votes cast at the General Me eting. Our General Meeting has been scheduled for the 18th of September. We continue to expect the scheme to become effective in the fourth quarter of 2026 or the first quarter of 2027” Financial Results 1H 2026 Revenue and AEBITDA (in € million) 1H26 1H25 2Q26 2Q25 Revenue B2C 415.5 39.5 210.9 14.5 B2B 128.6 142.5 65.1 71.9 Total 544.2 182.0 276.1 86.5 AEBITDA B2C 136.9 13.7 60.1 5.4 B2B 47.9 46.6 24.5 24.6 Total 184.8 60.2 84.6 30.0 AEBITDA margin (%) 34.0% 33.1% 30.6% 34.7% Reported consolidated revenue posted an increase of € 362.1 million compared to 1H25, leading to total revenue for the six- month period ended June 30, 2026, of €544.2 million. iGaming and Sports Betting remained the Group’s largest revenue contributor, accounting for 74.9% of total revenue. Lottery Games followed with a 20.3% share, while VLTs monitoring contributed 4.1%. Casino and other activities represented 0.7% of Group revenue. The section below provides an overview of the key factors influencing top line across our main operating segments: B2C Segment: B2C revenue reached € 415.5 million in 1 H26, from € 39.5 million in 1 H25, with Bally’s International Interactive contributing €377.1 million to segment revenue . Performance was supported by double-digit growth in UK online revenue, reaching an all - time high (+11.1% year-on-year on a constant currency basis), alongside continued growth in Spain. Within legacy B2C, revenue remained broadly stable at € 38.5 million, compared with € 39.5 million in 1H25, as Bilyoner sustained strong commercial momentum, with amounts wagered increasing by 28.9% in local currency, well ahead of the 20.4% growth in the Turkish online sports betting market. However, the amendment to the remuneration structure at the end of the first quarter of 2025, together with the 22.9% depreciation of the Turkish lira against the euro (on an average basis), reduced reported revenue by 5.5% in Euro terms to €29.5 million, while Argentina partly offset this impact with revenue increasing by 7.6% to €8.9 million. B2B Segment: B2B revenue stood at €128.6 million in 1H26, lower by €13.9 million (or -9.7%) compared to 1H25. Excluding the contribution of Bally’s International Interactive, the legacy B2B segment delivered revenue of € 128.1 million in 1H26, compared with € 142.5 million in 1H25, a decline of 10.1% on a reported basis and 6.5% in constant currency terms. The U.S. remained the segment's largest market and was the main driver of the decline, with revenue decreasing by 11.7% on a constant currency basis, attributable to softer Lottery activity and reduced equipment sales compared with the prior year period. This was partially offset by organic growth across the rest of the legacy B2B portfolio.

Page 5 | 10 Adjusted EBITDA3 amounted to €184.8 million in the first half of 2026, compared with €60.2 million in 1H25, with the Adjusted EBITDA margin increasing to 34.0% from 33.1% in the prior year period , reflecting the consolidation of Bally's International Interactive. On a standalone basis, Bally's International Interactive contributed €132.8 million of Adjusted EBITDA, with a margin of 35.2%. Excluding Bally's International Interactive, legacy Adjusted EBITDA amounted to € 52.0 million, down from € 60.2 million in 1H25, primarily impacted by softer U.S. B2B activity, as well as the amendment to Bilyoner's remuneration structure at the end of the first quarter of 2025. On a yearly basis, Adjusted EBITDA margin on revenue posted an increase of 0.9pps, from 33.1% in 1H25 to 34.0% in the current period. Second Quarter Performance Review Group revenue rose 3.0% quarter-on-quarter to €276.1 million in Q2 2026, from €268.1 million in Q1, an increase of €8.0 million. Growth was led by the international online business, where UK online revenue reached an all -time high and advanced 5.3%, or €9.0 million (up 11.6% year-on-year), and Spain online rose 9.7%, or €1.1 million, taking combined BII revenue up 5.4% to €193.8 million. B2B lottery remained resilient, with revenue up 2.7%, or €1.7 million. These gains were partly offset by a weaker quarter at Bilyoner, where revenue declined 21.8%, or €3.6 million, holding Intralot legacy revenue 2.3% lower at €82.3 million. AEBITDA was €84.6 million in Q2 2026, compared with €100.2 million in Q1, with margin at 30.6% versus 37.4%. The movement reflects the increase in the UK online gaming tax rate from 21% to 40%, effective 1 April 2026, which carried an impact of approximately €34.0 million in the quarter. Management actions and underlying trading absorbed close to 65% of that i mpact, with revenue growth contributing €10.1 million and operating cost optimization and adjustments a further €11.3 million. EBT and NIATMI EBT in 1H26 amounted to €-7.2 million vs. €9.8 million in 1H25, as the year-over-year EBITDA growth was mainly absorbed by higher interest and related expenses, increased depreciation, as well as higher transaction fees. NIATMI in 1H26 concluded at €-14.3 million, compared to €-0.1 million in 1H25. 3 Adjusted EBITDA is defined as EBITDA excluding non -recurring items and fair value adjustment of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss.

Page 6 | 10 Cash Flow and Net Debt Operating Cash Flow in 1H26 amounted to €133.5 million, compared with € 64.4 million in the corresponding period of 2025, representing an increase of €69.1 million, mainly driven by the strengthening of operating profitability. This positive impact was partly offset by increased working capital needs of €22.5 million, as well as higher taxes paid of €15.2 million, mainly due to the consolidation of Bally’s International Interactive. Net CAPEX in 1H26 came in at €117.4 million, compared with €14.2 million in 1H25. The increase was primarily driven by the €85.0 million Monitoring License Premium payment in Australia related to the new 15 -year contract, as well as the inclusion of Bally’s International Interactive following its consolidation and capital expenditure associated with U.S. contract renewals. Adjusted Net Debt4, as of June 30, 2026, stood at €1,618.9 million , compared with €1,493.9 million at the end of FY25. The increase primarily reflects the €85.0 million payment related to the Monitoring License Premium in Australia under the new 15- year contract, €20.5 million related to other investing activities, €67.5 million of net interest payments, €20.8 million of treasury share transactions and € 14.5 million of transaction fees and bond issuance costs . These outflows were partly offset by free cash flow 5 generation of € 89.0 million. Other debt movements affecting net debt mainly included adverse foreign exchange impact on GBP-denominated loan. 4 Adjusted Net Debt is defined as Net Debt excluding the impact from Restricted cash that includes amounts held in the Debt Ser vice Reserve Account (DSRA) in relation to the Retail Bond (€130 million). 5 Free Cash Flow defined as “Net Cash from Operating activities” adjusted for “Net Dividends”, “Capex”, “Repayment of leasing o bligations”, “Exchange differences” and “Return of Capital to minority shareholders of subsidiary”. Free Cash Flow does not include the €85 .0 million payment related to the Monitoring License Premium in Australia under the new 15-year contract.
