Press Release September 3, 2026 Financial Results H1 2026 IDEAL Holdings: Strong Performance and Growth Across All Portfolio Companies Revenue €274.6 mil. (+27%) Comparable EBITDA €28.8 mil. (+10%) Comparable EBT €19.0 mil. (+18%) IDEAL Holdings maintained its positive momentum in the first half of 2026, with all portfolio companies delivering significantly improved operating and financial performance. The key development during the period was the successful listing of Attica Department Stores on Euronext Athens, a development that reflects IDEAL Holdings’ commitment to build companies with strong fundamentals and a long -term vision, while also demonstra ting its ability to translate its investment strategy into strong financial returns and sustained value creation. Key Financial Highlights for Η1 2026 • All portfolio companies of IDEAL Holdings posted growth across financial metrics. • Revenue amounted to €274.6 million, increased by 27% compared to Η1 2025, driven by the organic growth of our investments as well as the full consolidation of BARBA STATHIS in 2026 compared to 2025. • Comparable EBITDA amounted to €28.8 million, increased by 10% compared to Η1 2025. • EBITDA under IFRS amounted to €35.1 million, increased by 28% compared to Η1 2025. • Comparable EBT reached €19.0 million, increased by 18% compared to Η1 2025. • Comparable EAT reached €13.4 million , increased by 18% compared to the respective prior -year period. • Capital return of €0.85 per share during H1 2026. Key Corporate, Financial and Investment Developments During H1 2026 • Successful listing of Attica Department Stores on Euronext Athens, with strong investor demand resulting in the offering being 3.9x oversubscribed and total proceeds of €57.6m. Subsequent and up to the date of this announcement • €118.8 million investment for the acquisition of the 25% stake in Kymora Limited held by Oak Hill Advisors, corresponding to 25% of Byte Group, 17.5% of Attica Department Stores and 25% of BARBA STATHIS. Commenting on the results, Mr. Lambros Papakonstantinou, Chairman of the Board of IDEAL Holdings, stated: “The upward trend in our financial performance continued in the first half of the year, reinforcing our positive outlook for 2026 as a whole and creating the conditions for new investment initiatives.

The acquisition of OHA’s 25% stake in Kymora Limited reaffirms our strategy of investing in opportunities that offer attractive returns, targeting an IRR of over 15% and a 2.0x cash -on-cash (CoC) return, while reinforcing confidence in our investment plan and the growth prospects of our portfolio companies. With a strong capital base and a clear investment focus, we remain firmly committed to our strategic objective of continuing to create added value for our shareholders, our people and the Greek economy.” Growth and Strong In-store and Digital Presence for attica Department Stores Attica department stores continued its growth trajectory, recording positive performance across key metrics and commercial activity indicators which reflects the positive effects of investments implemented in recent years, focused on expanding product offering, increasing online sales and further strengthening the company’s market position. Specifically, compared to H1 2025: - Revenue increased by 7% to €113.6 million. - Comparable EBITDA increased by 5% to €12.4 million. - Comparable Earnings before Tax (EBT) increased by 8% to €9.1 million. - Net cash stood at €3.6 million as of 3 0.06.2026, including debit and credit cards receivable of € 8.8 million. During H1 2026 store network sales increased by 6%, driven by a 4% increase in the number of transactions and a 3% increase in the average transaction value, while the conversion rate improved to 37%, compared to 35.5% in 2025. At the same time, more than 60 new brands were added to the network, while Tax Free sales also increased by 2%, despite the slowdown in activity during the first quarter of 2026, which was impacted by the prevailing geopolitical conditions. The attica e-shop delivered strong growth, with more than 60 thousand SKUs, recording a 23% increase in sales and a 22% increase in traffic compared to the corresponding period in 2025. The successful listing of the Company on Euronext Athens marks an important milestone in its further development and confirms the investment community’s confidence in its strategy and growth prospects. Strong profitability and robust backlog in Byte Group (BYTE, ADACOM, IDEAL Software Solutions and BlueStream Solutions) Byte group of companies, the IT investment platform of IDEAL Holdings, recorded improved comparable results and profitability compared with the corresponding prior-year period. Specifically, compared to H1 2025: - Revenue increased by 17% to €66.8 million. - Comparable EBITDA amounted to €10.3 million, increased by 22%. - Comparable Earnings before Tax (EBT) increased by 29% to €9.4 million. - The project backlog stood at €86 million as of 30.06.2026, ensuring high margins on future revenue streams. - Net cash stood at €17.3 million as of 30.06.2026. The strong double-digit increase in revenue and the even faster growth in profitability in the first half of 2026 clearly demonstrate Byte Group’s strong momentum and the benefits of its organizational transformation completed in early 2025 . Growth is supported by a robust portfolio of projects providing high revenue visibility and a solid platform for continued strong growth in the coming periods. At the same time, the Group’s strong net cash position and sustained demand for digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity and trust services further enhance its prospects for sustainable growth in Gree ce and international markets.

Positive performance and strong market share for BARBA STATHIS (BARBA STATHIS, HALVATZIS MAKEDONIKI) BARBA STATHIS and its subsidiary HALVATZIS MAKEDONIKI S.A. continued their growth trajectory in the first half of 2026, recording strong sales growth while maintaining profitability at stable levels, despite pressure on gross profit margins from the temporary regulatory framework applicable to staple food products until 30 June 2026. Specifically, compared to H1 2025: - Revenue reached €69.5 million, an 8% growth over H1 2025. - Comparable EBITDA amounted to €6.9 million, increased by 1%. - Comparable Earnings before Tax (EBT) amounted to €4.0 million, remaining broadly stable compared with the first half of 2025. - Net debt stood at €32.2 million (30.06.2026). BARBA STATHIS maintained its leading position in its core product categories, frozen vegetables and branded fresh salads, while exports continued to grow at a particularly strong pace. At the same time, HALVATZIS MAKEDONIKI S.A., leveraging synergies with BARBA STATHIS, continued to deliver strong sales growth and further strengthen its market shares. Positive sales momentum, combined with ongoing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost savings, as well as the lifting of the temporary price cap as of 1 July, is expected to support operating profitability in the second half of the year.
